He's the one who practically taught me to always put passion into any dish you make, so that you can make the customers or anyone who eats it, happy, and be able to feel that passion and love you put into it, too. He won't ever allow you to doubt yourself or give up, and whenever we're getting stressed out at the restaurant, he tells us to just calm down and remember that we got this. It's why I want to be just like him if I ever own my own restaurant in the future: a dependable boss that my staff can count on!"
