En bouche, on a un vin avec une belle finesse, de l'élégance, des fruits charnus et juteux. Sur des arômes de pêche, ananas, mangues, abricot. Une petite pointe d'acidité qui apporte de la fraîcheur à cette cuvée.Une bonne longueur en bouche avec une finale sur des notes d'amandes grillées et de noix caramélisées.

��En résumé📜 :

J'ai vraiment été séduit par cette belle cuvée de Condrieu. Un Viognier bien fruité, digeste et surtout sans lourdeur avec sa petite trame acidulée. Une cuvée bien équilibrée.

🧆Dégusté sur des coquilles Saint Jacques 🧆.

🍷Quelques accords mets et vin possible avec cette cuvée🍷 : Andouillette de Troyes, Gambas au curry, Asperges aux morilles, Cassolette de homard,.....

🇫🇷🗣️Description du Domaine 🇫🇷🗣️

Lorsque nous nous rencontrons en 2011, nous partageons déjà le goût des bonnes bouteilles. Pourtant, rien ne nous destine à être vignerons. Francine est en fac de droit, Clément est en BTS agricole et envisage d’élever un troupeau d’Aubrac.

L’engouement pour le vin grandit avec notre couple, si bien qu’en 2014 Francine décide de se spécialiser en droit de la vigne et du vin et part étudier cette matière complexe à Bordeaux. Clément, quant à lui, apprend à cultiver la vigne avec son oncle passionné qui possède une petite parcelle de vigne à Malleval avec laquelle il produit du vin en AOC Saint-Joseph pour sa consommation familiale. En 2015, Francine décroche son premier poste dans le Gers et Clément saisit cette opportunité pour la suivre et refaire un BTS en viticulture œnologie cette fois.

Les vents professionnels nous ramènent ensuite à Avignon où Francine intègre le Syndicat des Côtes du Rhône pour y conseiller juridiquement les vignerons et y défendre les AOC de la région. Clément fait ses premières vinifications dans un domaine à Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

L’envie de faire notre propre vin commence alors à germer.

C’est le début de notre nouvelle aventure professionnelle et désormais familiale…

On the palate, we have a wine with beautiful finesse, elegance, fleshy and juicy fruits. With aromas of peach, pineapple, mango, apricot. A small hint of acidity which brings freshness to this cuvée. A good length in the mouth with a finish of notes of toasted almonds and caramelized walnuts.

📜In summary📜:

I was really seduced by this beautiful vintage from Condrieu. A very fruity, digestible Viognier and above all without heaviness with its slight acidic structure. A well-balanced vintage.

🇬🇧🗣️Domain Description 🇬🇧🗣️

When we met in 2011, we already shared a taste for good bottles. However, nothing destines us to be winegrowers. Francine is in law school, Clément is in agricultural BTS and plans to raise a herd of Aubrac.

The passion for wine grew with our couple, so much so that in 2014 Francine decided to specialize in vine and wine law and went to study this complex subject in Bordeaux. Clément, for his part, learned to cultivate vines with his passionate uncle who owns a small plot of vines in Malleval with which he produces AOC Saint-Joseph wine for his family consumption. In 2015, Francine landed her first job in the Gers and Clément took this opportunity to follow her and do a BTS in viticulture oenology this time.

Professional winds then take us back to Avignon where Francine joins the Syndicat des Côtes du Rhône to provide legal advice to winegrowers and defend the region's AOCs. Clément made his first vinifications in an estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

The desire to make our own wine then begins to germinate.

This is the start of our new professional and now family adventure…

Al palato, abbiamo un vino di bella finezza, eleganza, frutti carnosi e succosi. Con aromi di pesca, ananas, mango, albicocca. Una piccola punta di acidità che apporta freschezza a questa cuvée.Una buona lunghezza in bocca con un finale di note di mandorle tostate e noci caramellate.

Sono stato davvero sedotto da questa bellissima annata di Condrieu. Un Viognier molto fruttato, digeribile e soprattutto senza pesantezza con la sua leggera struttura acida. Un'annata ben equilibrata.

Quando ci siamo incontrati nel 2011, condividevamo già il gusto per le buone bottiglie. Ma nulla ci destina a essere viticoltori. Francine frequenta la facoltà di giurisprudenza, Clément frequenta il BTS agricolo e intende allevare una mandria di Aubrac.

La passione per il vino è cresciuta con la nostra coppia, tanto che nel 2014 Francine ha deciso di specializzarsi in diritto della vite e del vino ed è andata a studiare questa complessa materia a Bordeaux. Clément, dal canto suo, ha imparato a coltivare la vite con il suo appassionato zio che possiede un piccolo appezzamento di vite a Malleval con il quale produce vino AOC Saint-Joseph per il consumo familiare. Nel 2015, Francine ha ottenuto il suo primo lavoro nel Gers e Clément ha colto l'occasione per seguirla e questa volta fare un BTS in viticoltura enologia.

I venti professionali ci riportano poi ad Avignone, dove Francine si unisce al Syndicat des Côtes du Rhône per fornire consulenza legale ai viticoltori e difendere le AOC della regione. Clément ha effettuato le sue prime vinificazioni in una tenuta a Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Inizia allora a germogliare il desiderio di produrre il nostro vino.
