I guess it's careful footing.

And every time I walk into the Mystery Carnival I swear I see some weird shadow dragon in one of the mirrors.

1- Gadonian Arcanine, Growlithe: Psychic/Fighting types that were brought in and bred to withstand and attack Diancie's forces 2- Bakhuruna, Orunai: Water/Psychic/Dragon types that are basically the Magikarp/Gyarados of Gado. Fishermen have to tread carefully at night when Bakhuruna is most active, taking power from the moon 3-4- Crylot, Chromolt, Cryptogre: Dark/Flying types that are loved for their diverse skulls, often being decorated by human hand for festivals/holidays 5- Cyrstik, Cerafrost, Cervinice: Dragon/Ice types that are religiously used for racing in Gado, being able to traverse most of the terrain it harbours, even being able to swim swiftly 6- Ampik, Lamprat, Rattazap: Light/Electric types that are basically the Pikachu clones of Gado. Theyre popular for first time or fearful trainers, for their loveable personality and added protection from Darkness 7-10- Saisun/Sesonno: Ice/Grass/Normal/Fairy/Ground types that change with the season they are in. They often populate the areas in which it represents the season most.

Escort Mission

Music loudly filled the streets that were so crowded that people had to push their way along them. Shops had their doors and windows thrown open and the scents of freshly baked goods, fish, cooking meat, alcohol, dirt, and sweat was everywhere.

Ares pushed his way through the crowd with Olli in tow. He wasn't quite sure where he was going but he was too hyped up by the activity to really care.

After entering the city the two boys had split away from the others to get 'a lay of the land' - or at least that was their excuse. In honesty, they were eager to try and find Jack and Erya and see the sights. It wasn't often they were around so many people so as far as they were concerned - earning money could come later.

Olli mentioned wanting to get a a better look at the castle so both boys had decided to make their way through the crowd towards it. But with the crowd as dense as it was it felt like that mission would be impossible and after starting to grow weary they decided to duck out of the crowd and down an adjoining alley to another busy, but less dense street.

"We'll never make it at this rate." Olli huffed as he crossed his arms and looked up at the Castle in the distance. Ares pressed his hand to his forehead to block out the sun and looked in the same direction, "Yeah... maybe we'll hafta wait until later?" "Yeah." Olli pouted, "But then what do we do until then?" "I dunno?" Ares replied with a shrug, "Guess we could go try 'get 'collect' some coins?" Olli looked slightly disgusted and shook his head, "No way! There's no one here worth stealin' from and I ain't about to nab a purse from just about anyone. I only wanna steal from the rich!" Ares had to grin and shrug his shoulders at that. He didn't really feel like fighting that. Instead he joked, "I didn't say 'steal' you Magikarp head!" "Hey! Yer the Magikarp head, not me!" Olli countered as he started walking again.

The two boys looked around for something to either earn them money or for something to occupy their time. It didn't take long though for Ares to spot something - it was a boy on the other side of the street. Given the way the boy was dressed and held himself, Ares could easily tell that he was outside his element and looked as lost as he did out of place.

Ares looked thoughtful for a second and then elbowed Olli in the ribs to get his attention, but before the other boy could protest he then crossed the street towards the stranger.

"Hey-" He called out to the other - but before he could add anything else Olli ran up and cut him off...

"Hey are ya lookin' fer somethin'?" Olli jogged across the street without even looking first... luckily there were no carriages or horses that dared try to make it through these streets during the festival so he didn't get run over.

i already found some of my old a3! x pokemon au headcanons (not a full pokemon au, but if the story in game also had pokemon)

some of these include

yuki doing research ahead of time before he became a registered trainer so that all his pokemon would evolve into something cute

“nothing is more disappointing than seeing yume-nee’s glameow evolve into a purugly. i would have cried if that were me” -yuki to his older sister when he was like 7

yuki ordered ball seals from a different region of japan where they were more common and had more variety. all his pokemon have specially decorated pokeballs

azami asked yuki for some letter seals and tried to sneak them on one of sakyo’s pokeballs that he left in their room to spell out “fuck” as a prank. sakyo caught him in the act

homare absolutely keeps all his pokemon in luxury balls, the man is rich

sakyo’s pokemon are kept in pokeballs. he never really bought pokeballs in bulk since he felt guilty about buying so much at one time as a kid, but the first time he did so as a yakuza lackey he still keeps to this day

sakyo’s gyarados is kept in a net ball. it was given to him by this nice old man from his old neighborhood. he would help the man on occasion when his mom was busy at work and he gifted him a magikarp as a thank you. sakyo was upset at it being practically useless but put in a lot of effort into making it the pokemon it is today

his gyarados loves summer festivals and would help advertise the ginsenkai’s stalls making them a major staple each year

most of azuma’s pokemon are kept in luxury balls. two that are in pokeballs are his umbreon that used to be a family pet before the incident, and his chimecho that he caught as a chingling that followed him around after visiting the family grave

Sharkie's Magikarp Festival Food Tierlist!

Hey there T-Squad! Hope you're all having a great time hanging out with the Karp. You know I keep my squad in the know, so if you're at the Magikarp Fest, or you're thinking of going, here's the lowdown on the best places to get snacks AND the stuff to stay away from.

Magikarp Taiyaki- C TIER - the magikarp shape is a plus, but inside you don't get a lot of filling. A little bland. Kind of a disappointment, but gets points for presentation.

Fried Oreos- A TIER- Always a hit. Pretty standard, but a must grab every time.

Lemonade- ??? TIER- I'd rank this if I could have found any?? Literally I think some guy drank it all. Sorry T-Squad maybe next time.

Karp Fries- B TIER- maybe a little over seasoned, but still petty decent. Idk why they tried to call them something different these are legit just fries.

Rainbow Dango- A TIER- Another solid carnival food. Definitely a staple. Would grab some again.

Deep Fried Onions- F TIER- What the hell man? Why would you even sell this? Probably the worst thing I tried all day. Anyone who tells you they liked this is LYING.

Karp Cone- S TIER- What else was I gonna put it in? The presentation on these is great, awesome magikarp shaped cones and somehow they even got the sprinkles to look Magikarp shaped. If you only have cash to get one treat at the fest THIS is your go to.

Okay! Day 2 of the Magikarp fest. For real this time. This time I've got a hat on and plenty of sunblock (thanks Rose!).

Heading out with Rose, Zzazz and �aver to visit the ponds. Honestly I had not realized there could be so many different types and breeds of Magikarp. The population at the reserve is EXTREMELY diverse.

Lilycove city has been the most busy I've seen it in months. I'm glad I've been able to find space for all four of us at my apartment. I'm always surprised how many people come out for events like this. You would think it would be just another local festival.

I guess people are just really enthusiastic about Magikarp.

Anyway, Jo is coming with us today. She wanted to see if the Karp Cones really have Magikarp shaped sprinkles on them!

If you need a place to stay, the Old Ferrum town and Tellur town are good spots to stay in, plus the locals there are willing to lend a hand if they can.

As for landmarks, we have many, one of our famous ones are Neos City, Diggersby Land, Mystery Carnival and the Blue Dome. We also have the Regi ruins but those are difficult to get to without a guide or by other means.

Ok so after asking around and getting reply’s on my previous post, I’m apparently in Ferrum? Why have I never heard of this region? Even as a super sheltered kid who was homeschooled I learned about most of the regions and that they exist… hm….

catch of the day: magikarp

there's so many magikarp here, i love it! despite the name of my little blog gimmick, i didn't catch them because that's just plain rude to go fishing in a sanctuary jksahkjsfahjk. there's a lot of them on the surface, and i got to meet a lot of new personalities. i think my favorite is sharkie, i love fish pokemon with big personalities!

magikarp is the water-type with the biggest number of color morphs! and probably one of the most afaik asfajhsfgagshj. like every time i think i knew them all, i always discover a new morph! magikarp are really pretty pokemon that are really sturdy and interesting and i'm glad i got to meet other people who think the same at this festival.
