Day 7 - Amphibious the Loveland Frog man is not only a very popular folklore in the local areas, but also the Loveland mascot! First spotted in 1955 in Loveland, Ohio. The most recent sighting claimed to be 2016. Standing at 4 feet tall, this frog has festivals held in it's name on every leap year. Get it?

Travelers, it has come to our attention that a Frogmen infestation has begun in several areas across southwestern Ohio.

Fishermen and Piscivores are asked to check for a lime green color on the upper lip of any Frogmen caught. This is indicative of it being a member of an invasive species, and it is recommended that you either contact your state’s Department of Unnatural Resources or simply cook them. I, personally, have quite fond memories of the fried frogmen’s legs my friend’s mother used to prepare.
