Though with Khatchh, there's two separate versions of himm, I've explained it a lot buut I'll just put it all in a diagram to make it easy on yourselvess (All three share the same name of Kevin Khatchadourian though Khatch/Lovebug simply goes by his last name to differentiatee. So he simply calls himself Khatchh, Khatchadouriann, or Lovebugg):

I'm still figuring some stuff out with them, but as of now they're like, viruses that latch onto and feed off of (preexisting) soul bonds and then protect their source of food vehemently. The host becoming a 'yandere' is just the outwardly visible effect, they're not insane just sick.

Which is why I like to call the little viruses 'lovebugs', which is a 'luvsick' offshoot, which is the pat variant of the sickness. I figure itd be cool if you could actually 'cure' the sickness, I jus haven't decided what runs them off or kills them yet

Each little heart floating around them represents how many other 'bugs' they can infect other potential hosts with. Though they can regenerate alot more when feeding off of a soulbond
