The Love Guru (2008)
In today's review, I find that guidance in hockey and love can be beneficial. As I attempt a #positive review of the 2008 comedy, The Love Guru #MikeMyers #JessicaAlba #JustinTimberlake #RomanyMalco #MeaganGood #VerneTroyer #OmidDjalili #BenKingsley
When you’re on top, the only way is down. This sobering cliché is evident depending on where you look. What was once the talk of the town is now yesterday’s news, one day the best-seeded team are suffering an interminable losing streak. In 2008, following on the success, Myers tried to impart his wisdom, in a new character, known as The Love Guru. The Canadian past-time of hockey is the central…

Sis, whose wedding happened first, Shiv Shakti or Vishnu Lakshmi? I just cannot understand the timelines in Hinduism 😭
Technically speaking from what I know, it could be Shiv Shakti since Mata Parvati was his wife during the Halahal episode, which happened directly after Vishnu Lakshmi Vivah.
But I do not know if this was a retrospective thing before Goddess Shakti took birth as Sati or after her birth to Himachal in this timeline and her official marriage to Shivji. If it is a retrospective thing, then even Lakshmi Narayan were married before Durvasa cursed the Devas and Mata Lakshmi was forgotten by them.
In that sense, both were married since the beginning of the timeline, the Goddesses were later forgotten and remarried their husbands, but in what order I do not know.
Lakshmi Narayan married when the universe was infant, a while after Manu's prahlay (first major event of this timeline) after which Samudra Manthan happened.
The Devas were cursed to forget Goddess Laxmi, the Asuras never knew her to begin with, and when she emerged from Samudra and they all wanted to marry her, she went ahead and put a garland around Lord Vishnu.
Yet I cannot say this was the first marriage because Goddess Sati's family already existed back then so it might be possible she did aswell.
As of Shiv Shakti, Devas and Daityas are technically Goddess Parvati's nephews because they are all her sister's children (from when she was Sati) and Devas existed before Sati Married Shiv so again, I do not know.
So yeah, in the true sense, they were always married. Speaking linearly in which order they married again, this time for the world to see, It is hard to know.
Maybe a mutual who has read the purans can brush up on this?

According to the scriptures, how was the universe created?
It is described in Shivmahapuran that before the beginning of creation the earth was submerged in water. Then a Shivling shaped bubble appeared in the water. Lord Vishnu appeared from that bubble. Lord Brahma appeared from the navel of Lord Vishnu. When the universe was being created by Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. Then Lord Shiva appeared to Brahma in the form of Ardhanarishwar. After seeing Ardhanarishwar form, Brahma ji started the creation of the universe.
One day Lord Shiva said to Shri Vishnu, "Narayan let's see. What kind of universe has Lord Brahma created?" Lord Shiva and Vishnu both came on earth. Then Shiva and Vishnu saw that eunuchs are roaming all over the earth. Shiva said, what kind of creation did Brahma create?I had shown my Ardhanarishwar form to Brahma ji so that after seeing this form, Brahma ji could create half man and half woman. Brahma ji has created eunuchs by mixing both male and female.Seeing this, Lord Vishnu started laughing out loud. Lord Shiva said to Vishnu, “O Narayan, you are laughing at the creation created by Brahma. i curse you. You will also become eunuch on earth once. After this both Lord Shiva and Vishnu went to their respective abodes. Lord Shiva again manifested his Ardhanarishwar form in two forms and appeared to Brahma. And again asked to start the creation. This time Brahma ji revealed Manu and Satrupa and asked them to take the creation forward. Brahma ji created a very beautiful creation.

@chartreuse-blood so, about your point on Narayan. I think his rise in prominence came from the fact that (I as a believing Hindu find true to my beliefs ) The Vedas were found during the Sagar Manthan, which means they were written beforehand when the council of heavenly deities still had their powers. It's only after they lose it when Vishnu plays his first big role in the mortal realm apart from Matsya which was secluded to Manu and people realise his prominence and start seeking him and Shiva (drank poison for the sake of world) directly?
Indra was cursed not to be worshipped anymore, but his hymns are there in Rigveda (I never completed it, I ought to :/) , so maybe it is that the Vedas were written when we were still more prominently nature worshippers in Satyug when deities roamed and later went on and had God realisation because the later hymns deal with consciousness and love of Supreme and paramatma better?
I mean, I'd be inclined to believe this because I KNOW the version of god(s) I have experienced is the big 4, but idk, thoughts?
Edit: I just checked with Quora, and the hymns supposedly few but still refer to Vishnu and Rudra as the Supreme and the Destroyer?
So they weren't minor gods, just less mentioned but still true to themselves. Nevertheless, I guess my above argument still stands?

Bliss The Musical 5th Avenue Theatre, Seattle, WA B-Roll
This silly little musical is my current hyperfixation right now so most of my posts will probably be from it! The dates aren't accurate on any of the videos, the show ran in 2020 before the pandemic hit. I'm just dredging up old videos because I miss it and am eagerly awaiting any new developments.
