Writing is insane because I can spend months on something and when I post it, I will barely get any interaction and maybe 100 notes. When I post something that's rough, not planned or written well at all, it gets 300-400+ notes. While I'm thankful that those drabbles did well, it does upset me that I spend a lot of time perfecting something and thinking it's good only for no one to really care for it. I think that's why I'm so scared about writing my own book because I'm worried that I'll spend all this time on it and love it and then no one will like it.

Man I am so glad I found the krishnablr/hindublr community on tumblr, finally a safe space where I could express my love, opinions and thoughts for my God and religion without getting judged and called blasphemous by homophobes, transphobes and other bigots. Most people here are really open minded and actually appreciate the true beauty of Hinduism, I believe our religion is very accepting and kind, which makes me proud to be a part of it.
