These chewy, sweet maple oatmeal raisin cookies are great for a cozy treat. They're vegan, made with healthy things like oats, almond flour, and maple syrup, and they taste so good you can't stop eating them.

Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup raisins. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp salt.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Rolling oats, almond flour, raisins, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix until everything is well mixed and a dough forms. Spread out tablespoon-sized pieces of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Use the back of a spoon to gently press down on each cookie. After the oven is hot, bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move it to a wire rack to finish cooling. Have fun with these tasty maple oatmeal raisin cookies!

This vegan zucchini bread doesn't need any oil and is moist and tasty. It's great for a healthy breakfast or snack. This recipe cuts down on added fats while keeping the bread tasty and healthy by using whole wheat flour, maple syrup, and applesauce instead of oil.

Ingredients: 2 cups shredded zucchini. 1 ripe banana, mashed. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups whole wheat flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix shredded zucchini, mashed banana, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined. Fold in chopped walnuts if desired. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Add the all-purpose flour, chopped pecans, and salt one cup at a time. Mix the dough until it holds together. Make a log out of the dough that is about 2 inches across. Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least an hour. Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put the rounds of chilled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Each round should be about 1/4 inch thick. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
