I am excited to introduce to you my labors of love! My very first unique to me, lost wax cast pendant collection! Look at how that center curve that gives movement to the center of the leaf! It came so easily to me, it could have been natural(ly from my astigmatism as I've since learned)! The leafy veins on one half and smooth finish on the other give it a yin-yang feel; something that will be more readily apparent when I finish the whole of the collection that shall be coming soon! Each individual leaf has some variation and did not all age in the same color palette. Comes with a complimentary cording to make it wearable immediately, though I figure most preple already have a chain.

The full collection will be primarily bronze because I like the leaves in autumn appearance that bronze gives as it is oxidizes naturally; though other metals can be custom ordered for a price reasonable for that metal.

Except platinum. I do not have access to the crucible necessary to cast platinum at this time. I would have to locate a casting house, and that would be an added fee. If you really want one in platinum, I can do that for you. Just expect a longer than normal lead time as more people than just me will be involved.

hebe cuff (march, 2023)

sterling silver, brass, faux gold leaf

made as part of my end of second year uni collection, which focused on personal interaction and memory with plant life, specifically the contrast between fragility and longevity.

the hebe cuff itself was a response to early interactions with flora, one of which for me and I’m sure many others, was making flower crowns/bracelets. taking the simple joy that was found in binding flowers together to wear until they fell apart, and making a version that will last as long as the memory does.

also, hi! long time no see 🌟 i finished my degree at the very end of last year (woohoo) and am finally getting round to catching this account up with some pieces I’ve made over the last year or so (like this one!). hope you all enjoy <3

Pewter Skulls Nov 2022

The dire wolf, cave lion, black vulture 2.0, and raven skull all work. I'm going to have to remake half of the raven skull mold due to failure but that's ok. It happens! My little coelacanth figurine is also coming out. They're fat and cute and stand up on their own. These are all raw casts; there's been zero cleanup and sprue bits are still on. They'll have sprues and imperfections ground off, then have their recesses oxidized before a spin in the jewelry tumblr and a finishing touch on the bench lathe.

Two sculptures cast from old zinc etching plates and made using lost wax casting in a plaster mold. They're root like subterranean shapes, reminiscent of the mandrake. After removing the sprues and polishing, I finished them with etching ink.
