this is a random question but what exactly is a truesona?

but it's basically a fursona that more represents what you look like irl!! (curly hair, brown eyes, yellowed teeth, facial hair, eye bags)

and for funsies i added features i just feel like are Me (horn, funny tail, naturally pink hair)

in comparison to my normal fursona,pawz. hes just a silly purple doggy!

tell me about your favorite word in portugese!!!

OH! I CAN DO THAT :D so i have i would say two favorite words, it's hard to choose any favorite word in any language because every language is so extensive and there are so many possibilities and interpretations but two of my favorite words in portuguese are cafuné and basically any form of apaixonar and its derivatives, like apaixonada, apaixonante, etc etc.

i feel like "cafuné" is one you hear often when people make posts about words in other languages, but it's truly such a lovely word <33 it's a word dedicated to the specific kind of caressing of someone else's head, like when you lay on your parent's lap and they massage your head? that's cafuné. not only is it a delightful word it's about a delightful action, there's nothing better than some cafuné! :] it comes from quimbundo, a language spoken in angola!

and my other favorite word is any form of "apaixonar" basically :] that's a verb that means "to fall in love" as are all of its sisters; "apaixonada" means being in love, "apaixonante" is uhm.. hard to explain but it's like, captivating, something or someone that makes you fall in love constantly. it's also FAR from being only used in romantic contexts which makes it all the better for me :D and it's just such a lovely word, i love the way it sounds ...

also together with this specific bit, about the non-romantic but still lovey side, is "namorando", dating, when talking about something, not someone. it's not something i've ever seen in english, i think, but for example, say i really really like a dress, i can say "eu estou namorando aquele vestido" - "i am dating that dress" to mean i really like it \nd want it. i think it's so fun and i love using it, but i'm pretty sure it doesn't exist in english lol

where did the name ghost come from?

O: !! Uhhh gosh I can't remember where it originated from. I think it was from a friend group where we gave each other nicknames...and they called me Ghost bc I like spooky things and Beetlejuice! I was also exploring my gender identity at the time so it kinda became part of the Gender Soup as well✨

so im curious about your practice! do you have anything you do with the phases of the moon? i believe the new moon's coming up

Aaaw, thanks for the question friend! Never had anyone ask me that before...

My practice is, to put it gently, a mess right now. 😂 I've got a background in Catholicism and Wicca, which later evolved into secular witchcraft and Hellenic Polytheism. Went thru a period of deconstruction, haven't quite got to the end of it yet...tho it has heavily affected my perception of the "supernatural", which I don't really believe to be a literal thing. I'm devoted to Hermes (or His archetype ig), and I do smatterings of different witchy things on the side. Pop culture witchcraft is my latest interest (and yeah, before u ask, it's Sonic 😅).

I used to do more stuff with the moon phases. But, given I got that unmedicated ADHD swag, I just do the spells when I feel like it...usually right when I think about it, bc if I wait too long I lose interest lol

so are you writing your ocs in the form or a novel? or are you planning to do something else with them?

oof this is a loaded question

my ocs have an established "canon" that i haven’t done anything with yet, because in my brain its like a six season animated show. i havent really written anything from that canon other than comics and a few posts. if i ever get the chance, i will absolutely make an animated show

...however, i did get an idea recently for a semi-canon* story in novella form (i say semi-canon because it doesnt contradict their stories but also i dont see it happening in the hypothetical show) and im writing that right now. i'll probably post it on ao3 by chapters when its done

* i determine whats canon and whats not by a very arbitrary method called "what i feel like". atowl (current wip) is kinda going back and forth for me. either way, it would be cool if some day i was able to write separate individual books with these characters, and you could read each independently from each other, right?

L for oc thing?

i talk about lloyd quite a bit already, so ill talk about another werewolf oc :) lyka! they are the Very First werewolf in their universe. they were cursed by a child demigod, but unfortunately the god that made the demigod got Mad about it and sent both of them to the moon, even tho lyka didnt even asked to be cursed. due to being on the moon, they are forced to be Dog for. Centuries. before they were trapped, they bit someone in panic, successfully spreading the curse ^_^
