The Conner Kent Conspiracy Board… Timkon angst Tim figures out Kon likes him, unfortunately before Kon does.

Sore Loser… timkon fluff (with a sprinkle of angst). Tim reveals he’s been going easy on Kon when they spar and it all unravels from there

Champagne Problems… Tim and Kon break up and won’t tell the batfamily why so obviously there’s shenanigans (angst with a happy ending!!)

To All the Vigilantes I’ve Loved Before… my longest fic ever (so far) inspired by the movie to all the boys I’ve loved before. Whenever Tim has a crush on someone in the hero community, he writes them a love letter that he’ll never send. Damian is an evil baby brother and sends them. This causes problems, but can Tim and Kon fake date their way out of this one?

Capture the Flag to the death… Tim, Dick, and Damian play capture the flag and no one in Gotham is safe. Minor timkon.

“I don’t understand,” Maisy says, frowning at her sister seated on the other side of the desk. Kate wearing her Doctor's mask, professional and calm, white lab coat and hair pulled back neatly at the back of her neck.

Maisy, by comparison, finds herself struggling not to let her hands shake.

Ridiculous. She’s lead teams of men through warzones, she’s completed hundreds of missions and climbed the ranks at stellar speed, all by the tender age of twenty five.

But it’s the two blue lines on a stick that proves to be her undoing. “How could this happen?”

Kate stifles a smile behind her slim hand and her mask slips. “Well, sometimes, when a man and a woman love each other very much-“

“Very funny.”

Kate’s smile fades when she catches the tight edge to Maisy’s tone. Her eyes soften in sympathy and Maisy flounders, turning her palms up in surrender. She had been feeling strange the last few weeks. Achy, tired, a little queasy. Her breasts had been more sensitive and no matter how many times skillful hands brought her to a roaring climax, she couldn’t seem to get enough.

But this. This was so far beyond what she had expected her blood tests to reveal, she’s shocked.

Kate gives her a moment of quiet to process. It’s not enough. “You really had no idea?” she queries gently. She gets up from her chair and moves around the desk to lean against it. Maisy isn’t sure who’s talking to her right now, the Doctor or her sister.

“No,” she says softly, although when the word falls out of her mouth, she’s not entirely sure if it’s the truth. What had compelled her to seek out her sister instead of the Alliance’s own medical team? They were capable and she was due for a routine physical soon anyway and-

“Oh, god,” she breathes, realizing. “They’re going to take me off active duty, aren’t they?”

Kate hesitates and Maisy knows she’s slipped into her professional mode again. It’s a little disconcerting but also welcome. Maisy isn’t sure what she would have done if Kate had thrown a celebration and shouted congratulations from the rooftops about her incoming niece or nephew, instead her circumspect and neutral reaction went a long way to keeping Maisy calm.

“They might… if you choose to go through with it.”

Maisy’s eyes snap to her sister’s instantly. “What? What are you talking about?”

“This isn’t the dark ages, Maisy. You’re a military woman. You’re career. You have…. Options.”

“Are you talking about adoption?”

Kate nods and forces a sympathetic smile. “And others.”

“Oh,” Maisy breathes and she tries to sift through the static in her brain but it’s too loud and buzzing. She had never considered children, had never wanted them – had never even believed she could after the accident that had her fighting to walk again in her teens – yet, somehow, here she is.

Pregnant.

Kate morphs into her sister once again. Leaning over and wrapping her arms around Maisy tightly. Like she did when they were little, protecting her like only a big sister could.

“Who’s the father? Do you know?”

Maisy’s unwitting snort kills the moment. She leans back and eyes her sister critically. “I’m not sure how to take that.”

Kate has the grace to look flushed with embarrassment. “You keep your personal life so buttoned down, I have no idea how active you are. If there’s anyone special, you haven’t told me about him.” The look Kate gives her is faintly reproachful and Maisy swallows back a lump in her throat.

“He’s too special. That’s… That’s why I don’t talk about him.”

“That doesn’t make sense.”

Maisy shakes her head. How can she explain? He’s an officer, young, handsome, serious. She had felt drawn to him the moment they had laid eyes on each other and when he touched her, she felt like her entire world had shifted. He felt like home, but he couldn’t be, because they had both sworn their lives to serve and she knew their time together was limited.

She hadn’t planned to fall in love with him. That hadn’t been part of the plan at all, but now without even trying, she can already see their baby in her arms – eyes big and dark and beautiful like his, tufts of dark hair-

Her heart clenches.

“Those other options,” Maisy says suddenly, a truth settling into her bones the more she thinks about it. “Those other options aren’t options. I… I need to have this baby.” She tries to imagine his seed inside her, blooming to life and her hand falls to her stomach as a wave of fierce protectiveness washes over her. This is what she does. She protects, and she’ll protect this child no matter what, even if she has to do it alone.

The thought of it makes her ache and she feels tears pricking at the back of her eyes in a way they haven’t in years but there’s no question. She wasn’t going to give this child up.

She just hoped she wouldn’t have to give him up either.
