I’ve decided to believe that Isaak is Rasputin in the TB universe because he’s already an immortal who has been said to be the real man behind many historical figures said to seek eternal life and mysticism, it has no impact on the plot whatsoever and hurts no one, and I get to imagine ‘Ra-Ra Rasputin’ playing during any scene he’s in so I’ve decided to incorporate it into my canon interpretation thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
