Day 2: something I'm proud of. This is my diary from 2012. I found it the other day and read all of it. I was shocked at how depressed I was without ever realising it. Most of the entries are variations on "didn't go to bed on time, didn't go to church, didn't go to workplace 1, didn't go to workplace 2, talked to [people who were bad for me]". I'm so proud of how much work I have done in not being in that place any more. Today I made it to university and got good feedback on my short story. Then I went and sat in the library for an hour, unable to bring myself to eat lunch, move or do anything useful. Instead I just scrolled through Facebook and looked at lots of things that make me sad. I managed to text Calum that I couldn't make myself eat even though I was hungry and he called me and got me moving. Instead of eating my packed lunch, he encouraged me to go to Burger Urge - unhealthy for my body but better for my mind because at least I could get myself moving. I took a photo of it, but it disappeared. So instead I'm posting a photo of a sick me sitting on the train coming home - took 3x normal because of train delays and I was trying not to sniff and annoy the other passengers.
