WIPS + old art - Lucky Child

putting these out there because they've been rotting away for too long :') I plan to finish most of these, I just need to find some time and motivation 😭

wahhh these are so old!! i had uploaded them without the bg because i thought it looked bad 😭 it actually looks sm better with it! im glad i was able to recover these, the other older drawings have been corrupted 🥲

this is something i drew almost over a year ago i think? was trying to adjust nqk's since i don't exactly draw it as accurately to the description 😭 this wasn't it either tbh but oh well 🧎🏾‍♀️ i have gotten too used to drawing nqk w the wrong hairstyle 😭 i intend to correct this but we shall see if i actually pull through

i drew this in june 2024 i believe, was busy studying for my exams, drew instead of studying 😭 very typical of me but ignore that, just look at how cute nqk looks 🫶🏽

this is the most recent rendition of nqks hair i believe, i drew this in november 2024 (i think)

tried drawing nqk in the studio ghibli art style, did this after watching the boy and the heron recently (october/november 2024)

i promised myself i wouldnt make any new art until i finished the older wips but here i am 😔🤚🏽 there's like at least 15 waiting to be finished 😭😭 i'll get around to them eventually

I think what I've posted is everything! I haven't drawn in a long time. Maybe if I get bored I'll try sketching something, but I'm waaaaay out of practice (not that I ever particularly skilled at anime style drawing, but still). Thank you for the interest!

so! i did a thing! i know i've been doing waaaaay too much but i couldn't help myself 🤣 i had too much fun creating fits for kei as u can see! ngl i more or less gave kei my wardrobe 😭 i also tried to replicate some of kei fits, like their aikido gear, the fluffy dress etc.. colors/patterns might be be incorrect tho ;;

alsooo ya peep the bracelet and necklace 👀 haha it's not entirely accurate but it's the best i found

also went ahead and the boys™️

i have too much free time on my hands spoiler alert: "free" time I should be spending to study for my histology exam 😭

then another look at tom with his dazzling blues out and about, ngl tom was the hardest to draw (facial hair is not easy to draw 😭😭) i think i liked post-it note tom the best

the sketch looked better than the end result <\3 but yk what im pretty pleased with how it came out >:)

2020!NQK as a lil kiddo 🫡 made this real quick since i can't sleep and i reread riot child recently 🥹

aaand obviously we can't have kid nqk without yusuke so here he is, just getting holes burned into him all thanks to nqk lazer eyes 🫡 i was very tempted to draw him with a little cute bandaid but we all know nobody taking care of him 😭 though in hindsight i could have drawn it on since nqk gives him some anyways 🫠

oh well too late for that now, i'm off to bed!

finally done with my exams!!! obviously the first thing i do is draw for lc 🫶🏽 i think this my first finished drawing of 2024, started off with a banger if i may say so myself
