Risotto who was a sidekick to a corrupted hero, who had his hopes and dreams crushed when he watched someone who he thought was a respectable hero turn out to be a huge dick and a monster. And when the hero made Risotto cover up a murder committed while intoxicated and shoved the blame onto him when it was uncovered, Risotto snapped. While in jail he swore that he'd get revenge and became a vigilante, swearing to kill those corrupted heroes and make a better hero system.

Risotto who goes by 'Metallica' and leads his vigilante group 'La Squadra'. They hunt and kill those who are corrupted, help those who were tossed aside by the hero organization, and take care of troublesome villains behind the scenes.

I think SO will get more hype once the second part comes out, but yeah they butchered it by releasing it in two shots. Because it just kind of looses it's hook if you can only watch a certain amount in a go, plus the lack of anasui content is criminal
