Fun fact there is lore for the lovenpeace-pkmn universe's N that i mostly don't get a chance to talk about. He's studying engineering and mathematics at Opelucid University and frequently hangs out with Bianca (who's studying ecology there) and Iris (who's a full-fledged gym leader now). He definitely knows Silver but has never mentioned this to his sisters. Recently he's gotten very into modular origami. Zekrom hangs out on the roofs of the campus buildings and sometimes models for the art students in exchange for access to painting supplies

Designed a whole bunch of former Plasma grunts from the Driftveil safehouse so I'd have a pool of background characters to draw from for my roleplay blog. This would be around a decade after the events of the Unova games; they've all moved on to homes and jobs that aren't Team Plasma, but several of them (those who are still in the region and whose political careers wouldn't be compromised by it) still visit the safehouse for the holidays and to help out with rehoming Pokemon the police recover from any new Plasma cells that crop up.

hello there hi! the name's Fog I'm a zoroark and I live in opelucid city with my human partner and his dragon partner and like a lot of other friends. my human let me borrow his face so I could take the others out battling to earn enough money to buy a laptop because it's really hard to use his phone with claws. my pronouns are she/her unless I'm in disguise and then it's whatever works best for the illusion!

Ok so fun fact on a meta level Lovenpeace!Anthea's love of bugs actually started as a fear of bugs. Way back in may 2023 when i'd played enough of BW and read enough of the wiki to know that A+C existed, but not enough to know that the castle was underground, i had this idea of the Harmonia kids post-canon living together in the ruins of the castle with various rescue pokemon. Some of these pokemon were gonna be a hive of beedrill that N brought home, and Anthea was going to start out scared of them, but then slowly bond with one of the weedle, who would eventually become her partner pokemon. Obviously i didn't keep most of that, but i liked the idea of Anthea having a weedle partner, so when I started lovenpeace-pkmn I added Clover to the lineup of 'mon, and without the backstory that sort of spiraled into a generalized love of bugs.

actually i've decided that calling Reshiram and Zekrom the Unovan Founding Fathers is hysterical and we should do it forever. anyway this is only Connie and Thea's branch of the found family. if we include N's it gets way more complicated bc we have to include the metaphorical wolves he was raised by and Alder and Silver maybe and Rosa and Iris and by extension her whole family (which includes Clay and his kids in RP lore) and also Every Animal. this post also does not include the sapient dinosaur who's Concordia's informal adopted daughter as of a couple days ago

Going through my notes for my roleplay blog is so funny because sometimes it's things like "Concordia would like farming sims" and "Porygon feel like tv static" and other times it's "Anthea will defend N's choice to leave after BW to her dying breath, partially because she truly believes he needed it and partially because if she doesn't defend it, she has to admit that it hurt that he left without saying goodbye"

i should really make one of those pkmn irl hub blogs so i can ramble about my characters but i don't feel like it right now. anyway fun Ginger fact: i originally gave Concordia a growlithe because N has an arcanine on one of his teams in BW2. i think the original intention was that Ginger was gonna be that arcanine's kid, but i promptly forgot and gave her a different backstory instead.

ive been tossing around for literally the whole time i've had the anthea and concordia pkmn irl blog the idea of making an N blog to go with it, but i honesly can't figure out what he would blog about. he doesn't seem like a guy who would use tumblr, or if he did he would use it for talking about math and i don't know enough about math to write that.

however. today the version of his zoroark from the other blog's lore popped up my head going "hey but I could run a blog though. i would have so much fun with that you should let me loose on the unsuspecting citizens of rotomblr :3 :3 :3"

so now fog the zoroark is competing with hilda for the "next rp blog" slot. only there ISN'T a "next rp blog" slot because most days i struggle to keep track of what i'm doing with the ones i already have. and, as previously stated, i have no ability to actually get things done today. because of the curse.

so. i will now proceed to stare blankly into the distance about it until my brain either reboots into some semblance of functionality or gets tired enough to fall asleep. 👍

as someone who basically lives and breathes the life sciences i am constantly going insane trying not to casually drop phrases like "highly derived taxa" into the dialogue of my roleplay characters who spent the years they should have been getting an education in a science-denying cult

that post about outsider pov reminded me that @lovenpeace-pkmn concordia's coworkers have half-jokingly constructed an elaborate backstory where she's a disgraced disney princess. the details vary from "nasty breakup with prince charming" to "killed him" to "accidentally uncovered his secret cult and had to flee and start a new life in america for her own safety," and it was kind of a joke at first based on her appearance and weird mix of formality, cynicism, and kindness, but her weirdly intense dislike of castles has won more than a few of them over to the side of "ok so maybe there's something to that theory after all"
