A silly guy who knows many puns... but forgot how to use his powers!

He found his grandfather's old hook and became a king trapped in a realm of his mind where nothing bad will happen ever again... It's not until he receives a message not meant for him that he is awoken and able to leave. In combat, he's very skilled with a baseball bat, boomerang, or his fists when necessary. The Onyx Staff, which is able to open portals to other Magicants, can also be a weapon!

Ness

After the souls of the chosen four leaves they're metallic bodies, the souls of the kids ended up just floating in time, lost with no opportunity to return to they're original bodies, (for some reason) Ness wakes up in his own Magicant again, feeling confused and lonely, but at the end he decided that stays there was his only option. Thousands of years passes and Ness became the king of his own little world, but it's been ages so he forgot some stuff, in that including his friends, the other three chosen kids became a mystery for Ness, he doesn't remember they're faces or voices, he remember he saved the world and didn't to it alone, but with who...?

Lucas

At one time, the little blond boy hear a young female voice calling for him, he and his companions followed this mysterious voice and ended finding a weird carrot shaped rock, confusing but voices came from it Lucas uses his telepathy to listen to them much better, Lucas heard the voice of a little kid, and then everything became nothing but just confusion to eventually wake up in a colorful bizarre world. (To not making this thing too long) Lucas meets Ness in his palace, Ness acting really excited because is the first time they got visitors in... Well, the all time. Ness asked Lucas If he can help him to remember his old friends, the ones he can't remember almost at all, soo now Lucas has to help this little silly fella to remember the friends the forgot, basically.

First things first: This is a CRACK (in case it wasn't obvious yet) Mother (1+2+3) AU featuring:

★ Lucas: A lawyer with a thirst for justice and a heart of gold that ends up stuck in another universe after trying to expose the king of the criminal underworld.

★ Claus: Lucas' twin brother, a landscape artist (a renowned gardener) and a single father of one (a dilf, if you will).

★ Ninten and Ana: A pair of doctors from Lucas (and Claus)'s OG universe. Ninten is a sweet doctor who will soon realise that he may be kinda of a moronsexual. People say she came up with the nickname Trolluncle, but sush, you can't tell that to the head doctor of the hospital.

Mother Character Analyses 1 - Ninten

-STORY-

His name in the novelization is Ken, and since those are partially canon in my AU, Ninten's MIDDLE name is Ken.

2. Ninten is Buzz Buzz. Comes from some shit I found on the Internet, but this theory goes; Buzz Buzz's 'Speech' is what he remembers from before he died from getting directly attacked by Giygas (Who will get his own analysis!).

3. Middle child because I say so.

4. All the Mother games, excluding 3, happen the year they were originally released, so (according to the copyright on the title screen) 1 happens in 1989, and 2 happens in 1994.

5. Ninten is 13 by the time Beginnings happens, so he's 18 when 2 does. This will likely create a paradox because of Buzz Buzz's existence.

6. The reason Ninten was reincarnated is Divine intervention to deliver that message.

7. Canon magicant was Maria's creation, and since Ninten was/is Maria's descendant, he can manipulate it as well, hence enemies from his backstory, the lil creatures being so nice to him, and also I liked Mother 2 magicant. He just wasnt aware he could do it, and therefore not aware he was doing it.

8. Everybody hates the Crystal Cavern because it's like a mirror maze (because it's made of, well, crystals.)

A little extra from the au that I wanted to share:

The wells from Maria's Magicant are replaced by a beach. The ocean doesn't seem to end. However, there's something in the middle: an enormous mountain covered in red clouds. It works like the cave from beneath Maria's Magicant: the deeper you go (in this case, the higher you go), the closer you will be to the real world. Once you reach the summit, you can exit.

But those clouds hold something sinister, something wicked. Something that will try to attack you on sight. Something Ninten doesn't want to think about, really.

Also, you will need a boat. And this Magicant doesn't have any boats, or at least that's what the prince says.

Makimg a new AU because why the fuck not. Main changes of this is that it merges Deltarune with Earthbound, two of my three favorite games.

Main change is that Deltarune has this wierd thing called PSI. Think of it as if it were Magic, but only certain individuals, more common in Humans, but monsters like Sans do have it, can use it, and they are referred to as Psionics, or Psychics. At base level, a Psychic can only move things around with their mind and use telepathy. Powerful Psychics like King Poo and the deceased couple Ness and Paula, along with Ness' elder cousin Ninten, can heal entire body parts, cause a tremendous amount of lightning to strike from their hands, and even shake stars to send small, 4 foot droplets of plasma hurtling towards the enemy. Other, more specific PSI users tend to practice only a handful of PSI, such as Sans and his powerful Telekinesis, PSI Beams (in replacement of Gaster Blasters because fuck those appearantly, they don't exist in canon of Deltarune as far as I'm aware), and Warpslip Ω, an ability thought to only be usable by Ninten as an Alpha PSI ability, can use far more powerful versions of weaker PSI or more situational PSI, s seen with Sans and his PK Beam Ω, which was thought to be impossible to perform before he performed it.

For those who aren't aware of Earthbound, why haven't you played it, the entire series is actually pretty fucking good, Undertale was inspired by the fuckers. Back on track, for those who don't really know how PSI works, I'll just give the three categories and and four...five power levels. Remember that certain PSI do not follow the rules of Power Levels, such as, before Sans cracked the code, Warpslide being only one power level and only ever being used to teleport short distances away from the enemy. The categories are Offensive, Healing, and Support. Offensive are all psionic abilities that are orientated towards harming your foe, utilizing emotions, energies, or brute psychic power to damage foes. Healing is anything that helps heal the body, either from things like Stone, Diamondization, Poison, or healing body parts. Assist is generally Defense, Ability Enhancers, Shields, and certain variations of signature PSI abilities (Ninten used to have Warpslip, Ness has PK Rockin', with variations called PK Origin and PSI Rockin', two twins, who live in Hometown, recently moved, named Lucas and Claus, have PK Love, and Kris has PK Prankin', subject to change, but that's the only thing I got about their personality other than they were somewhat creepy). Now, Power Levels. Alpha is the weakest level, then Beta is the second weakest. Gamma is basically the highest some go, but is the second weakest. Omega isnthe strongest any PSI user can use an ability at, unless you are a cosmic eldritch deity of hate and evil, then nobody can even comprehend your attacks, let alone take the attack without being basically the universe's chosen hero against said cosmic horror.

Not much else changes, except that Claus and Lucas join the Fun Gang, Ness and Paula are Kris' biological parents, Kris is a Psychic, weak at first and better off hitting things with their sword, but will get to the Lightning Power of his mother in due time, and there is no Snowgrave route. The variation is just Kris being consumed by the idea that their Psionic Powers could reach such levels as to kill gods, and basically abandons all reason and becomes a murderous maniac who electrocutes, incinerates, and freezes all creatures in his path, eventually leading them to become possessed by a piece of Giygas (the aforementioned cosmic horror) and Chara is just out of the picture now because fuck them, they backseated the Genocide Run and couldn't kill Giygas even with a timeline reset. If Chara is evil, then Giygas has mastery over them because he is basically the Incorporeal God of Psionic Abilities, Malice, Hatred, and pure and unbridled Evil. Luckily, that is also an alternate timeline to the canon Deltabound AU.

Oh yeah I should explain things!

Hi! I’m Red and I write fanfiction! About four years ago I’ve created a fanfic called “Mary’s Been Betrayed” on a website, and it’s great (bad.)

since you guys do not know this au well, I’ll give you a rundown! Magicant is an afterlife and Ninten is evil.

Here’s a longer one.

Marys been betrayed is the story of Ninten acquiring immortality and slowly becoming evil and discarding his humanity, culminating in his own human body falling apart and also there’s murder. Unlike some AUs I see, MBB doesn’t take any part of the story and warp it, it reimagines the world slightly differently. Very differnet.

Here are characters.

Ninten is the main protagonist for the mother 1 saga and the main villain in the second one (two years after the first one.). He is initially a bit worried for how others perceive him but as time goes on he weathers away into nothingness. He has a great amount of evil in his soul and it’s why after he died, Mary caused his soul to remain earth bound and for his body to not decompose, effectively making him immortal. First Saga Ninten is the one on the reference, while Post Second Saga Ninten is the one depicted in the background.

Ana is just a girl who helps Ninten, and she is easily blinded by the potential in him to be a good person to not reprimand him. She also has great PSI potential and does most of the fighting against Giegue. During the second saga, she was magically transported to Ness’ Magicant and caused him to seal away his positive emotions (causing Magicant to not be realized until later.)

Lloyd is an early friend of Ninten’s who ends up being the weapons guy, and he’s responsible for things such as functioning vehicles the gang can use. Unlike his friends, he functions as just another character in the second saga, though he is more scared of Ninten. First Saga Lloyd has a hooded cape, but apparently not Second Saga.

Pippi is a character who’s been dead the whole time, but despite such is a relevant character to first saga. Her death is the motivation Ninten had to go to Heaven, and he thought of her for a lot of the time during First Saga. However she is irrelevant from the end of First Saga on.

Giegue is not as relevant to this story as he used to be, having been killed in self defense and possibly destroying a mountain. However, his strength in PSI is enough to recreate life itself as well as warp things when fit. Half of his power is in Jeff, Half of it is in the Statue (for a while), and a fraction of it is used in other products by Dr Andonuts, including the Sky Runner.

Queen Mary, as the titular character, is the end goal for Ninten. Rather, he wants to kill her. Before the events of First Saga, Queen Mary was heartbroken to realize Ninten is unable to go to heaven with the evil in his heart, so she tried to give him immortality so he could have a good life still, though this doesn’t work out. She is still immensely powerful

Ness is the main protagonist of Second Saga, and is also the wielder of a wonderful land he can only access in his dreams. However over the course of such, Ness had sealed away his ability to feel any good. He also has a habit of passing out and communicating with the girl in his dreams.

Paula is… I’m sorry besties she’s fairly irrelevant but she does a lot of the talking for her group given her other members do not have very riveting commentary. She also tries to help Ness whenever he needs it but it’s mostly whenever she thinks he needs it.

Jeff is.. not a character. A year before the Second Saga, the real Jeff was killed in a miscarriage of science, so the robot was made in his image using a great amount of power left over from when Giegue was killed. You could technically say he’s related to the Mani Mani statue in such a sense as that was also made of Giegue Power and sought after by Ninten.

Poo is a formerly alive prince from a far off kingdom, but in actuality, he was meant to ensure Magicant would return, and later on checks in with Ness to see how that’s going. He is not immensely important but he is fairly relevant in the late series.
