rosalia selene harmon, 22, witch
her magic is stronger at night when the moon is at it's highest.
older sister was killed by a witch hunter, which sent her mother into a spiral trying to find a way to bring her back.
watched as her mother descended into madness while practicing darker arts and necromancy, finally being able to reanimate her sister ... but it wasn't entirely her that came back ( think p.et se.matary-esque. )
mother would feed her witches, but her rage and hunger were getting insatiable.
rosa eventually had to kill both mother and sister to put a stop to the bloodshed, and the guilt of that eats away at her every day.
is haunted by her sister's memory till this day. sees her everywhere she goes.
more to come.

aithne, of the summer court.
daughter of oisín, of hybern and seren, of the summer court
born some time during amarantha's years gaining the high lord's trust, before she enacted her revenge and became high queen
her father was one of the king of hybern's generals stationed in prythian. specifically in the summer court. met her mother and a mating bond was recognised. the faerie dropped everything for her. his king, his belief's, everything.
amarantha had her father captured and held prisoner in one of the dungeons for years. calling him a traitor and basically torturing him for many, many years.
aithne was born with daemati abilities, as the Mother willed it. but her mother, grieving the disappearance of her mate, couldn't cope with it. sought out a high priestess hiding in the winter court to help her suppress it. she did, for a price.
gave aithne a necklace that dulls the ability. seren told her it was a gift from her father, so aithne rarely takes it off. which works in seren's favour. only takes it off when she sleeps, and finds it hard to sleep because of "dreams" that are actually the thoughts of others because she doesn't know she has daemati abilities. was never trained to control them.
is a very skilled healer. seren teaching her everything she knows being one of the courts most trusted and exceptional healers
the price for the necklace is a betrothal to the son of said high priestess. a high fae from the winter court, and aithne is like no thank you. subject to change ???
more to come, and everything is very much subject to change lmao

During the 1970s Fortune-Green was considered to be the world's top black classical ballet dancer. After traveling and continuing her studies in Europe she returned to the U.S., briefly working as an assistant to Diego Rivera and later taught art under the Works Project Administration (WPA). Nevelson had her first solo exhibition in 1941. She developed a signature style of large scale, monochromatic wooden sculpture that made her one of the country’s foremost 20th century sculptors. Betty Ford joined Nevelson for the unveiling of her work “Bicentennial Dawn” at the James A. Byrne U.S. Courthouse on January 13, 1976.
President Gerald R. Ford, Sylvia Porter, Ralph Nader, and Others at a Meeting of the Citizens Action Committee to End Inflation, 10/12/1974 (National Archives Identifier 12082668)
Sylvia Porter saw how the world had been deeply affected by the Stock Market Crash and decided to study economics and finance. In 1934 she began writing a column for The American Banker and New York Post as well as other magazines explaining finances and economic matters in plain language to her readers. Readers did not discover that “S.F. Porter” was a woman until 1942, and she is considered the first woman to hold such a position. Throughout her life, Porter continued writing and also hosted a radio show. In 1974, when President Ford was dealing with an inflation crisis, Porter chaired and helped organize the Citizens Action Committee to Fight Inflation (CAC). This voluntary citizens program would provide the American people with an opportunity to get actively involved in the fight against inflation.

During the 1976 presidential election, Walters moderated the third and final debate between Gerald Ford and Jimmy Carter. Dr. Chien-Shiung Wu, sometimes known as the "First Lady of Physics," was born in China and came to the United States to pursue a PhD at the University of California, Berkeley. She began studying beta decay, a topic that she would continue to research later in her career. Dr. Wu worked on the Manhattan Project during World War II. In 1956 she designed an experiment and headed the team that discovered parity was not conserved in weak interactions. Although two of her male colleagues won the 1957 Nobel Prize in Physics as a result, her contribution was not formally until she received the first Wolf Prize in 1978. Dr. Wu received the National Medal of Science from President Ford on October 18, 1976, "for her ingenious experiments that led to new and surprising understanding of the decay of the radioactive nucleus."

When she was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 1974, Betty Ford broke with social conventions by openly discussing her diagnosis and treatment. She inspired many women to get screenings and helped reassure those also dealing with breast cancer. Mrs. Ford used her position as First Lady to champion causes that were important to her. As outspoken advocate of women’s rights she supported the observance of International Women’s Year in 1975, urged the appointment of women to senior government positions, and pushed for the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment.
