current situation being he was stuck as phantom babysitting his own corpse. because apparently if you summon a Halfa just the wrong way they get split into a full ghost and a zombie which currently was trying to climb a fire escape for some ancients forsaken reason!! why'd they even summon some protector spirit from Illenois? why is it doing a backflip? what's worse is he's currently in Gotham because Jazz wanted to go to Gotham U and his parents decided it was a good idea to do a family vacation together in the America's most crime ridden city. and he hasn't got a chance to tell them yet about the whole halfa thing and he's not telling them now while HOLY SHIT HOW HE GOT IMPALED he looked away for ONE MOMENT!!

Danny was in Gotham because if he wanted to be an astronaut when he's officially out of the coffin, he needed schooling damn it. he also needed that for the "being the future king and ancient of space" thing so he's tired and drinking "death wish" coffee(he loves the name and it has the amount on caffeine that should hopefully work on his half dead ass)

he did not expect to get kidnapped by a frazzled secretary and forced to do ceo work but he rolled with it. if he's forced to do paperwork might as well do it well.

Tim is confused and would be sure he's hallucinating if not the fact that half his work for today was in fact done.

to be fair to Tam they did look at least similar not identical but that with the exhaustion black slightly longer hair and blue eyes(the he had some green in them and they were surprisingly bright for someone looking half dead)

finally been giving my copy of candlekeep mysteries a proper read now that i want to run a realms campaign. was anyone going to tell me there were some actually interesting adventures in here?? so far, my favourites are “the scrivener’s tale” and “the canopic being”, and i feel like the latter could definitely be adapted for this silverymoon campaign idea
