I tried to playtest as much as I could for birthing experience but did not have time to try out with the doctor career, so I apologize in advance for any hiccups.

I used gshade preset spring bubbles by jayica, so colors might look different for you

This built was primarily made to be used with pandasama’s birthing mod. I recommend potentially removing the door (or locking access) to the pediatric room and the doctors office in the second floor to ensure your sim sticks to the birthing suite. 

Speaking of the birthing suite, if I want my sim to have a regular birth using the pandasama birth mod, then I start off with the default hospital bed already in the room and when the time comes to deliver I go into build mode (bb.enablefreebuild) and switch the hospital bed for the surgery machine. If you want to go c-section route then use the birthing suite up until its time and then go into the surgery room (I recommend the one at the very end of the hallway which has the baby decor)

Medieval Save 2.0 (with CC)

Welcome to my Medieval save for The Sims 4.

I've dedicated a considerable amount of time and effort into crafting it, and the work will continue with more worlds to come. As an enthusiast of this kind of Sims 4 world, I've created something that I myself would eagerly enjoy playing. I wish you a wonderful gaming experience with this save. Don't forget to familiarize yourself with the instructions.

Main Information:

1. Remade cities: Willow Creek, Newcrest, Magnolia Promenade, Windenburg, Brindleton Bay, Moonwood Mill, Sulani. More worlds will be added in the future.

Career Legacy Challenge: Rules

A Sims 4 completionist legacy challenge that plays through all the careers while aiming to complete all collections, rewards, aspirations, degrees, skills, using all traits and worlds in-game.

Basic Rules

Since there are 26 generations in all, heirs could be named alphabetically

Spouses must complete the other career track, unless there’s only one career branch

Spouses may complete the side quests, second aspiration, and/or after-school activity

University is optional except when an organization or an after-school activity is specified

The family museum should contain the collections, career rewards, and other memorabilia of the family. It can be a closed retail lot that is passed throughout the generations.

Discord members who are not participating get a look at the process and first access to builds as members complete and post them

Simoleon Caps on certain houses:

One lot in the low income and middle class areas will be capped at a particular amount on the exterior to allow for ready to play and work towards gameplay

The houses will come as any real life purchase: Exterior, landscaping and appliances

Lore and Story

Every hub will be connected in some way to one another

Each sub will have its own story and lore

Each hub will have its own career expertise

About the Process

While we are giving our participants two months to complete their build this deadline may or may not be pushed back if delays are encountered.

The save file is estimated to take up to 1 year

All pariticipants get to vote within our discord so that everyone has a say

While we do our best to make this as interactive and engaging the results are determined by the winning vote

Participants are allowed to collaborate or trade lots

Following Updates

The next update is on June 16th where we will have had spent the last week voting on a build style for the NE.

From the 16th to the 21rd we will be determining lore and story lines

From the 21- 23rd we will be voting on selected lot types

June 23rd - Lots will be assigned and the worlds with the users will be posted (we have some last minute members that joined!)

Hardcore Rags to Riches (Molpe Style)

Realistic Rags to Riches, where you have to pay for EVERYTHING!

How strictly you follow the rules is always up to you :) This is just an opportunity to play the game a little different (to make it a bit harder) 🙂

Set up

start with a teen or young adult and no money 🙂

shift+ctrl+c -> “testingcheats enable” and then “money 0”, you can use the money cheat to remove money to pay for fees (see bellow) - “money NUMBER” 

no other cheats, mods etc.

start on an empty lot, if the lot already has some challenges or traits you're not allowed to change it! You can add more if you want, but not get rid off anything (not even the ones you add yourself ;) ). You can decorate the lot anyway you want (like an abandoned alley etc.), but without things your sim could use (you can place benches, bins, grills, things which are normally found around the world - it depends on how easy/hard you want the challenge to be :)

any lifespan

easy = without ageing or on long lifespan, normal = normal lifespan, hard = short lifespan.

Rules

no sim joining the household can bring any money

if travelling from home, you have to pay these fees:

- inside one neighbourhood - free - to another neighbourhood - 25 simoleons - to or from Magnolia Promenade, Newcrest, Forgotten Hollow, Willow Creek - 50 simoleons - to or from Brindleton Bay, Evergreen Harbor, San Sequoia, Henford-on-Bagley - 75 simoleons - to or from Oasis spring, Strangerville, Moonwood Mill, Chestnut Ridge - 100 simoleons - to or from Glimmerbrook, Winderburg, Britechester - 150 simoleons - to or from Copperdale, San Myshuno, Tartosa - 200 simoleons - to or from Del Sol Valley, Sulani, Mt Komorebi - 300 simoleons - to or from Batuu, Selvadorada, Granite Falls - 500 simoleons - always pay the higher fee

you cannot buy anything from the B&B except from things sim can carry in their inventory (sleeping bag, laptop, guitar, toys…) until you own a lot

if you want to be fishing, you have to pay 50 simoleons for fishing equipment

you can have a sleepover at your friends house, but just one night (and day)

before you buy anything else (like a bed), you need to own a lot (you basically need to pay for the lot you started on once again) - you have to pay a fee of 100 000 simoleons (or move to an apartment)

if you want to build a house you have to buy a building permit with 500 simoleons, if you want to add any rooms, more buildings on your lot, pool, fences, anything you have to pay additional 500 simoleons every time you want to build something

you must have things to secure the needs of kids and animals before getting them - for example to have a bassinet, changing table, fridge if you want to bottle feed them, potty, toddler bed, some toys. For a horse, you need to have a horse bed, horse water trough, horse bed, big ball, and so on for other animals.

if any of your sims want to move out, you must move them into a pre-build house you can afford (and you have to pay for it - at least 5 000 simoleons),

you can move into an apartment before having money to buy a house, but you have to pay additional 300 simoleons per a room per a week

you have to pay for any food you get, unless someone else cooked it (for example, it’s ok to get food someone made on a grill, but if you want to get chips at the bar or to get a quick meal, you have to pay 5 simoleons for each. 

if you want to change your sim’s outfit/outfits, you have to buy the clothes - pay 100 simoleons for each outfit  (except if you buy it in the game) - doesn't matter if you want to change just a hat or the whole outfit, doesn't apply if you want to just remove something. Pay 25 simoleons for a new new-born outfit (if you decide to change it)

if you want to buy furniture you have to either have handiness lvl 5 or pay additional 500 simoleons (for the delivery and installation of the furniture). After reaching lvl 5 of handiness, you need to pay just for the furniture delivery (100 simoleons) if you buy stuff under 500 simoleons in total (from 500 simoleons it’s free shipping :) ).

If you want to change the colour of something (furniture), you need to buy a new one.

for painting the walls you need handiness lvl 3 (otherwise pay 200 simoleons) and for changing the floor you need handiness lvl 7 (or pay 350 simoleons for the handyperson who changes it for you :) ).

if you want to buy plants to decorate your house (those from B&B decorations), you have to have gardening lvl at least 3 (otherwise they'd die),

if you decide to have a job, you must have a place to live first (either an apartment or a lot)

if you decide to start your own business, you must pay a 1000 simoleon fee for the administration, plus you have to pay an additional 25 000 simoleons for the lot you build your business on.

Skills stated above can be reached by any sim in your household, it doesn't have to be your founder (for example their partner or kids can reach handiness level 5 to get rid of the installation fee for the furniture :) ).

Goals

To finish the challenge:

+25 points = to have a house worth 1 000 000 simoleons with garden and animals of your choice

+25 points = to successfully raise at least 3 children, and successfully raise them to adulthood (for example get additional traits, maximise their skills, fulfil their aspirations, whatever you feel like is a success :) )

Bonus goals: 

+1 point for a golden medal per each type of social event (right now it’s 21 in my game)

+10 points - every sim reaches the top of their career or earns at least 100 000 simoleons from their business, plus their employees must be fully trained.

+5 points - have at least 5 grandchildren

+5 points - purchase every lifetime reward

+1 point - get ambrosia for your founder

get an extra point for every skill you reach level 10 with any sim who starts at 0-3 skill points in this skill (for example you can count a sim who starts with 3 skill points, but cannot count a sim who starts with 4 when you move them in - like father winter, who has some skills already maxed).

Did y'all know that before The Round-Up Saloon opened on July 11, 1980, the space was a gay disco called the "Magnolia T.P.," co-owner Gary Miller says.

What does the "T. P." stand for? 

"Thunderpussy," Miller laughs. 

Part of that name is still tied to the Round- Up (just not the "T.P." part). 

The charter company that owns the Round-Up is called Magnolia Disco Corporation. 

Steeped in boot-scootin' Lone Star tradition, the Round-Up usually overwhelms out-of-towners. 

Visiting New Yorkers witness same-sex couples free spin, promenade, two-step and line dance. And they wish Manhattan had a twangy dance-hall just like it. 

But the genuine gay country-western experience isn't easily exported.

This weekend, the Round-Up winds up its 28th anniversary celebration with a Friday night Karaoke bash and a retro-disco beer bust on Sunday. 

The 10,000 square foot space used to be the Old Warsaw Restaurant. 

Over the years, there have been some changes. 

"The patio used to be a lot bigger," Miller remembers. 

Almost all of the club's early history was lost in a fire: In 1989, the Round-Up and two adjacent tenants were victims of a six-alarm fire — ignited by an arsonist who tried to cover up a burglary after stealing computers from the Dallas Gay Alliance. 

A few items survived, including the brass chandeliers in the karaoke parlor. 

Maintaining a "classic" definition of western culture is part of the Round-Up's success. 

"Western shirts are tucked in. And we don't wear crumpled hats — no Madonna cowboy hats either," co-owner Alan Pierce says. 

Miller and Pierce have been partners for 22 years: In 2006, they were married in Montreal. 

Miller grew up near the mouth of Red River; and Pierce in New Mexico. 

And like many Round-Up patrons, Miller and Pierce both had rodeo culture in common. 

Like the gay rodeo circuit, gay country-western clubs emerged out of necessity — not to rebel against tradition. 

Old-school C&W culture — and specifically Nashville — are still very much homophobic. 

K.D. Lang's phenomenal success changed perceptions a little. 

But Miller says the secret to the Round-Up's longevity isn't really about hats, dance steps or cocktails. 

"It's because everyone here is so friendly.”

When the first pups in Moonwood Mill were born, Denis's youngest siblings started visiting a lot. No one invited them, but here they are! Just like real life lol

The stupid teens kept feeding my future predators with fries, and half of them had to lose weight later because of that xD

And then this one girl (c) came. I have no idea who she was; just some neighbor randomly barged in, and both teens had an instant crush on her. Instead of caring for infants, they flirted all day long. Look at this poor baby lol

It seems like she chose Irene though.

Turned out, she was the daughter of Dwayne "Rock" Johnson and a rando from the gallery. Seem cute, too! I named her Octavia and let the love birds be.

I just love that Zoey's lips are still a thing in this family! And her nose lol

And, obviously, chubbiness xD

My second-generation firstborn was killed by the neighborhood stories via rabbit xD And the rest were getting older, so I gave the funny one a wife. Green, because Zoey never gave me greenies, alas

5. Mt. Komorebi - Very pretty, nice atmosphere, lovely aesthetic. 4. Tartosa - Very pretty too. Love the shopping street. 3. Magnolia Promenade - Small and cute. Makes for cute streets. 2. Windemburg - Looks like home, if you squint a little. 1. San Myshuno - Perfection. Big city. Apartments. Feel busy. 10/10.

Frenchie Save. Version 1.1. Français

Note: (Dear English-speaking Simmer friends, the following description is in French because all the stories and descriptions of this save are in French. But obviously you can download the save and play with it!) J’ai d’abord créé cette sauvegarde pour moi, du coup je ne me limite pas sur les packs utilisés.
