My Evening Routine

What better 2nd content post, right? Unfortunately - my evenings are much less regular than my mornings; especially when it comes to actual bed times. This is based mainly off of my Sunday night routine, but many of these things I do on a daily basis as well. As with any of these routines, much of what I get done has to do with what my kids are doing, and I recognize that as they get older and have their own events, I won’t have the luxury of time to do all of the below. Not listed are any house chores that need to happen before any of this begins.
Workout:
Normally I try to close all of my Apple Watch fitness rings by the time I’m finished with my day. When this doesn’t happen, I try to close the rings and finish my workout as soon as I can in the evening, so my body can readjust and get ready for sleep. This workouts can include:
Adidas Training App workout (Currently week 6 of 12, my 3rd time through the program).
Crossrope Challenge or 16-22m long workout. (This is quickly becoming an every night occurrence, whether I’ve closed my rings or not).
Home Push, Pull, or Legs workout using Nordictrack SpeedSelect Dumbbells, assorted plates and a curl bar, or kettlebells.
TRX Workout.
The “Let’s just close the rings” workout - recumbent exercise bike.
Prep:
I try to get a few things set up for the next day before I start the “relax” part of my evening. 
Prep Gym Bag.
Prepare breakfast.
12oz Athletic Greens.
28oz Huel morning shake.
Shave.
My facial hair grows like an underdeveloped teen. I only really need to shave once or twice a week.
Relax:
Brew a pot of Sleepy Time Tea.
Shower. Also includes my Lumin Skincare Routine.
Write my 5 Minute Journal Entry.
Based off of a book I recently read, The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, I try to read a minimum of 10 pages of a good book or
Read Outside Magazine.
10 minutes of YIN yoga. (This almost never happens).
If all goes well, I’m in bed by 10pm. As I write this, it is 10:37. You get the picture.

My Morning Routine

It’s morning. I’m starting something new with this blog, so this seems appropriate. Here’s a quick breakdown of what my standard morning consists of. I plan on going more in-depth on some of the things listed below, but this gives you an idea of how I start my day.
Wake Up:
Because of kids, I usually wake up between 5:00-6:00 in the morning.
My morning routine currently includes Lumin Skincare Lotion.
30-40 minutes of living room yoga, currently powered by The Yoga Collective.
12oz of Athletic Greens green food supplement, followed by another 12oz of cold water (to make sure I got every last drop from the bottle.)
While drinking said Athletic Greens, I spend some time filling out my morning entry on 5 Minute Journal.
24-36oz breakfast smoothie consisting of:
.5 cup of frozen berries
100g of Huel meal replacement
Cold water
2-3 minutes of Apple Watch Breath App
Continue to chase kids...
