Toyota Corolla fuel pump replacement. Old spark plugs also made way for a set of new original Denso plugs 💥 Customer complaint: Engine shutters and dies after running for a while. After 10 minutes, it starts again, but then turns off again awhile later. With No DTCs recorded, we took the car for a test drive to replicate the issue. The engine died on us at high temperature. A rising temperature paired with stalling often indicates a problem with the fuel pump motor. Bentley Continental was towed to the shop late evening in a No crank/No start condition. We noticed rat footprints all over the place the moment we popped the hood. A long challenging day(s) ahead we imagined. First things first we plugged the scanner and it threw us a bunch of errors. No surprises there. Our eyes lit up when we saw P0322 Engine speed: No Signal. Hastily lifted the car and surely enough found a chewed up CKP sensor wiring. Fixed the wiring in a jiffy and fired up the W12 and that's it! She came alive!! 😇 Time taken to fix: Less than an hour. Wonder what the dealership might have done? So, the Honda CR-V's ABS warning refused to go away after soldering the rat infested ABS wiring. Is there a fault in speed sensor(s)? 🤔 To determine the issue, we jacked up the car, pulled out live data PIDs whilst rotating the front wheels manually. 👉 Vid #1: Left front wheel speed sensor NO response. Right front wheel speed sensor responding. 👉👉 Vid #2: We swapped left & right wheel speed sensor positions. NO response at right front wheel speed sensor. Live data PID indicates that the problem shifted from left to right which determines a faulty speed sensor. 👉👉👉 Vid #3: We replaced the faulty wheel speed sensor with a new one. Mercedes E-Class AC compressor, condenser, serpentine belt, tensioner and idler bearings replacement ❄️ This is the one with the locked up AC compressor that snapped the serpentine belt. Pro tip 💡 It is a good idea to change your AC condenser if your AC compressor locks up because when they lock up a lot of times they throw metal and the first place the metal is pumped is into the condenser. Reusing the old condenser will mostly result in ruining your new compressor.
