Etude house products are really pale... Koreans don't like dark skins so most korean products are made for pale skin. I have the palest skin ever and I don't even use their palest shade ;)

Still don’t want a BB cream.

And I’m literally looking at swatches and all of them look darker than my foundation. Again, not paying 20 bucks for something that probably is not going to suit me at all.

You wanna buy one for me, I’ll be glad to try it out! :) But my one foundation a year budget is not risking something that looks at least a full shade darker than my skin. I could pay a lot less for that if I wanted to.

We call it "hydro" in Quebec because the company is "HydroQuébec" and it's hydroelectricity ;) and your electricity probably comes from Quebec

Our company here is HydroOne! And this has genuinely piqued my interest so I’ve been asking around and apparently yeah it’s because most of our electricity is hydro, so it started as that, but it’s just been broadened to sort of refer to electricity in general.File this under things I never considered

I’ve been using the BB cream from Etude House for the last 3 years, and it’s the best (and i’ve tried a lot of different foundation before, from cheap to really expensive) It’s not expensive and it works 10x better than all the american/european brand I’ve tried! Hahahahahahaha no. There is no way that would not make me look like an oompa loompa. The lightest shade is probably two shades too dark. At least.

Do you mean, when you open the car doors and than the light goes on? It does it automatically if the option for it is on. Night or day. Doesn't matter. You can turn it off too. Or they have sensors, my mom's car has it for the front lights, when it's dark they turn on by themselves.

About the 6yrs old kid.. In Quebec we learn cursive writing in 2nd grade, and it's mandatory to write in cursive until 6th grade! So, it's not the same everywhere in Canada. For me it's average for a 6 years old. ;)

Did that change in Quebec in the last few years? This article from 2013 states that Quebec schools had removed it from their curiculuum. Which means it will be becoming much less average for six year olds.

If you live in a place where kids don't learn it until the 4th or 5th grade - or not at all - and the average 6 year old's writing looks like this (not to even mention adults these days), it's not exactly claiming the kid is the next Einstein to say they have nice handwriting.
