What a journey we are on! Mercury is going Direct in Aquarius on this powerful FULL MOON in Virgo.

There is so much stirring our planetary awakening for healing and change.

More and more through peak experiences of collective crisis, we are being awakened to our interdependence as a planetary family.

The Sabian symbols for this Moon speak of us coming together in cooperative effort as we “venture in faith meeting some challenge” and leave the past behind to cooperate in an “adventure in consciousness.”

4. Visualize this Light transmuting all remaining darkness of this Universe until only Light remains. hoje eu tô bem reflitona. bem antes desses três meses de 2019, eu já tenho tido assim uma relação cheia de culpa com o meu tempo. tenho me empenhado muito pra mudar nossa relação, mas acho que essa maldita culpa vive me perseguindo. em tudo. culpa pq desperdiço muito tempo no feed e não o uso como eu gostaria (lendo livros, estudando assuntos que eu gosto ou fazendo coisas mais interessantes). me sinto culpada pq prefiro ver besteiróis ao invés de filmes que me inspirem a refletir ou ir além da superfície, do óbvio - pra começar que eu nem consigo ver filmes assim e eu acho que é pura falta de costume. me sinto culpada pq não consigo demarcar bem minhas prioridades. culpa. culpa. culpa... e ontem eu disse que culpa não rende, né? não leva a gente pra frente. muito tempo contrário. pois bem. hoje eu percebi que em relação ao meu tempo eu sou tipo aquelas pessoas de dieta e enfiam o pé na jaca. por exemplo, eu estava tendo uma rotina de estudos pra prova e tentando cultivar uma rotininha de autocuidado (skincare, banho de ervas ou de assento, água com limão morna em jejum, lota - pelo menos um deles por dia). aí a prova passou e eu disse que voltaria a estudar dia 02, depois do aniversário da minha mãe. beleza. sabe quando tu tá de dieta, enfia o pé na jaca e parece que não consegue mais voltar? nessa rotininha que eu tava tentando cultivar foi assim. depois do dia 17/03 eu não fiz mais porra niuma. nem os rituaizinhos de autocuidado. nem estudo. eu só basicamente assisti muitos filmes, rolei muito feed e pra dizer que não fiz muito além disso, eu peguei um hábito legal de escrever no computador - que me dá mais espaço, já que o papel é restrito, ainda mais na mandala lunar, que são dois dias por folha. hoje eu decidi que eu não deveria esperar pelo dia 02/04 pra voltar pra rotina de vida que eu quero ter. e por rotina eu nem digo uma coisa engessada, mas é que no começo exige mesmo esforço até que se torne hábito. depois que se tornar hábito vai fluir com facilidade. tudo que é novo demanda esforço. mas tem que ser assim num esquema reeducação alimentar. não pode ser nada mirabolante, super desgastante e fora da realidade, pq senão vira mais uma dieta restritiva que vai me dar vontade de pisar na jaca do tempo com meus junkfoods de tempo netflix e feeds de rede sociais. vou aos poucos criar um hábito de leitura, umas pagininhas por dia. continuar escrevendo. pelo menos um ou dois rituazinhos de autocuidado por dia. organização pra estudar temas “recreativos” e temas pra reforçar minha atuação no trabalho e nas lutas. eu nem preciso mais organizar nada disso, pq eu já organizei demais. se tem uma coisa que eu faço, é organizar. o que me falta é um pontapé. começar é sempre a parte mais difícil, né? mas eu sei que consigo. vai ser difícil, cada dia vai ser uma luta. todo dia é um teste pra tudo. pra ser paciente, pra ser pontual, responsável e compromissada, pra me estabelecer metas realistas, pra pensar sobre mim, pra não ceder pra preguiça ou pro estresse. todo dia é uma luta mas todo dia é uma nova oportunidade de fazer diferente (olha o clichê). e claro, que tem dias que eu vou mesmo querer ver um filme do adam sandler, uma comédia idiota, vou comer besteira, vou ignorar tudo que eu tenho que fazer pra ficar em casa, vou esquecer o mundo lá fora assistindo um filme e comendo um brigadeiro, ou ficar bestando no feed. e tá ok. não é motivo de culpa. ninguém é de ferro e ninguém assinou termo de obrigação pra ser consciente, responsável e perfeito 100% do tempo, é impossível. o que não pode é que eu deixe isso ser a regra, que isso seja a rotina. mas é isso aí. quando eu olho o todo e esse meu longo caminho de altos e baixos nesse relacionamento com tempo, compromisso, prioridades e responsabilidades eu acho que de mais longe eu venho, sabe? já foi pior. hoje consigo encarar de forma mais realista. eu pelo menos já reconheço muita coisa e a passos de lesma tento mudar as coisas. já planejei. planejei muito. escrevi inúmeras listas. refleti. agora tá na hora de levantar e fazer :)
