Sora Aguilar is one of the main character of my au. A sweet, gentle, and kindhearted young man filled with curiosity, who would do anything for the sake of his friends and family, even if it means sacrificing his own needs and wants.

He is Rowena’s younger half-brother, Gabriela’s and Shino’s only son, Natalia’s grandson, and Noelia’s nephew.

He’s a close friend to the scraps and a mom-friend who cherishes his own group dearly. He is also Stone’s childhood best friend/sweetheart.

He and his puppy (Kip) lived happily (???) in their mansion, until they wake up one night inside a big bag that was left on the streets of ramshackle.

Been a while since I posted any art on here but here are some WIPs I'm working on!

Been trying to push for more full body poses and actually drawing proper clothing. Folds are hard but I'm happy with how these turned out so far.

Okay this might be a weird ask but, how would the btd boys react to someone with a maggot infestation? My oc has maggots constantly biting on her neck till it bruises. It’s not really a pain because she’s dead yet it’s quite uncomfortable for her. She wears a bandage to cover them up but they fall out sometimes. Besides that she’s very nice and loves to give flowers to people. She has a special interest in hello kitty/Sanrio characters and likes traumacore/sanriocore.

what a cool concept for an oc! it sounds like they would kind of be lawrence's dream girl. they'd have a lot to bond over, both being sort of dead and in that liminal space of living and dead, and law would be happy to give her maggots something to mulch over. kind of corpse bride coded :3

dunno how ren and strade would react to something like that. probably be pretty grossed out (even if she and ren would have a lot in common, aesthetics wise ^_^)

To Be Reborn You Must Break (Ronin x OC)

TW for the following: suicidal ideation, descriptions of gore, unhealthy relationship dynamics(?), bad writing because I don’t write DHGDGD this is an angst fic but kinda fluffyish

3 months. It had been 3 months since Norms started dating the devil. Satan incarnate, Lucifer in the flesh, ever-so-repulsive Ronin Beaufort. The boy he loved like a moth loves a flame, and who loved him like a maggot to rotting flesh.

The two were terrible for each other, and in that, they were perfect for each other.

It’s all Norms had ever wanted. This grotesque form of love, the kind that destroys and rebirths just to destroy again in the tenderest ways possible. The kind that felt like tender decay. It was everything Norms needed.

So then, why, even now, did he feel so fucking awful?

Those were the thoughts swirling in Norms head as he lay against Ronin’s chest in the other man’s bed, cradled like a grieving man does a fresh corpse. He was happy, he supposed. There was no better feeling than this, being warm and safe in the arms of a man that could kill you in an instant, the arms of a man who promised him mutual bloodshed and delivered. But even so, Norm couldn’t shake the never ending hollowness in his chest, a gaping emptiness that made his head hurt as pressure built in it.

“What’s goin’ on in my little god’s head there, darlin’?” Ronin spoke, stroking the back of Norms’ head with one of his hands while the other held around his torso. His dark eyes were unusually soft, though not entirely gentle. He was Ronin, after all.

“Nothin’, I’m just happy to be in your arms.” Norms’ replied with his usual shit-eating grin. Was it real? He couldn’t tell anymore. There was no difference to him and the lines between true emotion and performance were long dead.

“Yea? ‘S nice, damn right, but I want more darlin’. Why stop at limbs? Let’s tangle in each others intestines.” Ronin replied with his own smirk.

“That’s all I’d ever want” Norms breathed out, closing his eyes.

He knew Ronin said it mostly as a joke or attempt to shock him, but a large part of Norms became instantly excited at the notion, as if mingling their entrails and dying as one would fix his hollowness.

Maybe it would.

Ronins voice cut through the silence again, but this time, the sarcasm was gone. The playfulness was gone. All that remained was a kind of knowing, like how his tone was whenever Norms talked to him about his dysphoria.

“Christ, darlin’, just let yourself fall apart.” He whispered, and norms’ heart stopped. His eyes reopened, but ronin beat him to speak.

“You’re festering, rancid, rotting in yourself. Where’s the fun in doing that alone? Fall apart, Norm. I’ll kiss your broken, bloody pieces.”

There was a stillness that hung in the air for a moment. Norms’ eyes stung, his head and chest aching in grief over his very existence. He never wanted to be *this* pathetic, this exhausting and annoying. An attention-seeking burden. At least, that’s how he viewed it. But as Ronin’s grip on him tightened, nails digging into his soft flesh in a way that made it feel as gentle as a kiss, his own guilt for being so sad gave in to his emotion.

A sob. A cracked, trembling, throat scraping disgusting sob was choked out from norms’ throat. His despair was on full, visceral display.

The devil cradled the young god’s emptiness in his hands and kissed it into rotten ichor.

I'm answering these out of order, for reasons that will be apparent very shortly.

Papyrus: I don't have a specific playlist on repeat right now, but when I put my whole music library on shuffle, the first song that came up was "Gurenge" by LiSA, which I enjoy for its fast and syncopated rhythms and intense musical contrast between harsh instrumentals and ethereal vocals. I primarily associate it with the last section of the novel Dracula, when the crew are split up and racing to catch up to the vampire before he gets back to his castle and/or Mina turns, because at one point I rewrote the lyrics to be about that so I could sing along after a fashion, because I don't speak Japanese (I did look up the translation and use the original lyrics as inspiration for my filk version).

Cactus: oh, boy. You're really gonna ask me that one, Thistle?? Fine. No images, but warning for text below the cut discussing genitals, damage to genitals, maggots, infection, gore, venom, and way too many spiders.

I recently read an anecdote about a man who tried to smuggle roughly a thousand Brazilian wandering spiders back to his home country of Whales by putting them in individual boxes in his luggage... including his carryon. Fortunately, the x-ray scanner foiled his plan, and he did not bring hundreds of minimally secured, highly venomous spiders onto an airplane. Reading this naturally led to me looking up the species on Wikipedia, which led to me checking the references and reading several case reports in medical journals of severe envenomation events, which led, in the way Wikipedia visits generally do, to me clicking probably a few dozen hyperlinks in the article I started with and reading the linked articles in full, clicking any further interesting hyperlinks along the way, at least partially because by this point I had in mind to inflict a similar venomous spider bite on one of her OC's (and still do). However. One of the more unusual symptoms of this particular venom is priapism, which is an erection unrelated to sexual stimulation that lasts for hours or even days. The ischemic variety, where blood is trapped in the penis and can't be circulated out to get more oxygen in, can be very painful and lead to permanent tissue damage--and even, in some extreme cases, penile gangrene. Yeah.

Anyway, I spent quite some time reading about the physiology, potential causes and complications, and medical treatment of priapism. Because I'm a writer. And because spider venom. I also spent a considerable time researching neurotoxins more generally, ion channels, classification of toxins, venom delivery systems in various venomous creatures, and--due to the nastiest of the potential priapism complications and the structure of Wikipedia hyperlink binges--types and classifications of gangrene. That led to reading about necrotizing fasciitis, AKA flesh-eating disease, which led to various other conditions that make your flesh rot off your bones while you're still alive, which led to the page on debridement and the various ways of removing said rotting flesh from a living person, including maggot therapy (which is actually so cool and we should be talking about it more--just maybe not at the dinner table. Unless you're me). At this point, it was well past midnight, and I finally went to bed.

Anyway, to everyone else who's reading this, Thistle knew perfectly well when she sent me this ask what my answer would be, because I was periodically texting her during this process. She sent it anyway, and, because my love for her is considerably stronger than whatever sense of decorum I may possess, I have answered. Sorry everyone 😂
