you ever think about how tim seeley sat down to write the shatterstar solo series and made an enslaved black woman [all humans are canonically enslaved in mojoverse and gringrave is clearly a black woman when not dressed all anime girl] the villain because man what the hell was that. he could have created any number of weird alien ocs to be the antagonist, he didn't have to do that!!

now that excalibur has brought back shatterstar’s 90s look i think it should also bring back the grand old 90s tradition of rictor and shatterstar having meaningful conversations about their relationship on-page <3
