優先日（Priority Date）の解説

Visa Bulletinの「優先日 」とは申請者がグリーンカードの申請をいつ提出できるかを判断するためのものです。通常はEB-2およびEB-3の申請者は、労働省がETA 9089を受け入れたときの日程と同じです。
