I have hopelesly lost myself to Mount And Blade 2: Bannerlord, so to get just any drawing done at all, heres a little doodle of my character Abeil. Proud Battanian born mercenary: D on't 'ate the Vlandians, just don't like 'em is all. She's very short but very violent. The long-hafted mace helps her reach peoples faces with her attacks.

An update on the adventure of Abeil

She quickly gained a trusted bodyguard, Nahawa, that never strayed from her side. Nahawa was with Abeil for all of her greatest victories, while her renown grew. The two grew quite fond of each other, and since Abeil never took a husband ("too busy making war", she would proclaim), rumours stirred.

As Abeils renown grew, she was offered vassalage by her high king, Caladog, ascending her from mere mercenary to the ranks of the low nobility. Soon after this, Caladog started a campaign against the northern Sturgians which Abeil and her company joined - The campaign abrubtly ended in a gruesome ambush, where the entirety of Abeils force was wiped out and both her and her trusty bodyguard were reported missing, pressumed dead.

Some within Battania speculate, in hushed voices, that the entire campaign was but a scheme by Caladog himself, to rid of the troublesome upstart mercenary. The highborn never took well to the ascendance of any of common blood after all.

The end? At least of that playthrough. Unless ... ?

New playthrough, new character: This is Roslind Huund, daughter of a Vlandian noble. She's idealistic and naively priviledged, and was eager to serve in the milites when she came of age. And so she has entered a world of politicing and treachery she is entirely unprepared for.

Since last time, she's bested most of the nobles of the western empire and the Sturgians, and thrown them all into Battanian dungeons. Just so they stop running around being annoying.
