Why Hawks Should Reclaim Keigo Takami

So maybe it's because I watch too much Dateline and 20/20, but this one story really solidifies why Hawks should reclaim his birth name.

To give a quick summary of the article:

In 1983 a woman attempted to murder her three children (one dies) in order to be with the man she's infatuated with. The reason? He doesn't want kids. On her murder trial she is found to be pregnant and after being found guilty the child, a daughter she names Amy Elizabeth, is taken by the state and given to adoptive parents (who rename her Becky). She later finds out who her real mother is but takes advantage of it.

It's a wild story.

Becky works as a behavioral health coordinator. She works "with the mentally ill to give them a better life."

The reason she came forward as the daughter of a murderer is because "It hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it. Thank you all for sharing your stories with me and reminding me why I came forward. If my story touches even one person, it was all worth it."

And Hawks?

Hawks is someone who wants to help people. He notices the small things. He will try to help directly or indirectly.

Imagine if he had known that he could use his birth name to his advantage in this situation. Twice felt Hawks would never understand him, because Twice felt he had no place where he belonged (other than the League). If Hawks thought that maybe by telling him "Hey my father was a villain. My identity was literally stripped from me so people could see me as my own person." just so he could save Twice, he would? 

Part of him might want to, if he knew that kind of possibility. Hawks is a hero though, not a therapist (he needs his own therapy anyway). But now that the name is out, it's the perfect opportunity to say "Hey my father may be a villain, but I'm not." I also think he'll need other people (like Tokoyami) to be the driving force behind it. Since he's been convinced to stay away from the name for most of his life.

Hawks has shown to be a hero who doesn't dehumanize the villains. He understands them. Yes he ended up killing Twice but that was justified homicide. He didn't want to fight in the first place anyway. In the future, when this storm has pass because I don't think Horikoshi would make such a complex character just to throw him out as well as being a popular character, he'll find a way to improve as a hero.

MHA is about growth. We've seen heroes with dark past face them and learn from them (i. e. Shouto with Endeavor). Hawks reclaiming Keigo Takami could be a possible way for him accepting his past as he's been running for so long.
