i am really sooooooo curious what justice smith is going to be in after i saw the tv glow because i loved him in the get down but i feel like tv glow is the first thing he's been in since where i felt like he was given the opportunity to do something really interesting. he was in a lot of blockbusters for a while (detective pikachu, jurassic world: fallen kingdom, dungeons and dragons: honor among thieves [which i actually loved, don't get me wrong] but i am really intrigued to see if he'll be in more tv glow-type films where he's given the opportunity to do something really layered and thought-provoking
#he has some upcoming projects but there is not much info so i suppose i'll see#i just thought his performance as owen was reallyyyyy interesting and one of the reasons i want to rewatch that film at one point#lulu speaks#lulu watches i saw the tv glow#i saw the tv glow#dndhat was actually the only thing i'd seen him in since tgd lol. none of his other projects really interested me#movies
