Mine is exactly what it says, I came here to just read fics originally, so it came as the first thing in my mind when I was creating the account. ‘Harmony’ is what I've been going by on the internet for.. uh, almost 5 years? So I just chose my internet alias for Tumblr too lol. The ‘san’ I added for no reason other than the fact that the username had to be something not-taken.

So yes, there you go, the most generic lore for a username lolz. I contemplated changing my username to something else but I realized it might inconvenience others for tagging and stuff, so harmonysanreads it is, forever 😔

harmony!! been seeing a lot abt dostoevsky lately and have wanted to get into it for ages but i struggled getting thru reading crime and punishment 😭😭 do you have any recommendations on a good one to start with??

Omg I've also just finished C&P last month 😭 I started it last year but due to studies, I couldn't continue reading and I completely understand if the first few chapters are a bit difficult to get through to. C&P is an amazing experience though and I think it best introduces Dostoevsky's style, so I'd definitely recommend sticking to it.

Two of the shorter works are "Notes From The Underground" and "The Gambler" (both less than 200 pages) so perhaps they can be kept under consideration as well! But I'd recommend The Brothers Karamazov to be read towards the end, or at least after C&P since I've heard it's more complex.
