and thank you for asking me about fics, truly!! i hadn't read any in so long and going through my bookmarks was a lot of fun. i was surprised how many i still remembered quite well even about a year later. and if you like a particular theme or trope or kind i would be genuinely delighted to find more for you ☺️ when i returned to spn fandom i spent a few months absolutely devouring as much new fic as i could find, but the sheer mass of what's out there can be quite daunting i think

as for deancas: i think it's worth a try, really!! i was hesitant at first because i dislike the tropey cheesy sort of destiel and so many fics are AUs which i don't enjoy, but i do have a soft spot for certain dark-ish ideas. the possession fic was exactly what i was looking for and the casifer fics were delicious (i have more of both of those tropes bookmarked if anyone is interested)

i actually remembered two more deancas fics i liked so i'm just taking this opportunity to link them dhsbdvdv (absolutely no pressure to read my recs ever, by the way!!)

Hi there! Thanks for checking in! Everything's fine. It's just that I have a pretty grueling work schedule between my internship and my studies.

On top of that, my mother, my sister and my grandmother (yes) have all been having health and other problems at the same time.

When last Tuesday I just wanted to cry rather than write my analysis, realizing that I hadn't enjoyed reading the chapter, I realized that I could be ruining my precious relationship with Chainsaw Man by forcing myself to write.

Writing and drawing are a pleasure, a band-aid, not a stone to sink me!

So I'm watching films at the moment, and honestly, it's making me take a step back. On the way I draw... but also to see Chainsaw Man. I'm even reconnecting with ships I'd put aside by being too deep in the tunnel of productivity (hello yoshiden).

So don't worry, I've met a lot of new people and when I talk about my hobbies. My first instinct is to show this blog, because the people who follow me here are incredible and I'm proud to interest such nice, interesting people.

HELLO LOVELY PEOPLE!!! here is yet another heartpascal life update for you!!!

SO. it is my birthday today (august 11th for timezone purposes) so happy birthday to me!!!! but as much as i would like to be bringing y’all a gift for this event … i have not finished any fics

BUT FEAR NOT!!!!

i have been writing! which is more than i could say for a couple of weeks ago.

i am struggling w sticking to one piece and keep ending up flicking to new ideas part way through (very annoying however we r staying positive) . in other news … for whatever reason, i HAVE been managing to write for an old marvel fic i had on wattpad (a rewrite of that story, seeing as i wrote it when i was 13 and have majorly improved since then!!!) which is not so helpful for y’all but it IS writing so it’s good!!!

i am also getting my results in 6 days for those exams i was doing … pray for me. sobs. terrified.

but yes. there is your update! i will be celebrating making it this far!! lots of cake fr
