This is personal and nobody will ever see this but I’m now on birth control as an antidepressant and I was given the option to have my period once a month or once every three months. I chose the 3 month one because I couldn’t fathom why anyone would want to have a period every month. I’m now regretting it though because I’ve been tracking my period since highschool and it feels like a wasted effort. Why though? Why would I care that much about something so benign?

Sometimes I wish I could choose the songs on the radio. I heard the same song 3 times within the span of an hour and a half and I think that’s 2 too many.

I’d play top 10 USA from Spotify, and then I’d play the top songs that other stations are playing (which I NEVER see on Spotify btw...), and then I’d play a run of the top 10 most recent songs from my monthly playlist (I make monthly playlists of my favorite songs, I’ve been doing it since 2015), and then I’d take audience requests for 20 songs. And then after that I’d repeat. That’s around 2 and a half hours. But you also have a talk show that plays and ads. So then after all the songs play I’d repeat it and get 20 new songs from the audience. You still get repetition which is think is hella difficult to stop, but damn same song every half hour is ridiculous in my opinion.
