holy shit dude
first period postpartum hits like a ton of bricks. I thought I had the flu. I had to lie down and nap for like 4 hours in the day today.
#just finished some very onerous travel and 3+ weeks of extra short sleep#besides the 10.5 months of regular short sleep due to baby#i'm not even bleeding much I just have crazy fatigue and nausea#also feeling emotionally crazy of course#if I take a nap because I am too tired to stand and let my spouse watch the baby am I a bad mother?#obviously not we have done it before but my brain today was displeased#made myself eat a burrito after only a single bottle of gatorade rapid stuff that tasted overly sweet all day#they put stevia in the gatorade even though it's already got sugar in it
