#lugka? sounds kinda awful

A sweet little headcanon for tonight: while Lugnut and Strika are both incredibly violent and brutal in battle and verbally cruel to those they hate, they are very kind and sweet to each other and anyone else they like. They have pet names for each other (Lugnut calls Strika my love, my terror, my devastation, my joy, while Strika calls him sweetspark or Luggy), they're constantly complimenting each other, they're inseparable once they get a chance to be together, and they constantly have their elbows interlocked.

The first time they see each other again post season 3 (and I'm ignoring season 4 outline for a reason) they stay up all night catching each other up and snuggling. They gossip about other Decepticon couples and are desperately trying to find Blitzwing (who I headcanon as Lugnut’s amica endura) a conjunx, because they want to officiate the ceremony as it's considered good luck for conjunxes to officiate bonding ceremonies and they worry he's been single for too long.

They do have a spark bond and can sort of communicate with each other through it. While they can't send whole words through the bond, they can send emotions and feelings through it to wordlessly express how they feel.
