John looked at the other letting out a scoff “I’m the best-looking zombie to wonder on your doorstep Luv” he mused tiling his head and letting a soft smile come to his lips “we both know that, if that day ever happens I won’t be in need of patching up” he replied before nodding his head “Something of a right bastard, to be honest, think you could offer me some of that tender love and care Zee?”

"You're an idiot." Zatanna rolled her eyes but still helped him up and to the dining room. There wasn't carpet for him to bleed on in there. "She cleared off the table with a wave of her hand and had him sit down. "Looks like it left a curse on it. Nasty one too." she said looking at the black smoke-like essence coming out of the wound. She walked away coming back with a bottle of jack and a clean kitchen towel. "Drink and bite. This is going to hurt." she told him, handing him the items.
