I did a redraw of that one Maraquan colouring page with Caylis. I collaged a stock image of a saltwater reef tank with photos of scallops and a pearl. The mermaid and the bubbles I did in Sketchbook app (formerly autodesk sketchbook). I love CSP but collage work is way too cumbersome when you need to import every piece.

Aquatic Petpets! For people who don't know - a long time ago, back when the Site was new, Maraqua had Petpets and Mystery Island didn't. The thing is, Maraqua was then destroyed in a whirlpool, and that exists now as the ruins of Old Maraqua. The Petpets that lived there would then be swept away into the reefs of Mystery Island, where they're now sold as these little guys! Some Petpets would grow REALLY big in the ruins, of course - there's tell of a GIANT Slugawoo... But I'm getting away from myself! Here's the bracket!

Theres, um. A lot happening this time around! And it's all beginning to happen this Friday, at 2 PM NST, as usual! Let's hang ten then, alright?

Good afternoon its another neopet from last summer 🌟 figuring out how to get the shading right for the sheer fabric was a bop for this piece honestly

Their Crimes:

Skarl: in order to save his kingdom, he had his men steal The Orb from another kingdom, cursing the latter PERMANENTLY. He then lied and claimed the cursed inhabitants were monsters trying to steal what was rightfully his. His actions resulted in TWO wars. Never formally apologized.

Kelpbeard: Banished a girl for having visions of bad things to come, claiming she caused the disasters. Had her sister who also had visions of the future regularly report to him, and at one point locked her in her room because he saw her swim to the surface. Later banished the latter because she saved a surface dwellers life, and imprisoned the surface dweller for trying to warn him about an upcoming attack, accusing him of selling their location to his enemies.
