Meet the disciples.

Here you see the lineup of Mellia's disciples!

Thyma, the nightly patrol. Thorantre, the first follower (mainly there to look pretty). Fena, the Loyalty enforcement. And Agana, the first baby from the cult and the Tax enforcement. They are totally all happy and there's TOTALLY no drama between everyone :)

You've already seen Fena and Thyma before, Fena having had her own post and Thyma being a npc from a NariLamb response.

Going from left to right;

Thyma, a maned Wolf - real name unknown - was the most recent addition to the disciples. Found during one of the first crusades after beating Narinder, the Lamb ran into them at Night. Upon arrival, Thyma introduced themselves as; "Just call me Thyma." And became the Night patrol. Oddly enough, Thyma claims to be afraid of the dark and feel paranoid at night; but that's exactly why they chose that job. Staying awake and alert all night to then sleep during the safe day - that was their plan. He was fiercely loyal from the start and quickly ranked up to discipleship, which came in handy due to the Lamb and other disciples being able to keep better tabs on him.

Thorantre, a Lama - the first ever follower of the Lamb. He had been caught by the old faith after spreading "sheep propaganda". He was about to be sacrificed as well, when the Lamb freed him after just having been sacrificed as well. He does all sorts of jobs, but mainly just does worship and maintenance things. That Lama is a diva through and through, but managed to become close with the Lamb - making him also the first ever disciple. He has caused lots of headaches and troubles and is only really allowed to stay because he's special to Mellia. Thorantre is a non-committal part of the discipleship, mainly there for drama.

Fena, an Elk - the first follower found during a crusade. She was separated from her family and was meant to be sacrificed to Leshy. When the Lamb saved her, she immediately became the most useful and powerful part of the cult. Strongest, wisest - the closest friend to Mellia. A family to come back to and someone to hold up the cult when they were gone. Everyone knew she'll become a disciple, and everyone knew she'll become the Loyalty enforcement and the Lamb's right hand. She had always been their favorite, rightfully so. She's well loved and respected, though she can be strict and harsh, as per job demands. Fena is the head of the disciples and considered "co-leader" in a way. If the Lamb is busy, go to her. Unfortunately, Fena is accidentally the source of most disciple drama due to her suspicion to newbies and her romantic ties to other disciples.

Agana, a Lemur - the first baby to be born within cult walls. The Lamb was immediately smitten and coddled the little kid. They grew up raised by both their parents and Mellia. The name was a play on both her parents. Striving to be a disciple since childhood, Agana quickly grew up to become one. Since they proved themselves to be very mature and logical, they were made Tax enforcement. They're probably the most unproblematic and chill of the disciples - friends with everyone and extremely trusting; bordering on naive. They love greeting new disciples in their lineup. Also the least dramatic of them all.

Here are some of the in game models! All disciples wear the Officer suits, aside from Thyma - who wears a Yeoman coat. He was given an Officer suit too, but kept his coat.

Thorantre has a golden skull too, but I took it away because... Reasons. But that doesn't matter rn. Also couldn't get a different pic for Fena, sorry.

Fun facts;

Originally, Thyma was the grey fox model, since he used to be a Fox-Wolf hybrid. I changed that into a Maned Wolf and thus Thema became a normal fox model.

Thyma's name is known to the Lamb, but only them.

Thyma is an insomniac, but still wears the moon necklace most days to be awake at day also. They have not yet received their golden skull and have yet to accept the possibility of owning one.

Thorantre has a canon body count (murders).

Fena and Thorantre were messy exes and had a kid. Fena and Agana have children as well. All children created are non-canon.

Fena is canonically a trans woman.

Fena is platonically married to the Lamb. (Not canon in my AU)

Thyma, Latra and Echo are all OCs created from preexisting concepts - Thyma having been a prior oc revamped to fit COTL.

All the disciples personas were based on the in game things I've witnessed from them.

but you're totally right- there's nothing other than the timing/when paul wears it and as near as i can tell, there's no source on it whatsoever, just people tinhatting. so we can't necessarily say it's Untrue, but it's a bit like speculating that they started a sexual relationship in hamburg or that x song was written about y... there's not much in the way of proving one way or another, unless paul comes out and says something different

with that SAID if someone says "john gave paul a bracelet" THAT'S definitely misinformation (intentional or not ofc). it's not fact. it's just a theory & i think somewhere that got a bit lost in translation? but anyway i'll break down what you mean by the timeline so others know wtf we're talking about here lmao

the theory

paul has/had a silver identity bracelet with his name on it. the theory goes that john gave it to him in paris or on paul's 21st bday & paul wore it on and off throughout his life

there's not much to back this up but there's also not much against it? so if you want to believe it that's fully your prerogative. me personally, i think it's a nice thought/headcanon and don't really Believe one way or the other, i just like the idea of it for like fics and shit

so the timeline...

this is the source for the Main pic people use to show the inscription. these pictures were presumably take in late 1963 and published in october of the same year

which also means this one could be earlier as it's also from '63 and the Only place i can find it is on a 1993 trading card saying it was from a "1963 publicity shoot" but i can't find any other photos from the shoot or which shoot it was to tell you what month that was lmao

there's also this photo from his 21st birthday party with it, which is Probably the earliest of these two:

which I honestly think is the Most likely time he would've received it, whether from jane or john or whoever else.

and as for the Rest of the timeline i'm pulling from a now deleted post by @ swaying-daisies who seems to have deactivated or changed urls but here's the post anyway. you can see him still wearing it in the 70s, although he stopped wearing it around 1967 for a while it seems

as for where he got it all he's ever said was this:

i've seen people say that there's pictures of him from Before 1963 with the bracelet on, but i can't find them.

so the options come down to: it was a gift from jane, it was a gift from john, it was a gift from his mother, or it was a gift from one of his other relatives

a couple of reasons people doubt the jane aspect is that he continued to wear it into the 70s & then ofc people claim that he had it before he met her. i can't find any evidence of him having the bracelet before jane, so i take that with a grain of salt. i'd think for me personally the only thing discounting it from being from jane is the fact the he still wore it during anthology. if it were just the 70s, that might be hand-waved away because it can still take a bit to get rid of everything an ex gave you. but by anthology, he definitely would've been over it.

people also point to him being cagey and saying "let's just say it has close sentimental value" as a reason it's Not from jane, but honestly i don't find that very compelling because at the time of this letter he was still like. out as being with jane, but it was peak beatlemania when they were supposed to be appearing single & approachable. so if it was from jane, i don't think he'd say that here either.

the oooonly other point against it being from jane is simply that i've seen people assert they "know for a fact" that it's from jane because people had matching sweetheart bracelets back then- but she's never seen wearing one. but that's just against them having matching ones, i really don't know if she gave it to him or not.

i don't see any reason that it wouldn't be from a family member that's not his mom, though. if it were his mom, there definitely would've been photos of him wearing it long before 1963. so For Me it comes down to john or another family member. jane is also still a strong possibility to me, although like i said the anthology bit throws a wrench in that for me, unless that's a different bracelet completely. or who knows, maybe he got attached to it outside of her- i've definitely kept things from exes long after i give a shit about them if i'm being honest.

another piece people like to throw in is that in both of the photos of him wearing it after his and john's split, he's wearing it on his right wrist rather than his left, like a widower would if it were a ring. not convincing to me honestly, but it's a part of The Whole Theory/Headcanon bit

others also speculate it could be from ringo! ringo had a similar one and I wouldn't be too surprised if paul liked his so he got him one for his 21st. definitely An option to consider!

also, if anyone knows the exact date on that teeth brushing photo that would be lovely. or if anyone happens to have a photo of him with the bracelet from Before he met jane.

but yeah tl;dr: it's theory, if anyone says it's for sure fact they are misinformed or just really want to believe it. no one knows who gave paul that bracelet and i doubt we'll ever know, so have fun.

Hi Bianca. I hope all is well with you. My name is Gracie and I know I'm anon atm but for personal reasons, I can't reveal my account name here on Tumblr. For starters, I have to warn you that this might be long, and I will apologize for that but I hope you find this worth reading.

I know nothing of Bridgerton, Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan. Although I am familiar that they all are actors. I heard the names before. I know nothing of the lore, the fandom nor the shipping. But my close friend does. This morning, she came to my office on the verge of tears and I tried to comfort her. We had this series of conversation, hence I ended up here. She showed me an IG story of Nicola, and I noticed it was a reposted story of user JakeLDunn congratulating her on BAFTA nomination(CONGRATULATIONS!!) and I looked at her with questioning look, so I told her that, "Well that's sweet of him. A friend congratulating a friend on achieving such feat on her career." And then here what's started everything. My friend looked at me like I just said something life changing and then she seemed relief for some reason so we had a chat. "So it looks that way to GA huh. Gosh."

My friend told me that she admittedly shipped Nicola and Luke. And she also said she is so confused about Nicola and Jake because they are reportedly dating but a lot of you here felt differently so she asked me to offer my thoughts objectively as a outsider so I said sure. And my friend specifically told me that I can understand Nicola and Jake lore personally and I can understand now why.

To give you a little bit of info about me, I have a bestie (guy) that I met through a common friend. We have a huge age gap and we have a dating rumour amongst our friend group, even to outsiders. I thought about that way too at first, but then this bestie of mine started exhibiting odd behaviours that I only noticed. I saw the way he looked at our coworker (guy). His gaze lingered on our coworker and waaaaay too many signs that led me to conclude that he may be gay. So one day I asked him directly, because if he was really gay as I thought him to be, then the rumours of romance between us might cause some sort of rift and I want to correct that so I sat down with him, and clarified everything. And yes, he is gay. He said it himself. And he is also aware about the rumours of us dating and he did apologize for that. He felt like he used me as a cover up about his sexual orientation and he felt guilty do so, but his trauma about him coming out has led him to remain silent. But he also said it didn't stop him from slowly coming out, hence the signs that I saw. The one point where I truly believe he was gay is that I saw on his personal profile that he is following this painter in our city which is known for its nude paintings of men so yeah that pretty much summarizes it.

My point is, we got close, like real close and I don't mind holding hands with him. Hugging him, taking personal pics of each other without this gender norms. It seemed intimate to outsiders but we know the real deal between us. We are besties. And I secretly helped him with his love of his life, on how to pursue him while on the outside, and its the perfect cover up to be honest. Like I am being pressured to date somebody and I hate that, and now my parents don't bug me that much about dating because of my bestie and they are trying to respect our relationship (no we are not dating) but our age gap is making them feel odd but they are trying to respect that. I feel bad about lying but I don't want anybody really poking about my business, especially my love life and I suspect that something really similar is happening to Nicola.

If Jake Dunn suddenly came into picture without any warning, and if he is also rumoured to be part of LGBTQ+, you guys have the right to be suspicious. Because that's how I deflected any other romances with other people without being obvious and not to mention, its the perfect cover up. He is part of my friend group, my bestie and I am comfortable with him, but our relationship is mostly sister/brother that. If you guys felt like Nicola at some point tried to deny the narrative about her and Jake Dunn dating, you would've seen signs. Maybe personally or in social media where all their moves are being monitored. And then suddenly, you guys felt like the narrative is being pushed onto you guys, that's where you have to suspect something behind the scenes is going on. Because that's exactly how it happened to me, about my career and my family. Not to get detailed about it but all I did was I made sure the me and my gay bestie are kinda like in a romantic relationship to ensure the safety of our real relationship. He needed me to cover up his relationship with his bf (now fiancee) because of career issues and mine too. It was mutually consented and beneficial.

Ah, sorry that this have been long, but if you want to know my thoughts about Nicola and Jake Dunn is that, no, I don't believe they ever dated. Because I can see myself in Nicola. That's how I acted around my gay bestie. But you don't have to take this seriously tho, but its just a personal opinion of mine. And an outsiders point of view.

And my friend brought up a timeline, it made me suspicious because I think something happened last year that made Jake came into the picture. I don't have the complete lore yet but the way she told me about the events, I feel like I am missing something completely big.

Assigning jewelry I found on Pinterest to my mutals' ocs

Amber kind of inspired this, as I kept seeing cool insect jewellery I think she would wear. I feel this one represents her though. It has a butterfly motif which Yancy has said sometimes represents Amber. I don’t know the exact size from the pic but it looks like it fits a bit tighter around the neck like a choker (which have a Victorian/Regency vibe to me) and the oval/circular pendant are also reminiscent of this. I also felt that there being multiple pendants also symbolizes her Chrysalis gang with the center pendant being her.

Benjamin is a small child and I don’t think hes super into jewelry at the moment but I saw this baby chic in an egg pendant that reminded me of him. The egg opens and has the chick inside so it has an interactive element that I think would be cool to a kid. Its very cute and innocent but the darker silver egg around it reminds me of Moredcai protecting him.

I haven't known Cassie and Bailey long and I’m not as familiar with them so I put them together, this one is mostly vibes tbh. They escaped a bad situation recently so a running rabbit was kind of symbolic of both the situation the ran away from. The rabbit being in a rectangular inset could also symbolize a cage. Bailey also has a bunny plush so it felt right. There are also two pearls attached to what I think is supposed to be a tree also represent Cassie and Bailey and them being part of the same family tree( siblings).

Luc already has kind of a signature jewelry which is his heart locket necklace. So this is a bit more of an extension of that. Forget me nots of course symbolize everlasting love and remembering loved ones. The everlasting love makes me think of Katherine which can take on a sinister connotation as well. And remembering loved ones as reference to Luc starting to forget people as The Curse™ overtakes him. At least that what I think is happening from the cryptic tidbits of Luc lore 4U has posted.

Maríanne of course gets something snake themed. Its very straight forward snake with an apple for some of that original sin symbolism and trees, apples and snakes are a big part of her story. While this is a ring I really like the idea of this design as a bangle because it can also be a golden shackle. Really hone in on the snake going from a symbol of safety to one of entrapment.

Maura is a lover girl and I felt she needed something that wasn't too serious. So a simple pendant with a white flower and some young love symbolism fit her. I can imagine her fiddling with the pendant every time shes about to see Rocky.

Millicent reminds me of a bird always flying here and there, and pearls a lot for some reason. Shes very outwardly elegant and typically feminine so i wanted something that captures that. Though this broach is more reminiscent of a bug the wing motif is still there. If there was a bird on the back instead it would be perfect.

hi guys! im back. i went tokyo for a few days. got back at 7 this morning after taking an overnight 7 hour bus ride.... that i did not sleep on bc i cant sleep in moving vehicles. this will be something closer to a proper blog post i guess. splatoon related convention? experience below

i've kept my mouth shut about my plans to go because its not as well known on the english side of the fanbase and i didnt wanna make people too jealous sorry LOL , but i went to splaket 22! it's an unofficial, splatoon-only doujinshi market/artists alley. this was my first convention-sort-of event ive been to since i was... in high school. i also dont really get to meet many other hardcore splatoon fans irl. i was nervous about it because i don't know a whole lot of people on the JP side nor do i have a lot of confidence in my japanese speaking/listening, but in the end it was SUPER fun. i wish i couldve talked a bit more to the artists i did encounter to comment on what i liked about their works but. Skill Issue very few non-japanese people at this event of course but one of the only english speakers i saw i called out to bc they were wearing a shirt with this exact image printed on it no video and no photos outside of designated areas were allowed so i got like. zero pics of my own. but there was a lot of cosplayers i saw! oh and here's the Loot Haul. a few doujin, a clear file, stickers, microfiber cloth and a keychain. im surprised at how little i got, i think i shouldve gone a bit crazier with it

the one with Tao Blu and oonie in the top left (by sachikazerick) I came across by chance and bought because it was cute, featured splatband characters, and also because it all in some familiar inkling language (the last point of which i told the artist as i was buying) when i finally got home and saw the back credits...

SMALL FUCKIN WORLD LOL (i tweeted at the artist afterwards to let him know i came by the table and to thank him for using me and my friend's inkling language fonts!) though truly, i think ardnin deserved the credit more rather than me since he made most of those fonts! ah well, still cool to see more and more fan works using deciphered inkling language. top middle book is a story with some salmonid characters that i havent read yet but im looking forward to it, the art is lovely. top right one was the first thing i bought. the artist is rk_splaworks, whose art i love, and we've been mutuals for a few years and have talked a bit here and there! i was so fucking nervous to meet them in person since my japanese sucks LMAO but they were happy to meet me too and we got a selfie together yippy <3 also havent read their doujin Yet since ill have to rub all my brain cells together and huddle over the dictionary, but i want their oc lore

(the funny thing about the name thing here is that (most older) red wizards, who in my hc lore are very superstitious about what gets you got by the nightmares and thats why they just avoid having fun and playing. even they would consider not sharing a name over it to be completely stupid lmao)

On the other hand, Pat, my beloved, doesn't have any such hangups and feels like it is his god-given right to feel jealous of Wai in relation to Pran.

So she kinda has a Lottie Matthew’s vibe from Yellowjackets like how she talks about/talks to the wilderness (minus the murder and insanity) witchy!reader speaks of Janna (the god-like figure for people in Zaun. She whispers to her clients like “it’s what she would want” or “she’s watching over you.” It's supposed to be affectionate and endearing but some people will definitely get a creepy feeling sometimes.

Her whole apothecary shop has basic remedies that help you with illness or anxiety anything really. However some potions/elixirs/powders whatever can be harmful and used for bad. There is this novel I read called “The Lost Apothecary” that shifts back and forth to the past n the present and in the 1800s there was this apothecary that would help women in abusive relationships so the harmful potions would be used to kill the man so essentially it was a good cause but you are killing someone. So witchy!reader does the same thing on the side.

Until Silco finds out. So this story is gonna take place before the time skip in season 1 but it’s post explosion. So Silco is taking over the lanes and jinx is still a little kid. So Silco is slowly taking over the undercity and he starts blackmailing me into keeping his shimmer, making potions for him/singed, and if Singed is off the rails or simply not available any of his men are allowed to be taken care of in her shop.

So let’s say we’re well into a year of Silco’s “rule” and witchy!reader has only come across sevika once or twice either in passing or just very briefly for a shimmer pick up. But. Tonight was different. Let’s say singed was very busy testing on people or a job went wrong and Sevika didn’t want to deal with Silco’s wrath yet and she decides to give the apothecary a shot at healing her wounds. Obviously it’s one of those shops where the owner lives there in the back or upstairs.

There was a loud knock at my door. The shop was closed considering it was well into the night. But I sighed and rubbed my eyes as I made my way to the door. I looked through the peephole, shockingly enough it was Sevika. Silco’s right hand. I reluctantly opened the door. She was bleeding.

“What do you need?” I said, moving out of the way to let her through. Gosh she was so tall.

“Hmpf I’m obviously bleeding” Sevika said in a gruff matter of fact tone.

“No shit you’re ruining my clean wood floors” I muttered to myself as I gathered the proper materials to bandage her wound and some remedies to help with the pain. Shimmer was always a last resort for me. I hated the thought of using it. Sevika has sat herself on one of my chairs and thrown her red cloak onto the floor coincidentally soaking up her puddle of blood. Was she trying to be helpful? I shook my head and kneeled beside her. The wound was in fact more than that. There was a huge gash on her right- flesh arm. Very deep from the looks of it.

“What caused this?”

I asked as I started pouring rubbing alcohol into the gash. She winced and cursed but did not answer me. I started picking out shards of glass from her arm. I guess that answered my question.

alright that’s just a little taste I might change that entire scene who knows. But you get the gist.

I think witchy!reader has a little kitty cat:,) a black one obviously because being a witch=means you own a black cat. Grumpy kitty who only likes witchy!reader but eventually when Sevika comes around more kitty cat will warm up to her. (And we all know sevika is a grumpy cat in human form anyway)

hey, it's me! i'm still alive, somehow, though just barely. this semester has been pretty tough so far and will probably remain that way until spring. despite this, i managed to add some fun new features. : ) ALSO i promise 100000% that if you sent me an ask i WILL answer it. i will. anyway, look at all those cool things! -> a system for cuts, bruises, tattoos, wounds and other decorations your whumpee's skin is an empty canvas. whether you fill it with scars and wounds or cutesy band aids is up to you!

the way this is set up is kind of like a bunch of stickers. so for example, if you decide to hurt the lil' guy with something sharp, he'll get a "stab wound" sticker in the spot you decided to target. over time, that sticker will change over to a "stab scar" one. it's a very flexible way to do things, but it still needs some work and a couple big changes, since it's very unfriendly to low-end computers. in terms of visuals though, it should look exactly the same as the decal-based "decorations" for your whumpee that you see above!

- a better way of getting that dude on camera the camera system is now a lot more immersive and will fit the story. the awkward developer cam that could clip into walls is no more.

you can drag around the view and zoom in and out by scrolling. as you progress, you'll get access to even more ways to invade your whumpee's privacy. : )

-> new ways to get horny in the last devlog post (around 1000 years ago) i said that you won't see any "horny accessories" in the upcoming updates. that was a complete lie, sorry! here's a preview of some cool new horns you can give to your whumpee.

the neat part is that the horns are customizable - other than just choosing the shape, you can modify their size and color gradient. -> other stuff + story i've made plenty of changes and additions to the back end. most of it is not flashy or super significant - most of the time and energy i could dedicate to the project went right into fueling the violent, bloody conflict between me and custom shader code. i've also made some updates to how time is simulated and fixed a bunch of bugs. there is now a sound system too! i'll look for some copyright-free sfx and music before the next update. oh, and there's some lore too!

say y/n befriended the majority, if not all, of the underground. the way that the monsters know of y/n is usually laidback, respectful. so they're cool, calm, and collected, if you will. the calm before the storm, even. hasn't caused any trouble, is a delight to be around.

also say that they have their own undernet account, courtesy of the royal scientist, alphys. on their account, they friended their other friends; alphys, sans, papyrus, undyne, napstablook, mettaton, even muffet and grillby, as well as the majority of snowdin and such. maybe here, y/n convinced alphys, after a bit of explanations, some negotiations here and there, to update the undernet to include stories (yk like insta stories, assuming they did not have that feature), or not, doesn't really matter, normal posts and stories would give the same result possibly

in this case, i like to think of y/n growing a little antsy of the lack of action and bafoonery that they could do.

so, they begin soft-launching their usual antics, stuff that they did before falling to the underground. not saying that they MISS the surface, other than the night sky, sunrises and sunsets. y/n is quite fond of the small life they had made for themselves in the underground, and wouldn't really trade it for the world. but anyway,

they begin posting on their undernet account. some would describe them as... odd maybe, due to the nature of the photos posted. they start off small, photos of them in shopping carts in the middle of a random parking lot. a picture of a traffic cone with a... firework next to it? that raised a little bit of eyebrows, but it is still rather tame. you guys know those abandoned tunnels that have graffiti and were used for raves nd such? yeah there's a photo of y/n in one of them. maybe with some stupid ass captions like "alright who let grandma out the nursing home" or like something idiotically cryptic like "the truth comes out soon." now THAT has heads turning. replies start spilling in like

"grandma????????" "what truth???" "what are u planning??????" these poor citizens don't know what they're getting into

who knows, maybe y/n got a little ahead of themselves because of impatience. so then they just drop the videos of them doing dumb stuff, because "life's just too short. let's play spin the bottle but whoever the bottle sets on, gets to set off a firework and throw it at their friends who are running away from the one who got picked."

so y/n is basically lore dropping on their unsuspecting monster friends, who are either laughing it up, or very concerned for their good friend's wellbeing (mental and physical) the videos range from that firework fiasco, to other shit like running into a stop sign with their face, racing in shopping carts, just overall some good ol' tomfoolery with their friends above ground. yeah y/n misses their friends dearly, but there wasn't much they could do. they caption the posts with "i would like for everyone to witness the person that i was before i fell down here lol. im aching for shenanigans."

the y/n the monsters are now viewing in the posts, are practically a complete 180 from the y/n they encounter on a day-to-day basis. unfathomable, but the proof is in the pudding once they witness whatever y/n has in store. the next post is actually a rather cool photo. a 0.5 pic, flash on, at night, y/n sitting in a shopping cart, left leg over the side, head leaning a little to the right, shades on, blunt in hand, joint between their lips😈

Long rant ab the fuckass server I'm leaving AKA Why You Never Join RP Servers From Disboard

Okay so I won't name any names for two reasons: One because I'm not an ass and TWO bc I'm afraid one of the server owners will find this post n yell at me even though I don't even know if they have a Tumblr <333 anyways this is gonna be mostly bullet points where I put as much bad shit as I remember from this server I joined while it's still fresh in my mind. And ofc I wanna use my character Carrie again so if you have anywhere BETTER I could rp let me know <333 anyways now onto the hater shit

So first of all, important thing about my character is she has a mortal partner and I mentioned that, and obviously knowing how the lore is I was like "She's going to keep her girlfriend a secret though because she does realize how that would go down if anyone knew" and they straight up said no???? And me, being socially awkward, immediately left in response bc I didn't have anyone else in mind to use as a character LMFAO- and it was only then that they asked me to rejoin and they changed their tune and said it was okay?? I did have my character ghoul her gf later so it was fine but that was... weird. But ok

Another thing about my character is: She does urban exploration in deserted buildings for aesthetic pics! Very risky obviously but one of the main points I was making about my character is that she's a very reckless fledgling girl. So she makes stupid decisions sometimes. Her sire is dead y'all she's gonna be a little dumb. But anyways I tagged an ST for these types of scenes exactly TWICE and then never again because every time he kinda just sent random bullshit at me to basically chase me out of the area and whatever I was rping??? It honestly irritated me because even if they DID feel the idea was dumb I wish they would've just told me instead of this??? Idk if they were trying to prove a point here or what

I don't blame the entire server on this but have a horror story within the horror story. So there was this one player who immediately wanted to ERP with me and to their credit they did ask first. So we did it because my weakness is that I'm a slut in theory <3 (it was... not good. I don't think that person had ever had sex with a woman before and the way they typed responses was SO BAD) and they kept like horny messaging me in like ALL THEIR MESSAGES and like as hyper sexual and very 18+ as this blog is I don't like talking about sex ALL THE TIME. This motherfucker somehow made SEX unsexy it was pissing me off. So they disappeared for a while and I forgot about them and then they came back and they dmed me right? And they were like "What have you been up to" and I was just like "Oh I'm actually working on a lot of stuff! :)" (bc I was) and they were like "haha me too" and sent a gif of a porn actor beating off and ngl. That shit pissed me off so bad I just had my bf take my phone and respond "He's busy rn lil bro ;)" before blocking LMAO. Sorry, I was NOT the bigger person in that situation. Anyways end of my mini horror story haha

People were using ai as their literal character profiles. Not joking. They used ai for a LOT of stuff and I was dying inside as I kept seeing it happening.

Like there were several rp channels in the server that suddenly opened up while I was there where characters would randomly teleport there and fight to the death before being revived back in... well, Seattle because that's where this server was set. I guess that's a fun concept for a different ttrpg but this is VTM???? The whole point is that the setting is realistic and gritty and. This felt so anime MMO THAT should've been the final straw for me and it just. Wasn't.

Should also mention that in response to experiencing this for the first time one of the characters said VERBATIM "Is this... how do they say, an isekai?" That shit pissed me off SO BAD I wanted to throw my phone away lmfaoooo

Oh also for some of the characters who were mid rp when they left just. Had their characters killed off after they left. No joke AT ALLLLL

The server owners and staff had like 3895783475029380328 characters in the server and mostly interacted with each other :/

Steffi Love rolls in

Articulated Steffi Love has been on my wish list for years, all the way back to when Steffi didn't show up in the U.S. much and was rarely articulated. So when I found this Steffi for $14.99, I knew I needed to bring her home. She won over a similar Steffi on a Vespa by virtue of having a baby to be friends with Kid Kore Alison.

If you squint at the back of the box, you can see that I got her at TJ Maxx -- a fact I'm in danger of forgetting, as Monte Vista Crossing has a TJ Maxx, a Ross, and a Home Place right in a row.

She is fastened into the box, and to her bicycle, with about a million tiny clear rubber bands. This was so annoying to undo! Not only were the rubber bands difficult to all find, but then I had to worry about making sure not one single fragment of tiny rubber band got away, lest the cats eat them. Oh, and she had a sewn-in hair strip. Steffi emerges from the box immaculate.

A few pics before cutting her free from her bicycle. She has met up with Kylie, who has a lot to discuss with her.

Let's cut to the chase. Judging from the amount of pics in my file, I love photographing Steffi. However, her body and articulation are not top notch. She's made of a very light plastic, similar to my Chinese imports in the Body Farm. However, she has the Liv-style waist.

Since there are a million more photos, it's jump time.

Steffi can sit like a lady but needs help staying in a chair. Her front-to-back splits are great (and she can point her toes). She cannot stand unassisted, even with her feet flat. Her side-to-side splits are pretty good! She can kneel but will tip over. And her arm joints are weirdly, inexplicably tight.

But she can touch her own face.

Steffi Love's lore is ambiguous on whether Evi Love is her sister or her daughter. Yes, unlike Barbie, Steffi has children! She has been pregnant in more editions than any other named fashion doll. She is sold in "family" sets with her husband (sometimes just "partner") Kevin and children who are sometimes Evi's age and sometimes babies.

(Canonically, Steffi was originally dating or married to Danny Love [there is a wedding set], who looked disturbingly like Superstar Ken. In 1994, without immediately discontinuing Danny, Simba introduced Kevin Love, who at that time had rooted hair. Kevin also rode a motorcycle. It seems that Steffi deloped with Kevin, who has persisted as the male character to this day.)

So that baby on the bicycle? He's her kid. I cannot find any canonical names for any of Steffi's babies (sometimes, she has twins), so I looked up popular German baby names. "Noah Love" seemed unfortunate, but "Theo Love" is not too bad.

Theo is smaller than Kid Kore Alison, with a different sit.

I am saying nothing of the dog. The bicycle, however, is fabulous. Everything moves that should move.

Steffi had a lot to discuss with Kylie because Kylie is dating Anthony. In my continuity, back during his brief era of hip-hop stardom, Anthony married Steffi, who was then a model. They had twins Evi and Abi -- and in one of those flukes that really happens, Evi took after Anthony while Abi took after Steffi. Anthony and Steffi co-parent amicably. Kylie likes Steffi, because she doesn't have a lot of other friends in the community with extensive articulation. Plus Steffi has contacts for building Kylie's fitness influencer business.

Theo is not Anthony's baby. Theo is the son of Silvester, the Kid Kore gladiator, who is now Steffi's partner in this continuity.

Steffi has changed clothes. Unsurprisingly, dollar-store fashions fit her readily. She can also wear some of the too-small shoes from the stash of Shoes That Were Leaving, so I need to go through that again.

The blended family hasn't quite worked out their pose for holiday cards yet. Steffi is quite something: from one angle, she'll look cheap, then with a change of pose, she's surprisingly expressive. I feel like she's a good addition to the community.
