inspired by an ao3 comment i got once (don't know their @ on here sorry), it's souichi as an addams

please note ive only ever seen the movies the addams family and addams family values (the one w fester and the one with debby) so everything i know is based off of those and those alone. (my family watched that new thingy with the blond girl but i haven't seen it because. i don't care to.)

ANYWAYS onto this. ive already described my idea of it in a reply to said ao3 comment but i only just got around to drawing it cause i was having so many issues with drawing souichi lmao

basically my idea was that souchi's from a dif branch of the family that split off a long time ago or perhaps married into the addams family a little while back? either way i imagine that rather than each member of the family having their own quirks, there's a sort of hierarchy that's centered around one family member every other generation that possesses some kind of supernatural power. i think most of the time their powers would be sort of jank (like souichi's grandma, who was wrong with every prophecy she ever told) but would sometimes just be normal (souichi has the unfortunate downside of having shit luck but his powers seem to function well otherwise)

The videos are very pleasing to watch, always explains things thoroughly, and never feels condescending OR overwhelming! I made this in like 10 minutes in MS Paint with a mouse.

I mentioned a little while ago I was inspired to make a Sun and Moon Subnautica Au, and this selfie was from one of the scenes in chapter 5 (as of right now. I'm not too happy with the pacing).

so I had the idea of an au where the NotThem takes martin instead of sasha but then I realized I would have to kill off the real martin… as much as I love the idea of a fic where no one realizes for basically the entirety of tma, and theres a sick reveal towards the end where jon finally finds out that the thing he’s fallen for, the thing wearing his best friend’s face, isnt actually martin, I will make myself sob if I have to kill off the real martin 😔

Been doing private art lessons for a couple kiddos after school, sure half of the lessons always end up as interpretive freestyle dance sessions for one of them, but it’s still been pretty fun!
