LOL, uh, not available to the public, they’re what I give patients in the hospital 😂

BUT, some stuff that is available to the public:

-Melatonin: your natural sleep hormone, which you can take as gummies and it helps a lot of people!

-Benadryl: For some, Benadryl makes them anxious. For most (like me), it puts them in a coma :)

-Magnesium, apparently?? One of my coworkers takes it for sleep and it helps him.

-Bread!! Quick, simple carbs can make you sleepy, it’s called a food coma :) Carbs stimulate the release of a chemical that makes you tired. Also food stimulates your “rest and digest” mode for your body

Also, cutting off screen time 30 min before bedtime, finding either silence or a nice ambience depending on what helps you best. Also comfy vibes in your head, I literally will imagine the blorbos going to bed too and it calms me down.

As someone who's relatively new to Tumblr and therefore unfamiliar with things like Febuwhump, I have no idea how you could write stuff like this for a whole month. I have to be in a certain mood to write the same thing, and it can take a lot out of me xD Respect.

Don't be too impressed, I've only written 12 prompts since I'm going on hiatus on the 14th LOL XD But I'm always blown away by those who can write/draw for the entire month! @bokettochild, @skyward-floored, @smilesrobotlover, @kikker-oma are some of the many who have managed it for one prompt month or another, and they're awesome! :)
