I know I'm having a huge overreaction (it's fun), but ya'll know if the leafs or habs or really any old nhl team dropped their names and logos today, people would absolutely lose their shit over how "bad" they are
"You're just looking for a response. You're just looking for something different. You know that those guys love playing together. The coach understands that. He's looking for them to play differently and play better."
no omg because this is so true😭😭 the core 5 fr pulled through and they all got to witness it and celebrate together on the ice🥹 this was acc so perfectly written🥹🫶🏼
ALSOOO big ups for willy cos he was the main playmaker in this i feel. like he’s the one who got to centre ice to reel the puck back in and help in passing and assisting😌 so overall it was a pretty good night😌 also auston scoring in the first period to become leading scorer in the league is also so chefs kiss🤩
There is something remarkably strong about a team that wins; and something remarkably weak about that same team when it doesn't. The team that is "more than a hockey team," the athletic, cultural, and political institution that inspires romance in more than its followers, is just a hockey team if it loses; and the romance disappears.
oh you know. thinking about the montreal canadiens and the toronto maple leafs.
Pros: the concept of an insanely powerful doll trying to just have a nice time but being unable to due to her very codiny is a fantastic concept and you can tell she’s trying her best! The sheer juxtaposition between the rest of the death game and her room; or even the books describing her compared to her room; is awesome. How she keeps all that syrup off the carpet is a mystery.
Cons: chronic yandere syndrome (not her fault tho). Yet another sufferer of not enough time spent to understand her, seeing as most of chapter 3 she’s royally fucked up.
Shin ai propaganda:
Pros: he’s wonderful and innocent and perfect. He does a sweet little dance whenever you see him like some tamagotchi pet.
Cons: also not around enough to know him too well.
After reading about them, I don't want to stop with simply one bonsai tree. The Japanese Maple that my brother got me a planting kit for will probably turn out gorgeous, but I also like how the Wisteria and Chinese Elms look.
I have some nice clay from Artisan downtown. I may try to make a pot for my Japanese Maple to grow in.
I wonder how many years I'll have to plant trees, and who will tend the trees that end up living further into the future than me. I will have to find people to inherit my trees at some point! Bonsai can live a long time. (At least that's what I gather from things I've heard/read.)
I am mainly trying to figure out the dimensions that its pot should be. Not sure what else to say right now. I was writing this post, then I fell asleep before I could wrap it up.
