Oh! And also who is your most beloved companion on doctor who!
Amy is my favorite companion (though a lot of that probably has to do with my crush on Karen Gillan lol).

Positivity Friday - after three weeks of hard work, I finally finished painting and arranging my room so instead of a visual jumble of overwhelm, it's the happy, soothing, visually restful space I've needed for a long time ✨⭐🌟
:) Sounds lovely!

lulagirllongago replied to your post “I just dropped my cat, Bella, at the vet to be euthanized. She wasn’t...”
*hugs (if you want them)* I'm sorry
Thanks. We’re likely going to visit the animal shelter tomorrow. Doesn’t mean we’ll adopt right away though. All the cats I’ve owned have been orange but I’ve floated the idea of adopting a black one since they have a hard time getting adopted. But who knows, when I got Bella I didn’t care about color, I chose her because she was friendly.

Feel Good Friday
Anonymous’s Submission:
My emotional volatility isn't great when I'm having bad days, but when I'm driving and a bunch of songs I like come on the radio? It means I really feel the positivity and rush of each happy song. Makes driving better even when there's traffic.
ad-astro’s Submission:
I know an ass ton about bees, and have used it to support a few Save the Bees campaigns! For instance, around 70% of bees actually live underground, like most bumblebees! Honey bees are one of few species that makes their hive above ground.
lulagirllongago’s Submission:
I am the only IT person at work and am self taught, so when the network goes down or something crashes, my hyperfocus makes the "Google until I figure it out" much quicker (and more enjoyable) than if my neurotypical boss tries to do it. And my perfectionist tendencies mean I search until the correct answer is found even if it takes hours. 🐿️
Anonymous’s Submission:
So I just got a new job - customer service with opportunity to move up into management. What feels great is knowing that because of my ADHD, I'm going to do well at it. I get energy from customer service, and that then feeds my attention to detail and ability to spot what needs doing without being told - stuff that I normally struggle with. It's just nice knowing that for once my adhd will help me, not make it worse.
cecesaurus’s Submission:
Having ADHD makes me feel like I'm some kind of search engine because I'm knowledgeable in a lot of random subjects and that's all because of hyperfixation and what my current one is at the moment.
Anonymous’s Submission:
I change hobbies pretty much every few weeks because I literally can't focus enough and lose interest once I get past the beginner stuff but I have a pretty good base of knowledge on a wide range of random shit now like gardening and Arduino and cars!
Anonymous’s Submission:
I love embracing my ADHD randomness. Just getting lost on the internet, looking at articles, searching up anything I wonder about and ending up 1000 miles away from I started with. Does that make sense? You end with like 30 tabs and a whole lot of 'useless' knowledge..if you have nothing to do (like sometimes this happens by accident) it's fun to just let yourself get lost in the flow you know
We’ll do it again next Friday. Please feel free to reblog and discuss how you experience the things people are talking about in this post. Do you also find them helpful or at least "not horrible"? If you think of something between now and Friday, please send it in and mark it for FGF!
