i'm trying to replicate this maghar orc from this official art cause i thought she looked cool but you literally cant do it. the markings arent available for that skintone, the eye colour isnt available to maghar orcs, the tusks are too small the hairline doesnt even match, i'm losing it

Petitioning for a new WoW specific verb.

Hi! So I keep hearing about this city in WoW that just got obliterated... I think it’s called.. what was it?? “Theramore”??? /sarcasm Yeah I’ve heard the super fucking tragic story that is Theramore and how deeply obliterated it got.. SO. I’m starting a habit of referring to that tragedy every time Blizzard obliterates a beloved character! I encourage others to adopt it too if you enjoy the idea. It’s a funny little bit of Schadenfreude that maybe Blizzard might take notice of and understand what they’ve done. :)   ((REALLY HIGH HOPES I KNOW.)) For example, Yrel! Yrel we get to meet in Draenor. She’s super sweet and works diligently to learn how to cooperate and live with the orcs. Big character development and just awesome.... Only to be brought back as a mindless antagonist serving “The Light” just so the Maghar join the horde. Completely Theramored her and all she learned. And for a more prevalent character... my dearest, most beloved.. Wrathion. Oh sweet bean... He was so genuinely matured in Visions of N’zoth, and he truly did understand. Only to be brought back in Dragonflight with a personality more insufferable than he was in Pandaria. Not only that, but his ambition of leading the flight being taken away from him and given to someone else who really doesn’t deserve it.. hell... never even had the desire to lead in the first place. They ABSOLUTELY theramored him. :(

Yeah, Yrel is my favorite peaceful coexisting draenei. I loved how peaceful and coexisting she was in the Maghar quest line.

Also, it's literally the combo of draenei and orc. Why are we stressing a name that clearly took the devs all of two seconds.

Where did all the different races on azerith come from? Like we know the draenai are aliens that came from off world, and the elves/trolls are native residents, but what about the other guys?

humans, gnomes, and dwarves were all products of the curse of flesh. long time ago the titans put the old gods in prisons and set up a bunch of titan forged (basically fantasy robots) to guard the prisons. one of the old gods (yogg saron) wanted to not be in prison anymore so he infected the titan constructs guarding him with the curse of flesh. this created the vrykul, gnomes, and dwarves. vrykul children that were kinda fucked up later became humans.

goblins, tauren, pandaren, and vulpera are all native to azeroth.

orcs also came from space but specifically from draenor through the dark portal.

this includes all the variations of races (dark iron dwarves, undead, mechagnomes, maghar orcs, etc)
