Avery sleeps on their stomach! Typically enjoys being the little spoon, it feels the most comfortable to them <3

Tyler rarely sleeps. But when he does sleep, it’s usually upright in his living room/bedroom. Maybe his lap would be a comfortable headrest??

Link sleeps very peacefully, like the dead even. He’s a back sleeper, choosing to stay in an optimal position for cuddling! :)

Traveling to diffrent worlds. Salem goes alot of places. Some familiar faces in each. Lots of new friends. Each world is diffrent. New horrors and wonders to explore. Little reminders of home in each one. So Salem tells his stories. Stories of dark nights and monsters that lurk. A fox with a goal that left many in fear. Children who was gifts of a being of a powerful being. Stories of a cult that became a family. finding sanctum in places that should have created fear. Gods and their demise. Summerween and Festa Junina and Midsummer. Family made and lost. Royal scientists. Void sanctum. Brothers and sisters and ever growing family trees. Foxes. Wardens. A nether friend. Goodnight fish. A market. Statues. puzzle games and toy stores. A big manor with alot of friends. A farm for her families home. A tower. stood alone on a hill. She tells stories its heard and lived. He wants to keep them alive. So salem tells stories in hope that maybe. Theyll all be remembered too.

okay hi lyric question i’m thinking about. with “the debt that i owe,” what do you think the debt is? i’ve asked this to 🪽⚫️ and he explained it in some vague way. was just wondering about your thoughts on it.

So with my theory of him being in an unhealthy relationship, and within that, this song being written from the other person’s perspective, I think that they are telling him that their mere presence is the debt that they owe him. But that it’s more than they owe him. In a back handed, sarcastic sense. Like they owe him even less than just being there.

Does that make sense?

What kind of story do you want it to be?

Multifaceted question. For genre, I'm aiming for something that falls into fantasy? I'm kind of hesitant to call it a romance, but I'm not denying there isn't romance in it. For like themes? In general, it may end up being more angsty? It won't by any means be like an overall bummer to read but a bunch of characters have pretty bad stuff happen to them (womp wompp)

Do you ship any of your characters? - Are they platonic, or do they hate each other?

YES I DO. Like idk if I made this kinda clear or not but I do ship Sylvia and Mira? Like I plan for them to be platonic for a whileee but like not foreverr. ALSO that does not mean they don't hate each other. They do. for a while. (but not forever.)

How long do you intend this story to be? What age range is your audience?

I intend the story to span multiple chapters. I think the chapters won't be very long? I don't intend on writing more than 5k words in a chapter. I'd rather update on semi-consistent short chapters than burn myself out on longer ones. I doubt the story will go over 15 chapters? So it may end up being an approximately 75k word fic. or maybe I'm being ambitious or it'll end up being like 60k. Or maybe I'm underestimating and it'll be 90k. I'm just figuring stuff out.

For age range, I don't really have anything specific? If we were going movie ratings, this would probably be PG-13? There are of course some parts more serious than others, but I think anyone who isn't like very easily upset could read it.

hi vy!! i recently caught up with the latest chapter of passing days, and was wondering if you had any specific interior design style you associated with the grail lounge, or with your s/i's room? i always imagine something light & classy, but comfy :D

Hi Anon. (slowly nods) Your impression of something light and classy but comfy for both rooms is just about right.

When it comes to Master Vy's room, I didn't really have a specific interior design. Oberon's recent chapter in Day 67 is the most I've written for said room in descriptors. The regular bed, shower stand, a dresser cabinet for all the Mystic Codes, a desk for her books and work station, and a nightstand. I feel the most personality she'd put into it are the various mementos/knick-knacks she was gifted by from the Servants, including group pictures taken from Part 1 (that she was able to stash away when Chaldea ran away from the Bleaching in Part 2's prologue), one or two plush toys for her to hug when she's asleep, and maybe even a necklace tree for her to hang some occasional jewelry. And even then, she's very mimimalist about it, because after the destruction of the original Chaldea, she has her things scattered about in such a way so that she can pack it all up and run if needed.

As for the Grail Lounge, I actually keep thinking of one of the entertainment rooms my family has irl in my house, or even one of the lounge areas I got to see on the one cruise trip I took with said family. There's a mounted TV; very comfy armchairs; a small kitchen with stocked fridge, oven, and toaster; a partition for a single bed for resting/daily napping; a hammock; a pool table - lots of things for the Grailed to relax in. Stored bean bags and blankets are a must too, I think. Because when you have a workaholic Master who relaxes in naps, why not nap with her?
