Considered piecemeal, every one of these is a non-sequitur, but looked at together a story emerges. The narrative-chronological order of these is Poison -> A Friend In Need -> Queen's Court 7 -> WQ CE lore -> Fragment, in case you want to read them that way.

Some notes:

Poison is written from the perspective of the Hidden Swarm as a paean in honor of Oryx; it claims that someone, unidentified other than she/her pronouns and an extremely specific set of trials, claimed the mantle of Oryx and in doing so secured his enteral life. The context clues point to Eris or Mara, however given what we find out in the WQ CE lore, I strongly suspect Mara is the subject.

The entire SK weblore sequence (The Black Needle - Reunion) is great and I highly recommend reading all of it. Eris & Ikora tender moments! Eris getting menaced by Savathun! Eris & Toland! Eris & Petra! Eris & Mara! Truly one written for the Eris Yuri Enjoyers out there.

A Friend In Need is especially poignant given it's the first time Eris & Mara have met since Eris helped Mara die to steal something (implied now to be a literal aspect of his strength) from Oryx.

We know in hindsight that Queen's Court Loop 7 is the moment Mara leaves to go investigate the pyramids with Eris. She also verbatim references Elsie Bray and teleports away using a transmat similar to Elsie's.

Fragment & FOLLOWUP ON AFFIDAVIT FOR INCID #12059 are both told from Fenchurch Everis' perspective but the latter has the added layer of him reporting a story from Eris. Since he's a hidden agent we can assume Ikora knows the whole story.

The INCID #12059 lore also establishes that Elsie Bray helped Mara and Eris plan their journey (explaining Mara's actions in the Queen's Court video, and likely how Eris and Elsie came to know each other in this timeline). Notably, Failsafe (AI-COM/XBLK) helped perform surveillance on their behalf. Girls night!

I'll literally never forgive the destiny fandom for sleeping on Eris/Mara when there's a whole running storyline about them traveling together to the outer reaches of the system to barehandedly destroy a pyramid, in the process of which Mara straight up dies, forcing Eris to go into Elusinia and punch Dul Incaru in her >:3c face to Hive Resurrection Ritual Mara back into physicality, and then when they get out, Eris gets sliced and diced by falling debris, at which point Mara has to perform impromptu field surgery on her thigh to stop the bleeding, and Eris, expecting to die, reconciles with Mara over the whole "having embedded in herself a piece of Oryx's power and in utilizing it becoming like him" thing, which I haven't mentioned until now because it's not even one of the top five most insane things to happen in this sequence of lore pieces.
