I’ve been friends with Troy Otto way before the end of the world. We had met in school before he was pulled from it. It’s hard to see your only real friend disappear from school, not really knowing what had happened to him until you go to the ranch where him and his family lived. In the short time I spent with Troy at school, I fell for him pretty quickly due to his incredible charm and rugged looks. Some say that he wasn’t in his right mind, coming from a dysfunctional home life, but I stuck by him through everything.
The old world had perished into this new world only a couple months ago and now the infected walk among us. Troy had brought me to the ranch the day it started, telling me that it’d be safer there. Troy’s father, Jeremiah, always had a soft spot for me so he was glad that I was safe.
Troy offered for me to stay in his room, telling me he’d find somewhere else to sleep. We had gotten really close that night…
Troy led me to his bedroom, seeing the queen-size bed placed in the center. His room hadn’t changed at all since the last time I was here a couple years ago. I sat down on the bed, playing with my fingers as Troy moved some stuff around to make me feel more comfortable.
“So, this will be your room. Um, I’ll probably just sleep in the bunkhouse or something,” He muttered, rubbing the back of his neck as he grabbed a bag, packing a few things.
I stood up, placing a hand on his arm, stopping his actions as he looked down at me. “You don’t have to sleep in the bunkhouse, Troy,” I whispered.
He placed the bag on the floor, turning his body towards me as my heartbeat sped up, feeling it pound against my ribcage. “Well, where am I supposed to sleep then?” He asked huskily, butterflies soaring around in my stomach.
“U-Um, that bed is big enough for two people,” I mentioned, staring up at him through my lashes.
He smirked, chuckling slightly as his hand rested on my waist. “So… you want me to sleep with you?” Troy asked, grinning as I felt my cheeks heat up.
“Jesus, Troy,” I muttered, hiding my face in his chest as he laughed, his hand rubbing my back. “You always loved to embarrass me. I guess that hasn’t changed,” I laughed, playing with the fabric of his shirt.
“I just like to see your pretty face blush,” Troy muttered, lifting my chin up. My cheeks turned pink, trying to look away from him. “Hey, don’t hide from me,” He whispered, placing a small kiss to the corner of my mouth.
A lot of shit has happened in the past few weeks. The Clark’s being the newcomers, witnessing a lot of the ranchers give them a cold shoulder. We almost had a war with the nation, claiming that Jeremiah had stolen their land. Troy’s been out doing dangerous missions, leaving me at the cabin, worrying my ass off and hoping he comes home alive.
After Jeremiah sacrificed himself for us to live, Troy lost it. Even though he treated Troy like shit, Troy still loved him.
Troy and I walked back to the house after placing Jeremiah in a wooden coffin, my arm wrapped around his waist as I rubbed his back. Once we had made it to his room, I closed the door behind us as Troy sat down on his bed. I sat down next to him, grabbing one of his hands, intertwining our fingers.
“I’m so sorry, Troy,” I whispered, leaning my head against his shoulder. Troy glanced down at me, squeezing my hand in his lightly.
“It’s okay. Don’t worry about it,” He muttered, pressing his lips to the side of my head. “I’ll be okay.”
I was walking around the ranch, looking out beyond the fences as I waited for the militia to come back from their duties. My eyes focused on the abundance of vehicles coming towards the ranch and I sighed.
“Here we go,” Alicia muttered, making me jump. I glanced towards her as she looked at me, apologizing quietly.
“Is this a good idea?” I asked her, seeing the militia parking their buggies by the gate.
“Probably not, but I guess we have no choice,” She mumbled, staring forward. I nodded my head, agreeing with her. I watched Troy, seeing Nick glance towards him as Jake walked up to Walker.
Troy’s eyes met mine and I gave him a small smile, my heart swelling a bit as how the sun hits his face just right. Fucking hell. He gives me a cheeky wink, making me giggle slightly as he turned his attention back to Walker’s men who were now pulling their vehicles into the ranch.
One day. One day Walker’s group has joined ours and chaos has already started. Terrance, one of Gretchen's friends decided to take it upon himself to attack the newcomers, resulting in Crazy Dog crushing his throat. I stood by Troy as the whole thing went down, his arm wrapping around my waist they brought Terrance to the infirmary.
“I’m going back to our room,” I told Troy, rubbing his chest for a few seconds before walking away from him. His hand slid across my lower back, goosebumps appearing when his fingers grazed my exposed skin.
“I’ll be there later,” He yelled to me and I glanced back at him, grinning before continuing to the cabin. “Hate to see you go, but love to watch you walk away!” Troy yelled again, making me burst out laughing as I shook my head, feeling my cheeks heat up.
I sat on the couch, reading one of Jake’s books as Troy stared at his father’s desk, a scowl present on his beautiful face. “Troy?” I called out, getting a humming noise in response. I was about to ask him if he was alright when there was a knock on the door.
Troy got up as did I, walking towards the door. “Go to our room and don’t come out until I say so,” He muttered.
My lips parted, stepping towards him, my hand grabbing his bicep. “Troy…” I trailed off and he looks back at me. He placed his hands on my cheeks, pressing his lips to mine quickly.
“Go, please,” He whispered against them, my heart pounding against my ribcage. I nodded my head, gripping his shirt as I looked past him, seeing a group of people standing on the other side of the door. I glanced back up at Troy, his eyes still on me as I leaned up, kissing his lips quickly before bolting up the stairs.
I could hear a bunch of mumbling from downstairs, pacing around Troy and I’s room, biting on my nails. I jumped when hearing gunshots, quickly getting under the bed, tears pooling in my eyes as I try to stay silent. I could faintly hear Nick and Troy’s voice as they argue with each other, the sounds of guns cocking filling through the silence.
“Do you think Y/N would want you to do this?” Nick asked Troy and I listened quietly for Troy’s answer.
“Don’t bring her into this, Nick,” He muttered. My heart was racing, about to crawl out from under the bed until I heard more shots. A gunfight was raging through the house as I heard Troy’s provocative yells directed towards the Nation.
Hearing heavy footsteps come up the stairs, the door to the room busted open, two sets of feet coming into the room.
“Y/N?” Troy asked and I let out a sigh of relief, poking my head out from under the bed, seeing Troy and Nick standing in front of me. “You need to leave the house. I can’t have you getting hurt,” He mumbled as I got out from under the bed. My eyes trailed down his figure, noticing his bloody left hand and I gasped, grabbing it.
“What happened?” I asked, examining it closely as I went to grab something to wrap it.
“It’s nothing. Y/N… Y/N!” Troy yelled, making me stop in my tracks. I turned towards him, frowning as he sighed, strolling over towards me. “Please… I need you to go. I don’t know what I’d do with myself if you got hurt,” He whispered, pushing some hair out of my face.
I nodded my head, wrapping my arms around his waist, inhaling his scent. Tears began to slide down my cheeks knowing this isn’t going to end well for him. I walked past him towards Nick, resting a hand on his arm.
“Don’t let them kill him… promise me?” I whispered quietly as Troy grabbed a rifle from under the bed. Nick nodded his head, giving me a quick hug before I run out of the room, running out of the house. People held up their weapons towards me, making me skid, falling to the ground. “Don’t shoot, don’t shoot,” I muttered, my hands in surrender as they lowered the guns.
Madison ran towards me, helping me off the ground as she brought me to the bunkhouse. I kept glancing back at the house, my lip quivering as we walked into the room. “Maddie?” I quietly called out as she opened the door.
“Yeah?” She replied, looking back at me as I stood in the middle of the room, ready to collapse any minute.
“This is going to end badly, isn’t it?” I asked and she sighed, slowly nodding her head. A sob escaped my lips, crumbling to the floor, holding my hand over my mouth. Maddie whispered that she’d be back, heading back towards the shooting as I leaned up against the wall, closing my eyes as tears continued to slide down my cheeks.
I sat against the wall for about an hour, staring into nothing as I played with the end of my fingers, hoping that Troy’s okay. I sniffed, rubbing my nose as the door opened slowly, watching Nick come inside. I got off the floor, stumbling towards him. “Nick, where’s Troy?” I asked just as Troy walked into the bunkhouse.
I ran over to him, tackling him into a hug, crying softly into his chest. His arms wrapped around my back, rubbing it softly as his nose was buried in my neck. One of my hands ran through his luscious locks, holding back the sobs as we stood there, intertwined with each other, for about a minute.
“Y/N, I need to tell you something,” Nick mentioned and I pulled away from Troy. I nodded my head, walking towards the door as Troy went to go sit at the small table. Nick and I walked outside, his hands shoved into his pockets as he looked at the ground. “There’s no easy way to tell you this, but Troy and myself are going to have to pay for the actions he did tonight.”
“W-What are they going to do to him? What are they going to do to you?” I asked, running a hand through my hair, taking deep breaths.
“I don’t know what they have planned for me yet, but I know there’s a possibility of Troy being exiled. It’s going to be your last night with him…” Nick muttered and my heart stopped. Exiled?
“Oh no. No, no, no,” I cried, covering my face with my hands. Nick rubbed my back softly, bringing me into a hug as I gripped his army jacket. “I tried to convince my mom of having a lesser punishment, but I don’t think Walker’s going to budge. I’m sorry. I know how much you care for him. He needs you right now, alright?” He told me and I nodded my head in his chest, letting out a sigh.
“Thanks for telling me, Nick. Be safe okay? I don’t know what kind of punishment you’ll get, but be safe. Don’t do anything rash like Troy.” I mumbled, patting his shoulder.
I walked back into the bunkhouse, grabbing the first aid kit before sitting down next to him. Tears streamed down my cheeks as I grabbed his injured hand, unwrapping the cloth he had tied around it. I treated it and placed some gauze and wrap on it before holding it. I intertwined our fingers as it became a little difficult to see clearly with the tears pooling.
“Troy, I-I don’t understand,” I mumbled, glancing up at him as his blue eyes were on me. “Why did you do this?” I asked quietly.
“I don’t really have a good reason you’d want to hear,” He told me, rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb.
 For tonight
Let’s love like there’s no goodbyes (no goodbyes)
“I don’t want you to go…” I mumbled, looking down at my shoes, squeezing my eyes shut. “I don’t wanna say goodbye.”
“Then don’t,” Troy whispered, pulling my from the chair and lifts my chin up. I glance up at him as he stroked my cheek. “I’ve always loved you, you know,” He muttered, frowning softly as I bit my lip.
“I love you so much,” I murmured quietly. Troy leaned his face down, pressing his lips to mine softly. I laid my hand against one of his cheeks, leaning on my tippy toes, melting into the kiss a bit. I move my lips against his as his hands came down behind my thighs, picking me up before laying me down on one of the beds.
 Just for tonight
Pretend that it’s all alright (all alright)
My eyes fluttered shut as his lips never left mine, his body hovering over mine. I could feel my heartbeat pounding against my chest and butterflies soar in my stomach as his hands pushed my shirt up slightly. I gasped when his cold fingers hit my warm skin, gripping his shirt as he brushed his lips against mine before moving them down my jawline.
Why don’t we hold each other, use each other, whisper pretty lies?
Just for tonight
Let’s love like there’s no goodbyes (no goodbyes)
“Troy…” I moaned, his teeth nipping at the skin under my earlobe, my fingers trailing through his brown curls. He continued sucking and biting my skin, creating a mark on my skin before continuing to kiss downward. Troy sat up, bringing me with him as he pulled my shirt over my head, throwing it to the floor.
I did the same with him, pulling off his green flannel tossing it to the side as he pulled off his shirt. My eyes trailed down his chest as my fingers softly moved down the center of his torso. Troy pushed his lips against mine, feeling the need and hunger in the kiss as he undid my bra, exposing my breasts.
 In a dark room
We don’t have to see the light of truth between me and you
We can stay blind in the meantime
I laid back on the bed, the moonlight shining dimly into the bunkhouse as Troy left wet kisses down the valley between my breasts. My hands reached above my head, gripping the pillow as he began to unbutton my pants, pulling them down.
“You’re so beautiful,” Troy whispered, pressing his lips to my thighs. I started to breath heavily, my panties pooling with arousal as his thumb came into contact with my panty-covered clit. I let out a small gasp, bucking my hips up a bit as I leaned my head back.
“Fuck, Troy,” I moaned out a little louder as he pressed his thumb harder against my clit, his lips wrapping around one of my nipples. Troy’s tongue circled around my nipple, tugging on it with his teeth before moving onto the next one. I mewled quietly, gripping his hair as he pushed my panties to the side, stroking his fingers through my wet folds.
Troy’s lips left my nipple, staring up at me as he slid two of his fingers into me. I arch my back, letting out a low moan as he slowly pumped his fingers in and out of me. He placed a soft kiss to my lips before nuzzling his head into my neck. “You like this baby?” He whispered huskily into my ear, goosebumps spreading across my arms as I shivered.
“Y-Yes. It’d be better if you went faster, though,” I moaned out, gripping his bicep as his fingers began to move faster, leaving small kisses on my neck. The tips of his fingers brushed my sweet spot, moaning out his name.
My hands moved to his cheeks, pulling his face up towards mine, pressing our lips together as his fingers left my folds. Troy let out a deep breath, running his fingers through my hair as his other hand fumbled with his belt. He managed to get it off with one hand, pulling his pants and boxers off.
I sat up as he laid down on the bed, his hand wrapped around his length, smirking at me. I felt my cheeks heat up, glad he couldn’t see me blush furiously. I was about to go down on him, my hand grasping his hardened length when he stopped me.
“I need you now,” Troy growled, sitting up slightly, connecting our lips, softly biting my bottom lip. “Ride me well, baby girl,” He muttered against my lips, his hands wrapping around my thighs, bringing me onto his lap.
 -
I woke up to the sun in my eyes, groaning as I sat up, looking around the room. I frowned, remembering the events of last night before Troy and I had our intimate moment. I glanced down at the sleeping man, already feeling my eyes stinging. I grabbed the hand that was resting on my stomach, pressing my lips to the back of his hand.
I slipped out of bed, quietly getting dressed as my mind raced with thoughts. I don’t want him to leave. I sniffled quietly, wiping the tear that managed to escape from my eye as there was a knock on the door. “Troy,” I muttered, crouching in front of the bed, analyzing his peaceful face. “Baby, you gotta wake up,” I whispered, pushing some hair out of his face.
Troy stirred, grabbing my hand, intertwining our fingers as his eyes fluttered open. “Morning, Y/N,” His voice rasped out. I gave him a small smile, looking to the floor.
“Someone’s here. Get dressed,” I told him, standing up before walking over to the door, seeing a very pale Jake standing on the other side of it.
I opened the door as Troy finished getting dressed, sitting down at the table he sat at last night when he first got here. Jake gave me a small smile, hugging me tightly as I tried to hold the tears in.
“How are you holding up?” He asked me and I shrugged, glancing over towards Troy.
“Not very well. There was a point last night where it didn’t come to my mind,” I muttered while staring at Troy, his lips perking up a bit. “But now? I can’t handle it. Isn’t there any other way?” I asked Jake and he shook his head.
I nodded my head, looking at the ground as I hugged my arms. “I’ll leave you two alone,” I whispered, walking out the door. I walked towards the group of people, finding myself standing next to Alicia. I felt her eyes on me as I glanced up, seeing her sad ones and I broke.
A sob had escaped my throat as she wrapped her arms around me, rubbing my back softly while I cried in her chest. The others were staring at us, some with saddened faces while others had no emotion written on them at all. Troy and Jake walked out of the cabin, walking over to the truck as one of Walker’s men placed zip ties around his wrists.
Maybe one day I’ll see you
Just smile and wave and be okay
For tonight Let's love like there's no goodbyes For tonight Pretend that it's all alright (all alright) Why don't we hold each other, use each other, whisper pretty lies? Just for tonight Let's love like there's no goodbyes (no goodbyes)
“Y/N…” Troy called out and I lifted my head from Alicia’s shoulder, glancing towards him as me motioned for me to go over to him. “It’s going to be okay” He whispered, taking my hands in his as I shook my head.
“It’s not, Troy. I-I can’t do this without you,” I muttered, tears sliding down my cheeks as I looked up at him. “I’ll find you. I promise you. I-I just need you to stay alive,” I whispered, gripping his shirt as he rested his forehead against mine.
“I will. I love you,” He whispered quietly as more tears began to fall, sniffling. I wrapped my arms around his neck, enjoying as much of his company as I can before they take him away from me.
“I love you too,” I muttered, pressing my lips to his, putting all the love I’ve had over the years for him into it.
“Alright, c’mon,” Walker broke us up as one of his men put a bag over his head, placing him in the truck. Madison began to drive off as Jake stood next to me, rubbing my back softly.
I’ll find you, I thought to myself, my heart breaking slightly as I walked away from everyone.

Part 1 Part 2
Tumblr media
Waiting here for someone
Only yesterday we were on the run
You smile back at me and your face lit up the sun
Now I'm waiting here for someone
Stiles was the first one to arrive at Derek’s loft for the annual meeting of the pack. They decided to reunite for the first time since everyone graduated from college. All of them stayed in California but Malia, Scott and Lydia had moved to San Francisco.
“So…Scott told me you and y/n aren’t together anymore?” began Derek leaning against the table with his arms crossed against his chest. “Of course he told you, why keep it to himself when he can literally tell everyone I know”, mumbled Stiles rolling his eyes. “I didn’t come tonight for it to be all about our breakup. People break up, that’s how relationships go.”, he added. “Isn’t there any way to make up for it though?” The young man only sighed loudly as an answer. But Derek used his werewolf power to listen to his friend’s heartbeat rise when he asked his question.
A few moments later everyone arrived as well as Isaac who finally decided to move back from France. Even if you weren’t a supernatural creature you could feel the awkwardness between y/n and Stiles as they both had their exes here. But thankfully, everyone was having a good time and no one was making it awkward about the ex couple.
Stiles and y/n always had a love/hate relationship, yet everyone in the pack knew it was because they were attracted to each other from day one. They didn’t talk much or when they did they were arguing.
She started hanging out with the pack when she got stuck in the janitor’s closet with Isaac and Allison where Isaac had his panic attack. She had gotten hurt on her sides and Scott had to explain what happened because as stubborn as she was she needed to know why Isaac had suddenly grown fangs and claws with yellow glowing eyes.
The first thing she said after that was “I knew something was wrong with you guys” which was everything but how they expected her to react. Since then she wanted to go with them on every case. At first, Stiles didn’t want her in the pack, he wasn’t jealous he just felt like they didn’t need a new person with them or that’s what he told himself. He just had this huge crush on her, the kind of crush that makes you mean with the person. The denial was so strong he tried to convince Scott that they didn’t need her.
“I don’t know, I mean who would want to become part of a group of friends who are constantly risking their life for others?” asked Stiles. Scott looked at him with a deadpan face “Lydia, Malia, Isaac, need more examples?”. Stiles sighed loudly “I’m not sure we can trust her though and she’s only human”. “So are you!” “But I was here from day one, she can’t come with us she’ll slow us down.” “Come on Stiles we always need help Allison told me she won’t be a burden!” “And what if she’s hurt?” “You’re scared for her to get hurt?” “No… I mean I don’t want anyone to get hurt, never mind as long as she stays out of our way..” Scott stared at his best friend, he wasn’t biting it. He knew there was something Stiles wouldn’t say. And she became a full member of the pack anyway.
She started coming at every meeting of the pack, trying to figure out the cases, becoming friends with them. She quickly became close friend with Isaac and Allison.
In fact, y/n was quite like Stiles, sarcastic, energetic, smart and really stubborn. They managed to tame each other eventually, being only human they had to have each other’s back so that is kind of what brought them closer.
After the whole alpha pack problem was solved, the pack decided to take a break from the supernatural. Scott, Allison and Stiles were struggling to deal with the consequences of their sacrifice in order to find their parents so Lydia proposed to organize a party to finally get to live like normal teenagers. She proposed to y/n to come to her house so they could prepare the party as they didn’t live far from each other. They were putting up the drinks and the snacks on the kitchen bar. “Isn’t it a bit too much ?” asked y/n. “Too much?” snickered the strawberry blonde girl. “Y/n you’ve already been to one of my parties you know how this goes.”
“Actually Lydia, that’s the first time I’m going to one of your party.” “What?! Every time it’s the party of the year, everyone talks about it!” “Yeah, well if you haven’t noticed I’m a socially awkward being before becoming friends with the pack I didn’t have many friends.” Her friend sighed deeply, “I don’t understand you’re such an interesting and caring person!” “Aw thank you!” Y/n was really touched by what Lydia told her. For the past few years she had been struggling with social anxiety which made it difficult for her to socialize. “Anyway we have to make tonight unforgettable for you! It’s going to be fun I’m sure you’ll love it!”
When they were done, both girls got dressed for the party and did their makeup and hair. Y/n went for a simple black dress that hugged her figure perfectly. “Look at you! You’re wasting you potential sweetheart!” exclaimed Lydia. “I don’t feel comfortable wearing a dress but I thought I might try it for tonight, you know, get out of my comfort zone.” “Anyone you want to impress?” said Lydia with a smirk on her face. “Yeah, myself.”
The party started and everyone was arriving one after another. Scott and Stiles arrived together, Allison was Isaac’s ride which was pissing the young alpha off. Y/n was sitting on the couch and observed everyone dancing, chatting and drinking. She wasn’t at ease here but at least there was the people she cared about here to make it bearable.
“Y/n/n, look at you, you look stunning.” expressed Scott taking place next to her on the couch. “Aw thanks Scotty. Are you having a good time?” smiled y/n. “I am, I’m glad we can finally rest after everything that’s happened to us.”
In the short amount of time they have known each other, Scott and y/n grew pretty close, they confided in each other a lot. Y/n has helped him with his relationship with Allison on multiple occasions. Scott handed a red cup to his friend. “Here let’s live a little tonight.” “Thanks Scotty but I’m good.” “You’re sure?” She nodded. “Okay, I’m gonna see the others just come and get me if you need anything, okay?” “Will do.” Right after the werewolf left y/n, Lydia came to her with a drink too. “Lydia, I just told Scott the same, I’m good.” “Come on y/n I want you to have a good time, so you have to come talk to people and drinking may give you a little boost AND I make the best punch so I won’t take no for an answer.” “You know how to have your way don’t you?” smiled y/n taking the cup. “I do! Now come socialize.”
Lydia took y/n’s hand and lead her where Scott, Stiles, Allison and Isaac were talking. “Hey guys.”, said y/n awkwardly waving at them. Allison and Isaac turned to greet her. Stiles though, was stunned to see her wearing a dress with a makeup heavier than usual and her hair done perfectly. “You look..really pretty tonight y/n.” stuttered the boy. “Thanks Stiles!” simply answered y/n. “I think I’m going to go get more drinks, y/n you coming with me?” proposed Allison. “Yes sure.” followed the shy girl. When both girls left, Lydia hit Stiles’ shoulder with the back of her hand. “ ‘You look pretty’...” she imitated him. “What are you? Twelve?” “She is pretty what’s the problem?” he replied. “Oh my god.” The strawberry blonde girl rolled her eyes.
A few drinks later, y/n was finally enjoying herself, dancing to her favorite songs with her friends. Lydia was right, drinking made her friend more carefree, less self-conscious and just herself. She even managed to bond more with Stiles, they danced and talked together for a little while. “I see you’re quite a dancer y/l/n.” said Stiles over the loud music. She giggled, “Bullshit, stop making fun of me Stilinski!” “No I mean it really.” “Bullshit.” She replied staring at him dead in the eyes. “Whatever..” he rolled his eyes back.
Y/n went back to the bar to take another drink. “Maybe you should slow down a little on the drinks.” he advised taking the cup from her. She squinted her eyes looking at him. “Are you my father?” “No but I’m your...friend and I don’t want to find you sleeping on the floor outside next to the pool alright?” “That’s bullshit you don’t care about me don’t force yourself, no one cares about me anyway.” she said slowly. He felt his chest tightened at her words. “What the hell are you talking about? Scott cares about, Lydia cares about you, I care about you.” “Yeah whatever.” She made her way to the stairs to go to the bathroom. “Wow, wait, where are you going?” “Leave me alone Stiles, I can handle myself.” “Y/n..” “I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE.” she yelled, Isaac who was near them looked at them with wide eyes. “OKAY.”, yelled back Stiles going outside offended by her behavior. Isaac mouthed “What the hell?” to Stiles who only shrugged back to him.
Straight after managing to sober up a little, y/n went back downstairs, she found herself in the middle of people dancing, shoving her. She was starting to be hot, her breathings speeding up, she could feel her heartbeat becoming crazy in her chest. The minutes felt like hours, she couldn’t breath anymore, her hands were shaking. She was having a panic attack, tears welled up in her eyes. She tried the best she could to catch her breath and calm herself down but it didn’t seem to work. She rushed outside as quickly as she could, when she was outside the cold air hit her and seemed to help to soothe her a little.
Feeling bad for leaving her alone in her condition, Stiles went back in the house to find y/n. He didn’t find her upstairs and started worrying. “Damnit.” he muttered to himself. “Are you looking for that drunk y/h/c girl?” asked a girl sitting in the corridor. “There’s a few drunk y/h/c girl in here if you haven’t noticed but yes, she has a black dress.” he responded running his hand in his hair and licking his lips nervously. “She went back downstairs, I think she wasn’t feeling really well.” she added casually. “Okay, thanks.” The skinny boy rushed downstairs and when he didn’t find her in the house he went to check outside. That’s when he saw her on the grass trying to calm herself down with her head in her hands. “Oh thank god..”
Stiles got to y/n and sat on the grass next to her. “Hey, are you okay?” She looked up to see him, her makeup all smudged because of the tears streaming down her cheeks. She shook her head and opened her mouth and only managed to say “Panic attack..” as she was still out of breath. Stiles just took her in his arms and tried to calm her down. “Please relax, deep breath y/n.” He had his chin on the top of her head, his hand gently rubbing her back to calm her sobs down. “I’m...I’m sorry.” she murmured against his chest. “It’s okay don’t worry.” They stayed like this for a few minutes Stiles trying to distract her from her panic attack.
“Do you want to go home?” he asked when she was calm again. “I can go home alone, don’t worry I already ruined your night..” He stared at her with a deadpan expression. “You really think I’m letting you leave alone after what just happened? I’m taking you home okay?” “Okay… Thank you Stiles.” She stared at him, admiring his amber eyes. “No worries.” He smiled awkwardly at her and she gave him a kiss on the cheek. Stiles then took y/n back home where he made sure she wasn’t going to have another panic attack before leaving her.
So this first part might be a little slow but we’ll get to know more about their relationship later on. Once again, let me know your feedback about it. :)

I knew I didn’t love him. I knew that for a fact. I knew that no matter what, he could never change. He was- he was heartless and cold.
Theo, in the beginning, was nice and wonderful, all you could ever ask for. He was the man of my dreams, taking me out on dates and buying me pleasant things. He would jump at any chance to make me happy. He always found a way to meet me in the hallways and text me at night. He was wonderful.
Then something happened. What happened? I’ll never know, but he changed. He was rude and manipulative. He would disappear for days on end without even a text to tell me. He was just different.
After that, he would only come around for certain things. He wanted information on Scott or Stiles, my friends, or he wanted sex. I hated it. I hated it so much, but I just didn’t care. I loved him, and I would do anything to keep him around just a little bit longer. Even if it meant I would slowly break every time he came through the door in the middle of the night.
But I couldn’t take it anymore. I couldn’t deal with the sleepless nights of worrying, or the constant torture of him ignoring me. It seemed like a never-ending cycle. It made me question myself. Had I done something wrong Was I not enough? Was he seeing someone else?
The questions kept building up, but there were never any answers. There was nothing. I grew tired of it. I didn’t need him! I could find someone so much better than him! Soon, I began ignoring him too, until it was just physical touch. My heart didn’t beat like it used to for him, and his waves in the hallways just made me angry.
And then after weeks of constant torture and crying, I blew up. He had shown up around ten at night and sat beside me on the couch. We had just laid down and watched reruns of tv shows when he began to rub my thigh and kiss the side of my neck. Then, I knew why he showed up.
I stood up abruptly and walked over, getting far away from him. Theo stood up in questioning, only for me to start yelling.
“Get out,” I screamed violently, throwing a pillow at him. He seemed shocked for a second before he smirked.
“C’mon, babe, what do you mean? You know you don’t want me to leave,” he spoke surely as if my screaming didn’t bother him.
“No,” I yelled back, running a hand through my hair, “I’m so sick of you and your bullshit! All you ever want me for anymore is a nice fuck. That’s probably all I ever was to you! Someone you could use when you couldn’t find someone else. Well, guess what, Theo! I’m done! And stop fucking calling me babe!”
Theo rolled his eyes and stepped forward, pushing me against the wall, his lips dangerously close to mine. “Babe, you know I’m not like that, c’mon. I do more than that!’
“Oh, yea,” I snarled, my lips curled into a frown, “When’s the last time you took me on a date or even bothered to be there in the morning after a long night? When’s the last time, you did something for me even after all the shit I do for you? When is the last time you treated me right?”
I could feel my eyes watering, my control slipping. My hands were pushing against him violently, trying to free myself from his grasp.
“Well, I’m sorry that I never have the time. I have a life too, y’know,” Theo yelled back, releasing me from his grip. “I can’t always be by your side. And yes, sometimes I just come here to get laid, but, c’mon, who doesn’t do that?” He was running his hands through his air roughly.
“A person with respect for themselves and others don’t do that, Theo. You- you keep messing with my head. You’re trying to make me think I’m making this up, but I’m not! Do you know how many hours I’ve laid awake thinking about where you are or what you could possibly be doing? Do you know how many times I thought you were just with another girl?” I was screaming now, throwing objects at him that he dodged easily. His hands were out as if telling me to stop, and I could see him getting angry. “I was never anything to you and you know it! You don’t even have a fucking heart to love me with, anyway. I’m surprised you could even fake a relationship.”
“Maybe you weren’t anything! Maybe I just needed someone to distract me, but who the fuck cares anymore, y/n? Who cares,” he roared, throwing his hands up. “Is that what you want me to say, babe? That you were nothing but a whore to me? Then, there you go. There’s the fucking truth. Do you like it?”
Tears were streaming down my face and I couldn’t help myself from letting out a back-wrenching sob.
“There’s the problem, Theo. You don’t feel anything, but I,” I paused, trying to breathe, “I feel too much, and I fell for you. I hate you so damn much. Just- just get the fuck out of my house, you know where the door is. You’ve sure used it enough in the middle of the night.”
I backed away from him, shaking my head as tears fell quickly. Theo stood, enraged, clenching his fists tightly before he nodded, clenching his jaw. “Fuck you.”
Then he left, and I fell to the ground in shaking sobs, clutching my chest tightly. I knew it was all fake, but it was still hard to process. I felt like I couldn’t breathe, and I just wished it would just be over with. My hands were shaky, and I didn’t know how long it would take. How long it would take to get over it.

Warnings: Underage consumption, hinting at depression, alcohol abuse,  suggestive comments, hinting at sex, dirty talk, Swearing (I think that’s all?)
Song:  Gimme Heartbreak— David Cook
This is for the writing challenge hosted by the very talented Audrey ( @lovefilledtragedy)
Summary: Theo has no one. After everything with his sister, the dread doctors, the beast and getting dragged to hell and resurrected he was utterly alone. He might have helped Scott’s pack with the Ghost Riders but he was not welcome in the inner circle. Theo makes his way to a bar to try and find something and is met with more than he bargained for.
Note: everything is italics are the song lyrics. The lyrics go with Theo and his feelings about the reader.
PS— y/h/t : aka redhead, blond, brunette ext.
I’m high on the neon
Chasing the greens, the blues, the reds
Theo couldn’t feel a thing as he set his empty glass down on the bar with his others. There were 6 shots of empty dreams, also known as José Cuervo, scattered in front of him and he felt none of them. It wasn’t the burn of the alcohol that had him numb, because he had been that way when he walked into the whole in the wall bar on the outskirts of Beacon Hills.
He ordered shot after shot to escape the numbness, wanting to feel something even if it was a dull ache but of course nothing came. Theo took a look around the dimly lit bar, the only sources of light were neon beer signs and a few hanging chandeliers from the ceiling, which had every other bulb blown. The swirling of cigarette smoke caught the fragments of light just enough to set the room in a fog. He noticed a couple of bikers were playing pool in the corner, but other than him and the bartender, the bar was deserted. Tequila was easier to swallow than confronting his past so he signaled the bartender over for another shot.
“I think you’ve had enough kid.. I don’t see how your not falling out of your chair.” The old man raised his eyebrows at Theo with a disapproving look on his face.
“I don’t feel anything.” Theo grumbled staring into the bottom of the glass in front of him. He wasn’t lying, but he wasn’t talking about the alcohol either. If he was being perfectly honest with himself, he hasn’t felt anything in a long time.
“It’s your hangover tomorrow kid.” The bartender, whose name was Sal according to his leather biker vest, sat another shot in front of him and walked away grumbling something about stupid teenagers. He could have focused and heard exactly what the old man muttered but he didn’t care enough.
Theo picked the shot up and stared at the clear liquid. He wondered what it was like to feel the room spin from intoxication or the headache someone gets when they wake up from having one to many drinks. He put the shot to his lips and the smell of the tequila hit him full force. He wasted no time tipping the shot up so the alcohol could leave a burning trail down his throat.
He sat the glass down again, starting to feel a sad pattern forming. 7 shots. 7 perfectly good shots of 80 proof tequila and he couldn’t feel a damn thing. To quote the famous Albert Einstein, who Sal had to be related to because of his hair, insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Theo let out a deep sigh and stared down at his accumulation of utter despair, he closed his eyes running his hands down his face.
He heard the ding of the door signaling someone walked into the bar but he didn’t bother to turn around. Theo continued staring at the glasses, thinking about everything that has happened in his life. He’ll never know what it is about alcohol that brings out reflections of one self. He was torn away from his past and brought to the present by Sal putting down a double shot in front of him.
“I didn’t order that?” Theo frowned looking up for an answer to why there was a glass in front of him.
“You’re right, she did.” Sal gestured to his left and he followed his pointer until he locked eyes with a stunning y/h/t.
I keep touching the ceiling
But my feelings, they fall for you, instead
You watched as the bartender set the shot down in front of the handsome man and gestured over to you explaining where it came from. Theo looked up at you and his eyes widened. You raised your glass to him with a smirk which he returned. You watched as his eyes raked over your body shamelessly and it sent a shock wave through you. You knew who he was, and what he’s done but you didn’t care. You were looking to let loose, and what better way to do that than with a bad boy.
You made your way over to him, and his eyes never left your body. You slid into the bar stool next to him and you sat your black clutch that matched your dress down beside you. He wasn’t concealing anything in his  eyes as they darkened with hunger. His lust engulfed you the moment you sat down, it rolled off of him in waves and came crashing down on you.
Your death in a black dress
I’m the puppet that’s hanging from your thread
“What’s a girl like you doing in a bar like this?” He mused twirling the alcohol in his shot glass around.
“I could say the same thing about you Raeken, although dark and creepy is you MO so I guess I’m not surprised to find you here.” You clinked your glass to his and he watched you down the double shot in one gulp with wide eyes.
“You know who I am?” He asked skeptically, narrowing his eyes at you.
“Yep.” You stated popping the ‘p’. You gestured to The bartender for two more doubles before turning back to Theo.
“How do you know who I am but I don’t know you? I definitely would have remembered seeing you around school.”
You turned toward him but found he was already staring at you. Again. The smirk returned to your lips as you spoke, “well let’s just say word gets around in Beacon Hills.” You flashed your eyes at him, no not your normal flirty y/e/c eyes, but your golden ones. Sal sat two more double shots in front of you with a frown and walked away. You opened your purse grabbing the small silver flask you had hidden and poured a tiny bit of its contents into each glass and the one Theo was babysitting in his hand, you slid the second glass over to him with a mischievous smile, “drink up.”
“You’re a werewolf?” He scrunched his face up in confusion, taking a deep breath trying to catch your scent. You just nodded your head and downed the other shot. You coughed slightly as the tequila and wolfsbane burned down your throat, but you welcomed the feeling with open arms. “Why can’t I smell you?”
“I can hide my scent, which you should learn how to do. I could smell you from down the road.” You half joked to him which caused him to laugh.
“So you’re a wolf.. And you know who am.. So I guess you know what I’ve done?” You knew he was referring to helping the dread doctors and almost killing Scott. You nodded your head as you picked up the second glass since he still hadn’t drunk his first one yet. “Why are you not afraid of me?”
You burst out laughing almost spilling your shot, you had tears forming in the back of your eyes as you braced yourself against the bar trying to regain your composure. He furrowed his eyebrows at you and you sensed his confusion. You downed your third double shot of José which were starting to take effect. “Please Raeken, I have worse nightmares about failing AP Calculus.” He smirked at you as he downed his shot and grimaced.
"It's from the wolfsbane. The aftertaste I mean." You said barely above a whisper but you knew he heard you.
"Wolfsbane?" He raised an eyebrow at you, and you laughed. Silly boy.
"Yes. You know that's how you actually get drunk, our immune system burns through alcohol too quickly."
"Damn, I wish someone would have told me that." He sighed gesturing to the 7 glasses next to him. You laughed again, and he gave you a playful glare.
"They probably would have if you weren't so busy trying to kill them." You said nonchalantly, you noticed the look on his face and felt bad for bringing it up. "Oh come on, no one died. Well no one permanently died, so I'd call that even." You gestured to Sal for two more doubles which he obliged to, sitting them down in front of Theo. You purposely leaned over him, grazing his arm with your breast as you poured a couple of drops of wolfsbane in the two glasses. His eyes went directly to your copious amount of cleavage while he ran his tongue over his lips.
"Who are you?" You felt Theo's burning gaze on the side of your face, but you ignored his question reaching for the shot glass. Theo caught your arm before you could pick it up, which caused you to raise your eyebrow at him. "Who are you?" He asked again, not letting your arm go. His skin on yours was enough to send a shockwave through your body, and you clamped your legs together to gain some relief. Theo's hard stare turned into a smirk, and you knew he could smell you.
You’re the name of my madness
I don’t want to get you out of my head
You gave him a sly smile tugging your arm out of his grip with ease, you grabbed one of the glasses and brought it to your lips. You leaned your head back, tipping the glass so the liquid could flow down your throat. The taste no longer burned going down, and you knew that meant you probably had enough to drink. Theo watched you down your 3rd double shot with pure lust.
You stood up from the chair, smoothing out your black dress. You looked to Theo and noticed he was raking his eyes over you again. You smiled to him as a new song started to play. "Do you wanna know my name," you held out your hand for him to take, "or do you wanna dance with me?" He took your hand without hesitation, letting you lead him to the middle of the room.
You spun around to press yourself against his back, and you could feel his muscles through his shirt. He pulled you closer to him as the words of the chorus flowed, and his breath fanned over your shoulder. Gimme the heartbreak
Gimme the heartbreak
Bring on the hurt, Put in the work
Baby don’t try to fight it
Wrapped in Theo's embrace with his hands on your hips you felt the part you that's come out to play, to feel the touch of someone and let your body go free. You pressed yourself up against his back as you swayed your hips and you felt his length harden. You heard him take in a sharp breath that would have gone unnoticed by anyone else, but you weren't just anyone. You were a wolf, and right now she was begging to be set free. His had a bruising grip on your hips, but you longed for them to go further.
Tell me you want me
While you push and you shove me
You’re pulling me close it’s getting out of control
And you know that I like it
The music spun around them but all you could focus on was Theo's hands and where you desperately wanted them. He ground his hips forward and you could feel him even more now, and you were impressed. You let a faint moan fall from your lips as Theo moved his lips over your ear.
"What do you want princess?" His husky voice sent a shiver down your body. You felt the smirk on his lips as they kissed down your neck, and you had to bite back another moan. His hands left your hips as they moved down to the exposed skin on your thighs. The simple touch set your body on fire, and it did nothing for the ache forming in your core. You were no longer intoxicated from the alcohol, you were drunk on him. His lips. His touch. His scent.
It’s an instant reaction
You’re like the drug inside my vein
Another welcome distraction
One more shot of Novocaine
You were drowning in the lust coming from him. He worked his way back up to your ear, stopping to nibble on your sweet spot on your collarbone. His hands left the inside of your thigh, and you whined at the loss of contact causing him to chuckle. He pulled you even tighter against his body as he whispered again. "Do you wanna get out of here Princess?" You bit your lip nervously, remembering who he was but before you could think about it too much he was trailing more kisses down your neck.
"Yes." You didn't bother to speak about a whisper, knowing he could hear you perfectly fine. He let his arms fall from behind you, and you turned around pouting at him. You watched as he put his hand in his pocket to adjust himself before he walked to the bar. He put a hundred dollar bill down and grabbed your purse before making his way back to you. He wrapped his arms around you tugging you out the door to a black pickup.
You’re death in a black dress
I’m the puppet that’s hanging from your string
You’re my favorite madness
No, I don’t want to change a thing.
You didn't get the chance to reach for the door as Theo spun you around so your back was pressed against it. His lips connected to you hungrily, and you moaned into his mouth. His hands made their way to your ass and he squeezed hard lifting you up easily. A squeal of surprise left your lips, and he took the opportunity to slip his tongue in your mouth. He was driving you crazy, between his lips and his hands you felt like you were going to explode.
You broke apart from the kiss to take in oxygen, and looked into his eyes. You noticed the golden color, and flashed yours back to him. "Take me back to your place." It was more of an order than a request, but Theo was quick to comply either way.
Gimme the heartbreak
Gimme the heartbreak
Bring on the hurt, Put in the work
Baby don’t try to fight it
Theo barely closed the door to his apartment before you lunged at him. If he wasn't supernatural you were sure you both would have been on the floor but he caught you with ease. He carried you through his apartment and into a bedroom. You broke apart from the kiss and he let you down next to his bed as he pulled off his shirt dropping it to the floor.  The only light coming from the room was a table lamp in the corner, but you could see every curve of his muscles. You traced your hand down his abs, licking your lips. He connected our lips again and you could feel his hand in your hair, tugging gently.
His hands de-tangled from your hair as they moved to the back of your dress. He pulled away from the kiss, and you felt his breath on your skin. "You're wearing entirely too much princess." His fingers found the zipper to the dress, and he tugged it down slowly, his thumb grazing the exposed skin on your back. He watched as the dress pooled to your feet, leaving you in a set of black lace lingerie.
You stepped out of the dress, and closer to him. You grabbed his belt buckle tugging him closer to you. "Now you're the one wearing too much." You leaned up to kiss him again while you undid his belt. Your hands worked on his zipper, slowly pulling the zipper down. You heard a strangled moan leave him as your hand grazed over his covered hard on. You tugged his jeans and boxers down and he kicked them off in a hurry. You didn't have time to admire his length as his hands went back to your ass lifting you again so you could wrap your legs around his waist.
Your bodies fit together as if they were made just for this, to fall into one another, to feel this natural rhythm. He carried you toward the bed, letting you fall with a hard bounce on the mattress. You lock eyes for just a moment, before he started kissing from your toes upward, slowly, his hands on your legs, always just a little higher than the kisses.
Tell me you want me
While you push and you shove me
You’re pulling me close it’s getting out of control
And you know that I like it
He worked his way up your body, every kiss has a raw intensity to it. He stops when he reaches your face, looking into your eyes. The way his was looking at you was enough to make you want to run, it wasn't because it was menacing, it was a look of pure admiration. "You're so beautiful." He whispered grabbing your hand, intertwining your fingers with his. "Please tell me your name princess." He kissed over your collarbone again and you arched your back, grinding your hips to his.
You didn't want names, you wanted a release. You felt the electricity buzzing through your skin, hormones shutting down your higher brain and the rise of your animal self. You kissed him hard signally you didn't want to talk, and he took that as a sign to continue. He hooked his thumb into the lace of your panties pulling them down your legs throwing them somewhere in the room. He started to move his hands lower, when you stopped him. You used all your strength to shift positions. He was stunned for a moment, but let you stay on top. You reached behind your back unhooking your bra, letting your breasts spill out. You threw the lacy material behind you, as Theo's hands explored your body. He grabbed your hips to switch positions again but you tsked at him.
"You don't get to be in control Theo. You have to be a good boy and not move your hands okay, I'm gonna drive you crazy," you shifted on top of him while purposely grinding against him, "then stop, then do it all over again until you beg me to finish this. Even then, I might not. I'm just gonna do every naughty thing to you until you explode."
Baby don’t try to fight it‘
Cause you know that I like it
You opened your eyes and were met with black spots dotting across your vision. You had pounding headache and the sun coming through the blinds were not helping. You took a moment to gather yourself as the events played in your head. You stretched in the bed, your body aching from his lips, his touch, and every thrust from last night. You noticed he was still asleep, which you were thankful for. You pulled back the covers and stood from the bed.
You gazed at your body in the mirror, but there was no evidence of Theo on you, even though you could point out ever bruise that should be scattered across your skin. You quickly grabbed your bra from the spot on the floor hooking it behind you before you started your search for your underwear. You searched for five minutes but couldn't remember where he threw it last night.
Theo made a soft moan from the bed and your head snapped in his direction. He had rolled over pulling the pillow you had been asleep on against his chest. You let out a quick breath, your body relaxing. You finally found your underwear hanging from a knob on Theo's dresser and slipped it in on. You shimmed into the black dress from last night, nearly falling over in the process. You grabbed your heels that you kicked off by the door, and took one last look at Theo sleeping.
He looked so peaceful, so content, the exact opposite of the Theo Raeken you expected. You wanted the bad boy, but obviously he was gone. His time in hell had changed him for the better, but you were still the same person as you had been when you walked into that bar. You hated doing this to him, leaving him without a word, but you couldn't stay.
The look in his eyes after sex last night was something you never wanted to see, it was joy. He whispered sweet nothing's in your ear, and the whole time his heart beat didn't falter once, and that scared the shit out of you. You opened the door softly making your way out of the room, and away from the boy who you could easily fall for if you gave him a chance.
Theo stirred from the bed, reaching across the covers to pull her toward him but he was met with an empty bed. He opened his eyes immediately scanning the bed for the beautiful y/h/t, but she was nowhere in sight. He focused his hearing, praying she was in the house, but the only sound he heard was his own heart hammering in his chest. He glanced around her room and everything was gone. Her bra. Her underwear. Her dress. Her shoes. It was all gone, every piece of evidence of her presence in his room had vanished, leaving him to wonder if she had been a dream.
He sat in the bed, thinking about last night and felt a pang in his heart. He grabbed the pillow she had fallen asleep on, taking a deep breath. He was met with the sweet scent of vanilla, and it brought him some sanity knowing she had been real but it was short lived when he thought about her now. She was gone, and he didn't even know her name.
He thought back to the bar, and why he was there. He went searching for something, anything to get him to feel again and the world had a funny way of delivering it to him. He hugged the pillow tight drinking in her scent. He mumbled to himself, and the ghost of her presence in the room. "I guess it's true what they say, be careful what you wish for."

Ain’t over you yet (part 2)
Author : @itsamberh
Pairing : Stiles Stilinski / Reader
Word count : 2510-ish
Warnings : mention of murder
Based on Too Much To Ask by Niall Horan
Author’s note : Here is the second part of my mini series for @lovefilledtragedy‘s WC. Thanks to her for her help once again! This took me forever to finalize but there you go! I changed a few things about the plot because otherwise it didn’t fit my story but I still tried to be as close as possible to the real plot. Also there might be 1 or 2 part(s) added to this. To know your opinion about my writing would be really nice. :) Enjoy!
Part 1
Tumblr media
- Present -
“My sweet y/n, I’ve missed you.” Lydia hugged one of her best friends since high school. “I’ve missed you too Lydia. How are you?” “I’m good, I love my new job, Jordan and I moved together and our flat is amazing.” “That’s so cool I’ll have to come and visit you then!” “Whenever you want. What about you? How are you holding up?” “To be honest Lydia, I don’t even know. We were always arguing and barely seeing each other anymore, but that’s still hard we’ve been together for almost 4 years and a half..” “Have you seen him since the breakup? Except tonight.” “Yeah once or twice, but he’s moved back with his father until he finds a new place to live. I feel bad that he left me the flat though.”
“He’s coming towards us right now and that’s not for me I just went to say hi.” “This night keeps getting better and better.” mumbled y/n sarcastically. “Hey y/n.” said Stiles. “Hi Stiles.” The two didn’t know what to say to each other, or at least what to begin with. Scott, Malia and Derek were watching them from the couch. The three of them listening to the couple’s heartbeats but also catching the scent of their desire and stress.
“I’m cringing just seeing them like that, can’t they just kiss already?”, whispered Malia to them. “Stiles won’t make the first move to get her back, he doesn’t want to rush her.”, answered Derek drinking his beer. “Y/n won’t either, not here, not with you three listening to their conversation.” said Lydia, sitting next to them.
Only yesterday we were on the run
You smile back at me and your face lit up the sun
For y/n going to Mexico was not a good idea, she thought it was way too dangerous and that they were doing everything they shouldn’t be doing. As expected, she went with them anyway. Right after the Calaveras incident, they followed Braeden to what was called La Iglesia. Stiles and Lydia had to explain to Malia and Kira who was this Kate and what she had done. When they were with the Calaveras they learned that she was alive. She had turned into a shape shifter after her throat was slashed by Peter Hale. Lydia wondered out loud “What kind of shape is a sociopathic bitch?” Stiles cackled looking at Lydia through the rear-view mirror.
“I feel like female werewolves could be the most dangerous, like, a 100 times worst than Peter.”, thought y/n out loud. “Lydia would definitely be the most badass werewolf.” said Stiles focused on the road. “You would be the worst werewolf though.” answered the strawberry blonde girl. “And…that’s why we are made for each other.” he winked.
Y/n could feel jealousy boiling up in her stomach. She knew about Stiles’ crush on Lydia that had been going on for years. She had to hold herself back from strangling Stiles though.
After the jeep broke, y/n was left with Lydia and Stiles when Malia took off quickly followed by Kira. Y/n stayed in the backseat, her arms crossed over her chest giving the cold shoulder to the others – the others meaning Stiles –. She looked at him and Lydia arguing about how he was fixing the jeep.
Lydia suddenly turned around to face the direction Kira and Malia had gone. “Did you hear that?” Stiles frowned, “Hear what?”. “Someone’s going to get hurt! I need to go and check on the girls.” “Lydia, you can’t leave alone! I’m coming with you.”
Seeing the panicked look on Lydia’s face, y/n got out of the jeep. “What’s going on?” asked the y/h/c girl. “She said someone’s going to get hurt and wants to go find the girls alone.” replied Stiles. “Well, I’m coming with you.” proposed y/n going next to her friend. “No someone needs to stay with Stiles and check on the jeep.” said Lydia. Stiles frowned. “What? I don’t need someone to watch over me.” “Well…you kind of do with everything that happened with the Nogitsune.” said y/n. “Oh my god, are you going to bring that up every freaking time?” “See, he’s coming back.” she laughed. Lydia took advantage of them arguing to leave and see if she could find the girls.
Stiles noticed and called her. “LYDIA!” “I’M JUST CHECKING I’M COMING BACK.” “She won’t listen to you, you better fix your car so we can go with her.”
The road was empty, there was barely any light, they were surrounded by the Mexican desert. Stiles hesitated a few minutes before finally asking the question that had been on his mind since they left the Calaveras. “Are you okay, y/n?”
She turned to face him, stared at him but he was to focused on repairing the jeep to look at her, he just waited for the answer. “I’m fine.” “You’re quiet.” “That make us a good duo, you’re never quiet.” she replied with a bright smile. “Why were you staying in the jeep then?” “Do you always have to ask so many questions?” “Sorry for caring about you.” “Oh so now you care about me? You’ve been caring about Malia a lot lately.”
Stiles went off the jeep and closed the hood. “Oh god, you’re jealous!” “Wh-What? No! Why would I be jealous?” “That’s exactly what jealous people say.” “Shut up.” She looked at him with a dead serious expression, sitting on the car’s hood. “Hey don’t sit on my car it’s fragile!” “You know what?” “No…?” “I think you were born to piss me off.” “And you obviously like it because you keep hanging out with me.” he replied smiling and sitting next to her.
“I thought the car was fragile.” “Do you always take what I say seriously? Honestly I hope not.” he laughed. “I’m not that naive. So what do we do now? Do we just wait for our friends to be killed while we’re chilling on a Jeep in the middle of the Mexican desert?” “You’re a horrible person y/n.” Stiles was looking at her y/e/c eyes. “I know.” She laughed softly while looking at his lips and back again at his eyes. After a moment of silence, Stiles finally spoke again. “You were definitely jealous.”
Y/n put her hands on her lap, not knowing what excuse to come up with because she was aware that Stiles knew her too well, he knew when she was lying. After a few seconds, he took the initiative to get off the jeep and face her.
“Are you really this blind?” He questioned. “About what?” “You know sometimes I question your insight.” She sighed and rolled her eyes before the hyperactive boy made her get off the car too. “What are you doing?” “Telling the girl I’ve had a crush on for quite a while I like her?” Y/n felt her stomach twist, she answered nervously. “Of course you like me I’m like…the only friend you have who can actually handle you.” “Would you shut up just for once?” “Yeah I can do that.” Stiles put one of his hand on the back of her neck and the other on her waist. He looked at her lips before bringing her closer to him. When his lips pressed against hers, she was the happiest person in the world. The kiss was soft, gentle and full of the affection they had for each other. “Well, I didn’t expect that.” said y/n with a bright smile.

After an awkward silent Stiles finally decided to talk. « Um..can I talk to you outside for a moment..? I don’t want the others to listen to our conversation. » He said his last sentence loud enough for the werewolves to hear him. « Yeah if you want. » Y/n answered not feeling good at all, she was nervous her hands were clammy. She wiped them on her jeans and throw a glare to Lydia informing her on her distress. Her friend gave her the thumbs up with a weak smile.
« Let’s go on the terrace. » Stiles took the initiative to take her hand. He could feel that it was freezing. They were facing the city, their arms on the warm concrete of this hot Summer night. Y/n put her glass on the low wall. « Well, what did you want to talk about? »
« I wanted to talk about Scott and Malia. » replied the boy touching the growing beard on his chin. She looked at him with a deadpan expression, he quickly understood that she was not in the mood to laugh. He knew that it was all or nothing. « Alright…I miss you. I miss you and I think we’re making a huge mistake by not trying to fix our relationship. We need each other y/n, I know we do. »

Someone’s moving outside
The lights come on down the drive
I swear Stilinski, if you don’t stop drumming your pen on the table I’m going to break it!” y/n threatened still reading her maths book, trying to understand what she had been on all day long.
“Wow, easy babe don’t take your anger on me only because you can’t concentrate.”
“I can’t concentrate because of you.” A huge smirk appeared on Stiles’ face. “Not like that, don’t get your hopes to high.”
“That’s what she said”, murmured Liam to himself. Y/n turned her face to him, if her eyes could kill he would already be dead right now. The library was quite empty, it was almost eight in the evening and the pack had just decided to study all together. “Alright, I think I’m gonna go home I’ve got a test on first period tomorrow.”, said the young beta. “Yeah it’s way past your bed time!”, answered y/n. “Still kids jokes? Really?” “Okay guys that’s enough!” interjected Scott already tired with all the homework and the new teenager killing problem.
Stiles, y/n and Malia were still at the library studying and trying to learn more about chimeras. Stiles had fallen asleep on his books because he was barely getting any sleep at night, ever since he was possessed by the Nogitsune he couldn’t have a full 6-hour sleep. The room was silent, the sound of the pages turning and Malia clicking on her pen was all that could be heard. It was already dark out, the three teenagers were the last one at school.
“Okay guys, I think I’m gonna take off”, informed Malia more to y/n than to Stiles. “Yo Stiles go home and get some sleep”, she added. As an answer Stiles mumbled something in his sleep. “Yeah I’m leaving soon too anyway, my brother is coming to get me”, answered y/n while putting her stuff back in her bag. She put her hand in Stiles’ hair on the back of his neck massaging it. “You should probably go too.” “Yeah go I’ll just finish one last thing.” he answered sleepily. “Okay.” She got up, kissed his cheek and left.
Stiles, finished a few minutes later and then left to his Jeep.
Y/n was on the opposite side of the parking lot where Stiles parked his car. She was still waiting for her brother who was late just as usual. The yellow tint of the street light reflected against the wet concrete of the road. The street was empty, y/n had her headphones on and was mentally preparing herself to kill her brother.
She didn’t want to go and ask Stiles to take her home because she knew he was tired and they lived on the opposite side of Beacon Hills. She was the kind of person who was always worried she was bothering people, she always managed to do everything by herself.
Even with her music on she thought she heard someone screaming, she took one of the headphones off and looked around even if she could barely see anything. “Hello?” She looked at her phone which indicated she had been waiting for more than 20 minutes. “I swear to god y/b/n you better have a hell of an excuse.” A few minutes later her music suddenly cut off, she pressed the home button of the device but the screen remained black. “You gotta be kidding me.” She sighed loudly.
After a moment, still no sign of the car to pick her up. She decided to walk to the school’s parking lot to see if Stiles had already left. Y/n noticed the baby blue car and immediately approached it, she saw that Stiles was in it. She knocked on the driver’s window, Stiles jumped and turned his head to see his girlfriend. He opened the window.
“Didn’t you leave like 30 minutes ago?” the boy asked his voice shaking. “I don’t know what’s my brother doing and my phone just died, can I just use yours?” Y/n frowned over the tone of his voice. “Uh.. yes there you go” he handed her the phone. Without asking, y/n came in the car on the passenger’s side. “Thanks.” she answered with a smile. The silence took over the vehicle while y/n sent her text. She gave him back his phone and noticed his hand completely red. Her eyes went on his face, he was panicked she could see it, tears had welled up in his eyes.
“Stiles, why do you have blood on your hand? Are you hurt?”, he didn’t answer. “Stiles, is everything okay?” His phone vibrated, he looked at it. “You should go y/n, your brother’s here.” “No I’m not leaving, something’s clearly wrong! What is it?” She stared at him and put her hand on his. Stiles licked his lips, his right leg was shaking nervously and he squeezed y/n hand.
“I… I didn’t want it to happen.”
“Want what to happen? You can tell me okay? I won’t judge.”
“I killed him.”
Y/n eyes widened at her boyfriend’s statement, she put her hands on his cheeks to look at him in the eyes and try to show him that she was here no matter what. “Killed who?”
“He…he came at me, he threatened my dad, he threatened to kill everyone I care about. I was protecting myself, the…the pole impaled him. I went to check on him but he was already dead. I killed Donovan.”
Not knowing what to say to him, y/n just took Stiles in her arms rubbing his back while he squeezed her arm tight sobbing against her. “You’re okay Stiles, we’re gonna fix it.” “The body wasn’t there anymore when I went back.”
“It’s okay I’m here. Scott is going to help us.” Stiles looked at her. “You can’t tell Scott, we can’t y/n.” He started panicking again. “Alright alright, we won’t tell Scott, calm down.” She kissed the top of his head more worried about him than by the fact that there was a dead body in the school. Y/n held Stiles like that for a little while, that night she didn’t left him once she went home with him, knowing he couldn’t be alone with his thoughts.
This last scene is probably my favorite that I wrote so far, I hope you like it as much as I do. I didn’t want to ruin Stiles’ whole scene with Donovan because as heartbreaking as it is I think it’s an important scene for Stiles character’s evolution. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed!
