11 Questions
I was tagged by @theiicarus, below are my questions. Thank you for the tag!
1. Do you believe in soulmates
No, not really. I feel that people change too often and the human condition is too random for a true soulmate.
2. What are your thoughts on sandpaper
It’s way more useful than people think.
3. You own one real original famous/historical artwork in your house. Which one do you chose?
The Intoxication of Wine by Clodion. I don’t think I could ever not be impressed by that piece, it’s just gorgeous and I love it.
4. You can extend your pet’s lifespan by 20 years but it takes 20 years off your own lifespan, do you do it?
Only if their lifestyle was not in detriment. Definitely.
5. What are your pet’s names
I have Jasper, Jocelyn, Echo, and Radar
6. Favourite meme? (Can be a dead meme)
Tumblr media
7. What is your reaction to someone buying you an expensive gift you want
I feel really guilty, and I am always in this position of whether it’s more rude to accept it and internalize the guilt or say no and offend.
8. Apple or Android? Elaborate why if you want to
I use android, apple just seems too much of those microtransactions style things
9. What music did you listen to as a kid and what do you like now?
I have always listened to punk/ska/alternative/hard rock, now I just extend it to whatever I like and am feeling in the mood for, there are only a few genres I really don’t like.
10. Would you have sex with Yoda for a million dollars
I wouldn’t have sex with anyone for a million dollars, so probably not :/
11. You can change the colour of your bodily fluids (spit, piss, blood, etc) What colour is it?
Acid green spit, because why tf not.
I’m supposed to tag 11 people, but I don’t know if I have enough that I haven’t seen do this already: @squidproquoclarice @prairiemule @cootschapel @gentle-outlaw @arthurmorgansgf @ace-spacedog @mileycyprus-hill @tex-studmister anyone else interested is welcome, and please tag me I’d love to learn more.
My questions
1. If you could live anywhere with no strings attached, where would that be?
2. What is your favorite, treat yourself activity/food/thing?
3. What is your perfect afternoon?
4.Who was the first band/performer you saw live? (If you’ve never been to a concert, what was your first music purchase?)
5. Are you more afraid of what’s in the ocean or what’s out in space?
6. What’s one thing you wish you had forced your younger self to do?
7. Whats one thing no one would ever guess about you?
8. If you were to give someone a movie suggestion, what would you suggest?
9. What was the first video game you ever played.
10. Vine or TikTok?
11. Favorite fictional character?

Yes! I got diagnosed right around the time I found spacedogs. The movie was disheartening because Hugh Dancy made Adam *so* real and believable while the script treated him so badly.
Reading spacedogs fics gave me genuine hope of real love. There might be someone who *enjoys* my nature rather than just tolerating it.
It’s also been a gift because so many of the writers of spacedogs are autistic themselves and tell their own stories through him. I’ve gotten a better understanding of myself through these stories than I could ever have hoped for with textbooks full of stereotypes.
Gotta love how I watched the movie Adam and I found it kind of depressing and as an autistic person it kind of made me feel bad about myself so I went on Ao3 to see if anyone had written angsty fanfiction for it so I could feel even worse about myself…only to find hundreds of fanfics about Adam, the autistic protagonist falling in love with a dangerous Romanian gangster named Nigel, because apparently the desire to ship Hugh Dancy’s and Mads Mikkelsen’s characters together transcends cinematic genres. And that’s how I found out about Spacedogs and the Hannibal extended universe and it immediately cheered me up, thanks internet!
