Here’s a recent Biologique Recherche order I made at @rescuespa. I bought the larger Lait U and small P50 Lotion PIGM 400. _____ After I placed my order, I emailed their customer service to specify which samples I wanted, if available. I asked for the Echinoderm moisturizer and also mentioned the other BR items in my routine to give them an idea of what I’m using/already tried. They responded right away to say that they’re out of the moisturizer I asked for, and would send me Creme Dermopurifiante. _____ So, I didn’t get the samples I was seeking but did get more CD, which I want to test for longer anyway so it’s all good. I was happy that they replied quickly, too. _____ In my experience with ordering BR, it doesn’t hurt to ask and be specific about what you want in regards to samples. I’ve been lucky a couple times and got exactly the samples I asked for. Also, let them know what you’re using and your skin type to give them a better idea of which product samples would suit your skin best. _____ For me, the samples are important because Biologique Recherche is a pricier brand than most and I want to trial their products before I commit to buying the full size. So, when I see people sharing their orders on IG, I pay close attention to the samples provided to help me narrow down which shops/spas I want to order from next. _____ Earlier this year, I made a larger order through a different spa, almost $300 worth, and got 4 samples. Mới đây, Thuỳ Dương cũng vừa có bài review tường tận về những món đang dùng và so sánh sản phẩm giữa hai thương hiệu này với nhau để chọn ra món phù hợp và tốt cho da nhất. Cô cho biết khi áp dụng đúng quy trình skincare này thì trong một năm da liền ngon nghẻ như thế.

Thuỳ Dương cho biết cô vốn là một người cực nghiện skincare và có làn da vô cùng nhạy cảm. Da của cô thuộc loại hỗn hợp thiên khô, nổi mụn quanh năm, mao mạch yếu, dễ mất nước nên nếp nhăn xuất hiện khá nhiều. Sau khi thử nghiệm và nghiên cứu nhiều loại skincare, Thuỳ Dương chọn các sản phẩm của 2 thương hiệu nổi tiếng trên để dùng lâu dài.

1. Làm sạch da kỹ lưỡng với 4 bước

Thuỳ Dương cho biết cô đang dùng tẩy trang Green Apple Cleansing Oil của DBH. Loại này mang đến cảm giác rất thơm, dễ chịu và dùng xong thì da dẻ sạch bong nhẹ nhàng. Ngoài ra, “em nó” còn có tác dụng giữ ẩm cho da, loại bỏ dầu nhờn và cặn trang điểm hiệu quả, giúp da không còn tình trạng tắc nghẽn lỗ chân lông.

Ở bước rửa mặt, cô chia sẻ cũng thích sản phẩm làm sạch của DBH nhưng với cô sữa rửa mặt số 1 vẫn là LAIT VIP 02 của Biologique Recherche (BR). Thuỳ Dương nói thêm “m này” hoàn toàn không có tí teo bọt nào, độ pH phù hợp với da, cấp oxy và giúp da thanh lọc, thải độc tố từ môi trường, một số bạn dùng sẽ thấy hơi căng trên mặt, nhưng riêng cô thì vô cùng thích. Sản phẩm chứa phức hợp perfluorodecalin giúp kích thích tái tạo tế bào và làm sáng da, thích hợp cho da nhạy cảm, da mụn, dễ mẫn ngứa, da xỉn màu.

Toner là bước để cân bằng độ PH trước khi dùng bất kỳ sản phẩm nào tiếp theo. Và để chăm da tỉ mỉ, cô chọn Toner Hydra Mist của DBH, một loại toner dạng xịt dùng được cho cả da siêu siêu nhạy cảm hoặc đang tổn thương, vừa peel xong. Các thành phần tự nhiên có trong chai toner này gồm chiết xuất cây phỉ, khoáng chất cô đặc, lô hội,.. giúp làm mềm, ẩm da, hình thành lớp màng bảo vệ da khỏi những tác động có hại từ môi trường.

Lotion P50 Pigm 400 ( AHA – BHA- PHA- Niaci) được Thuỳ Dương nhấn mạnh nếu không dùng sẽ phí một nửa cuộc đời vì da sẽ không thể hoàn toàn sạch được. Đây cũng là sản phẩm làm nên tên tuổi của hãng BR trên toàn cầu. P50 có nghĩa là thay da trong 50 ngày nhưng nhiều beauty blogger quả quyết bạn sẽ thấy hiệu quả trong vài tuần khi sử dụng, da càng ngày càng sáng và căng hơn, giúp hấp thụ các sản phẩm dưỡng ẩm tốt, thích hợp cho da nhiều vết thâm, nám, da dầu.

2. Serum thiết yếu

Sau khi làm sạch, bước kế tiếp Thuỳ Dương áp dụng là dưỡng da với serum thiết yếu – những loại serum cần thiết nhất cho da.

Serum đầu tiên Thuỳ Dương đưa ra là Amniotique E của BR, loại serum dùng để cấp ẩm ở dạng tế bào, nên khi apply lên da, nó gần như thẩm thấu ngay lập tức. Với chiết xuất từ thực vật Botamical Amiotic Fluid, xương rồng lê gai, Acid piscidic, serum có tác dụng giữ ẩm tốt, làm săn chắc và bảo vệ da. Nếu đang tìm lọ serum làm dịu làn da nhạy cảm và phục hồi da thiếu sức sống thì Amniotique E xứng đáng là lựa chọn bạn nên cân nhắc rước về.

Với những ai có mụn thì lọ serum Iribiol của BR theo Thuỳ Dương là siêu phẩm trị mụn “must-have”. Cách dùng mà cô gợi ý là dùng 2 lần/tuần để phòng ngừa mụn với vùng da đã hết mụn, và chấm vào vết mụn cho nhanh xẹp với da đang bị mụn. Điểm cộng của sản phẩm này là thấm nhanh, không nhờn rít nhưng điểm trừ là mùi hương khó ngửi, điều phổ biến ở các sản phẩm của thương hiệu này.

Nếu muốn skincare từ A đến Z thì bạn cũng có thể rước về serum Oligo của BR giống Thuỳ Dương. Sản phẩm được ngợi ca với khả năng trị bọng mắt, quầng thâm mắt khá tốt, hiệu quả thấy rõ nếu dùng mỗi tối. Serum có chiết xuất từ tảo Laminaria, tảo Peptones đã được chứng minh về hiệu quả làm sáng da tuyệt vời.

Buổi tối dùng serum mắt thì với buổi sáng, “bảo bối” của Thuỳ Dương chính là lọ kem dưỡng mắt Caviar này của DBH. Sản phẩm có chất gel mịn màngm được hãng giới thiệu giúp làm mờ nếp nhăn, ngăn ngừa lão hoá nhờ chiết xuất từ cúc La Mã, trứng cá Tầm đen giàu vitamin và protein.

Ngoài ra, cô cũng dùng thêm serum B5 cũng của thương hiệu DBH để cấp ẩm lớp thượng bì, để đảm bảo là da sẽ không thể khô được. Chưa hết, serum B5 đình đám cũng mang đến công dụng tăng tính đàn hồi cho da, làm da căng bóng và đẩy lùi xếp nhăn nhờ chứa Hyaluronic Acid, vitamin C tự nhiên, chiết xuất hạt Phỉ.

3. Serum đặc trị

Thuỳ Dương cho hay việc chia ra các loại serum như vậy vì serum cũng có nhiều loại và nhiều công dụng khác nhau, không phải cứ dùng một loại là ổn. Với cách làm này, hội chị em sẽ dễ nắm bắt cách dùng, cũng như dùng đúng và đủ bước, đỡ bị chồng chéo và bỏ sót bước nào.

Serum đặc trị mà cô muốn chia sẻ trước hết là PIGM 400 của BR có tác dụng giảm thâm nám, ức chế nám mới hình thành. Sau một thời gian dùng ở hai bên gò má, cô nhận thấy kết quả những vết nám mờ đi. Được biết, serum PIGM 400 gồm 6 hoạt chất nồng độ cao giúp ngừa nám hữu hiệu. Bên cạnh đó, thành phần mầm cải xoong, tảo wakame và bột mận giúp da sáng và đều màu hơn.

Thuỳ Dương chia sẻ cô dùng serum Life Duo của DBH cho vùng da mắt, trán, hai bên khoé cười để làm căng da, giảm da nhăn lão hoá. Đây là sản phẩm chăm da hi-end giúp trẻ hoá da, phục hồi làn da rạng rỡ, kích thích tế bào và se khít lỗ chân lông.

4. Kem + serum khoá cuối

Cũng như bao tín đồ skincare khác, Thuỳ Dương cho rằng dưỡng da nếu không dùng cream thì công sức vô cùng lãng phí. Tuy nhiên, nhiều loại cream dễ gây bí da vô cùng. Dưới đây là những loại cô tâm đắc nhất vì chúng hoàn toàn không bí bít hay nhờn dính, sử dụng xen kẽ sáng tối là da dẻ từng bước “sang trang”.

Thuỳ Dương cho hay khi dùng Creme PIGM 400 cực nổi tiếng của BR dành cho da nám vào ban ngày, da rất glow bóng, nhìn mướt mát và trông như ngậm nước. Crème PIGM 400 chứa công thức độc đáo giúp ngăn ngặn các giai đoạn của quá trình hình thành melanin, ngăn ngừa nám mới và làm sáng da, giảm đốm nám hiện tại.

Còn với Creme Masque Vernix cùng hãng, cô nhận xét “em này” giúp tái thiết làn da trẻ hơn, phục hồi và làm da mạnh khoẻ mạnh. Một lọ cream khác dành cho da khô và là sản phẩm “chân ái” trong mùa đông chính là Creme A&E của DBH. Bên cạnh công dụng cấp ẩm cho da, ưu điểm mà Thuỳ Dương đánh giá cao ở sản phẩm này là có mùi hương táo vô cùng dễ chịu. Một vài công dụng khác mà bạn cũng cần biết về Creme A&E là chúng giúp tăng tốc quá trình tái tạo tế bào, ngăn mất nước, giúp da tươi mới và rạng rỡ hơn.

Bước cuối cùng là dùng Fluide Vip o2 của BR để đảm bảo các bước skincare trước đó không bay hơi tí ti gì. alright well @diviinator told me to share my skincare routine so obviously i’ll happily oblige!! i love talking about myself & skincare so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so in the morning, first, i usually use the simple foaming cleanser. sometimes, i’ll cleanse with the mario badescu enzyme cleanser first and then use the simple cleanser on my real techniques face sponge. then, i’ll usually use my mario badescu seaweed cleansing soap and then i’ll either use my biore deep pore charcoal cleanser or oxy 10% benzoyl peroxide wash. after that, i usually apply pixi glow tonic and then i’ll either use my first aid ultra repair face moisturizer or i also have this snail mucin repair cream that i sometimes use if my skin seems really dehydrated. then i just put on makeup like normal. at night, i take off my makeup with simple micellar water and then i get the rest off with mario badescu cleansing milk with carnation and rice oil. then i usually use the biore charcoal cleanser again, or sometimes i’ll use the simple foaming cleanser with either my olay cleansing brush or my real techniques sponge, depending on if i feel like i need the extra exfoliation. after that, i apply cosrx whitehead power liquid followed by biologique recherche lotion p50 pigm 400. after that, i usually moisturize & then go to bed! so that’s pretty much it.

I recently emptied a bottle of Retinol Reform, and had a few retinol products in my stash to choose from. I decided to try the @paulaschoice 1% Retinol Booster* and so far, I’m impressed! _____ I currently have an active breakout on my right cheek, shoutout to my unruly hormones lol, so that’s been discouraging. When my skin gets like this, I’m very hesitant to try anything new because I worry it’ll freak out my skin even more. _____ The PC 1% Retinol Booster has thankfully been great- non irritating, non drying and I wake up to smoother and bouncier skin. When I use it alone, it’s little sticky so I’ve been mixing it with one of my gel creams. _____ My favorite skincare *thing* is using a retinol after an acid toner. This combo makes my skin so smooth and luminous, despite my right cheek breakout. It’s probably a bit much for people with very sensitive skin, but it does wonders for my oily and acne prone skin. _____ Also, I got the Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 PIGM 400. This is the formula recommended for those fighting hyperpigmentation, and it’s phenol free. Kind of bummed that I didn’t notice it contains alcohol when I ordered it, but I’ll watch and see if my skin is bothered by it. The perfect duo. The MC 110 N°1 is a must have for me. It is very plumping, smoother skin and it gives that nice glow. I apply this lotion after my P50 ✨✨✨. #Shelfie: New Skincare Musts

Here’s to the old, here’s to the new. The thing I love about skincare is that there is literally a product for everything. And I’m a big believer in trying a bunch of formulations before committing (commit issues? Clearly.). While some people find a routing that works and they stick to it, I’ve never been that type. I’m always looking for the pot at the end of the rainbow, so to speak. As you can tell from my current skincare shelf, I like to play the field. While there are some tried-and-true favorites here: Dr. Barbara Sturm Cleanser, Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic Serum, Bioderma Sensibio H20 (the only makeup remover I trust on my skin!), Biologique Recherche Lotion P50 (although the one pictured is actually the Lotion PIGM 400, which I’m in the middle of testing – so far, so good), End Zit, Drunk Elephant TLC Glycolic Night Serum, Elta MD UV Clear (I literally cannot live without this sunscreen), this post is going to be about the new products worth a review.

New products I’m currently loving:

Herbivore Jasmine Green Tea Balancing Toner ($39) – I usually use witch hazel as a toner, but I’ve been into face mists lately (summer heat loves a soothing spritz). The Green Tea mist is great for combo skin, as it really does balance oil production without any alcohol. Psst: it contains witch hazel, but it’s like witch hazel on steroids. I spray it onto a cotton pad and swipe onto my skin, but you can certainly mist it on as well.

Bioderma Sebium Mat Control ($20) – I wrote about this moisturizer in my french beauty favorites (click here for a recap). I’m really loving how soft and shine-free it makes my complexion, despite the excessive heat. The one caveat is the scent; I’m not into scented products and this one has a pungent non-natural smell. But I’m liking the results so I’m going to continue to use it.

Biologique Recherche Creme Demopurifiante – When my skin needs some extra hydration, I turn to this moisturizer. It’s ideal for reactive skin (i.e. skin that likes to freak out and break out), but it still hydrates with zero irritation. Biologique uses incredible ingredients, no scents, and this formula is one of the best I’ve tried for acne-prone skin. It will definitely become a #shelfie staple.

IS Clinical White Lightening Serum ($128) – I’ve spoken about this product before in passing, but I want to reiterate how amazing it is for pigmentation issues. So far, it’s top 5 best non-hydroquinone formulas that actually attack pigment, break it up, lighten it, keep melasma at bay, AND never dries me out, irritates me, or gives me acne. Another #shelfie staple.

Skin Better Science Instant Effect Eye Gel ($85) – I’m so into eye gels, and a facialist actually recommended this one. I truly love it: it’s refreshing and hydrating, yet not oily. I tend to get tiny milia when thick eye creams congest the sensitive eye area, hence why I’m so into gels and serums. This gel applies with a cool roller ball applicator, so it de-puffs and soothes, while also promoting blood circulation. It also works well under makeup, giving enough hydration for smooth application.

Eminence Organic Skin Care Hibiscus Ultra Lift Neck Cream ($92) – I included this in my neck cream round-up, but I’ve taken particular interest in this creamy formula and the natural, non-perfume-y scent, so it deserves another shoutout. While it’s not actually lightening any of the sun spots on my chest (although it doesn’t claim to), it is moisturizing the décolletage and neck and leaving a really beautiful, youthful glow. I’ve been mixing it with IS Clinical White Lightening Serum or Skin Better Science Even Tone Correcting Serum (another product I’m currently testing) to work on the sun spots.
