Y'all know I'm a suckered for compound exercises that combine 2-3 moves in one for a total body burn. It's efficiency at it's best! And this combo courtesy of @shaunt may *look* easy peasy, but when you 1) have just been torn to shreds for 20 minutes prior, you're toast and 2) engage your core, your abs will be en fuego!! So give it a try! 3 sets of 15 (15 reps on each arm). **Non-scale Victory!!** For a long time I was doing a lower weight on my bicep curls. I struggled to eek out more than 5 reps at a higher weight without losing form (you know, when you start swinging your entire body for momentum. That's not good.). But today I was not only able to move up in weights, but I was also able to complete the 3 sets without ever once losing form! And that is my big NSV!
