Hi, this is different than the main fansession I’m sending you. I just needed help!
World: Alterniaish, with a few alternate dimension changes
Name: Lumiae Mahina (lumiae comes from illumination, and Mahina is a lunar deity from Hawaii)
Age: 7 sweeps
Theme/Story: Lumiae’s main theme is books. Books are the light of her life, and very dear to her. She used to be best friends with the heiress when she was younger after accidentally stumbling upon her when she was nearly killed by some highbloods. But once the heiress Nerida grew older, she became more busy and obsessed with being next in line for the throne, and stopped talking to Lumiae. Lumiae says she’s gotten over it, but she really hasn’t. She’s kept the gift of a watch from Nerida for a long time. Also later I made her themed off of a rabbit.
Goals: I was thinking of changing her god tier and sign, as well as design but I wasn’t sure. (Then I’ll jump right there! Designwise I think she’s pretty solid, actually. Definitely one of your best yet.)
Strife Specibus: Lighterkind
Fetch Modus: Table of Contents- she has to find the exact page of the item to get it out.
Blood Color: Teal
Symbol and Meaning: Libpia, sign of the synthesizer
(LIPIA, SIGN OF THE NETWORKER) (My main suggestion for changes would be:)
(LIBIBORN, SIGN OF THE FINALE) (It even matches her glasses!) Handle: bookishFantasy[BF] Quirk: [its literally l just a book]
Special Abilities: None
Lusus/Guardian: A winged rabbit with sharp pointy teeth
Interests: Definitely books. She doesn’t spend much time doing anything else, she doesn’t really like to leave her hive besides going to bookhives. She does like listening to music while she reads though, but nothing with words. Video game music is Lumiae’s favorites, even if she never played the games. She’s also very excited to be a lawyer when she’s older, and studies as much as she reads fantasy books.
Appearance: A large teal jacket with the sleeves singed from an event she doesn’t want to talk about, jeans, sneakers, and a t-shirt with her sign on it. She also has white glasses, which will have two lines between them if she becomes a rage player.
Personality: Lumiae is a very quiet and nervous troll, but she’s always speaking her mind about how things need to change- even if she isn’t loud about it. She’s easily manipulated, especially when she’s vulnerable. But she has a deep anger inside of her, she hates how the world is and wants to change it, but is too scared to do anything. If pushed to far, that rage will bubble over and she’ll snap, not even thinking straight at all. She hates that side of her, and wishes it would just shut up so she could be safe and follow the Alternian law.
Ancestor: the Observer Steeleye
Lunar Sway: Derse
Title: Witch of Light (or, if changed, mage or rogue of rage) (Aaahhhh, Light players. Love em or love to hate em, they’re here to stay and to ruin your sessions. And here the core of my review rests: Are you sure this is a Light player? Light players, excuse my lack of tact, wreck shit.) (You make a point in her personality section to mention a deep, consuming rage that she’s terrified to bring out. Are you sure she’s not a Rage player?) (Rage players get something of a bad rap, but your character has all the elements of a righteous rage player. Rage players can’t take it like it is, even when they’re Prospit aligned. They destroy and leave a fresh slate for their vision of the world to grow.) (I think a Rage aligned version of this character is likely either an Heir or a Mage, amusing because they are inverses of each other. My current lean is Heir.) (The Heir is changed by their Aspect, manipulated and changed by it as much as they bring it into the world around them. Lumiae is passively changed by the society she lives in, of restriction and culling and she hates every second of it. In order to achieve her goals, she’ll have to take that experience an act as her inverse, the Mage of Hope, to guide her fellows on the path to a brighter future. But, she’ll have to do it herself.)
That should be it! And here she is, and in case you can’t tell there’s a scar on her right eyebrow. Thank you!
